The phrasing seems off. What if it's a HW talking about not their show, but another on the network?

Yeah Ron can fix things, so what would he really need to go to the network about? Agnes I can't imagine she's happy that B&E are putting AMC one step closer to cancellation day by day....

My first guess was RC, because he is a current headwriter who is talking to the press, and at ABC, may not have power to change some things. He's stuck with doing a big teen pregnancy story with a lackluster Cole, Todd beating up teens while running from Ramsey, and John as a third wheel to the carefully built Antonio/Talia. He may even be stuck into redoing Bo/Nora sooner than he had planned.
