I doubt it will be added to the Constitution...I just don't see it happening. The problem with this is that those who come here from other states to marry go back to their home state and that home state, under DOMA law, has the right to not recognize the marriage...so this is a step forward but DOMA is still in tact

For me, Ryan, it is more like four more weeks! LOL :)

They have hired more people at city hall in the cities to perform the marriages :)

No...its because I don't really buy gay marriage...

I'm probably the only gay guy I know that doesn't feel that marriage between two men or two women is needed. Civil unions are fine, if that.

See, its The View, and they need that view on the show, IMHO. And i feel with LH shes not just playing it up or anything. She feels how she feels and speaks it and doesnt apologize for it, but i also think she seems like a kind person. I love her on the view... however, SS can go. She has no view and no opinions and just latchs on to whatever by whoever else says it. ugh.

I honestly dont have too much faith in this... because im sure it will be overturned.

I am torn. I would never get married, to a guy or girl. i dont buy into marriage.. its bullshit.

but on the other hand i feel like there is no real reason that two people of the same sex cant get married. this is america and they should have the same rights as anyone else. i feel its like saying that interracial couples cant get married.
