I was utterly shocked they brought up the bit about Kent Bogard and an indirect mention to Silver.

Wow. Erica and Carmen were so much fun. Alot less campy than I thought, but its early LOL.

The rest of the show was ok. Not terrible. The quad seems more bearable without Zen. Zendall together with both kids for a change was very nice to see, and reminded me of old AMC like the Martin/Hubbard thing did yesterday. I was let down by the Greenlee/Annie fight....

I wanted Annie to lunge at Greenlee. Maybe that will come.

I don't think it's that the quad seems more tolerable without Zen, it's just that those 4 characters are interchangeable and Zen have NO business being part of that Sweet Valley High crap IMO

Annie/Greenlee was stupid. Yeah you were trying to be a good friend? Is that why you were swapping spit with Annie's husband? GMAB

Erica confronted Kent after she found out that Silver/Connie and him were having an affair. She had given him an antique pistol for his birthday, and she picked it up and it went off. She didn't mean to kill him, but Silver/Connie (who witnessed the exchange) said Erica murdered him. That's when she went on the run dressed as a nun. hehe!

I didn't see the episode. Erica made it seem like it was the real Silver? Bad writing.

    • I admit...I too thought of Penny and Good Times at that ending with SilkPress.
    • Yes, just so.  Thanks for the info. I could tell this was going to be a big thing with ShawnD in this danger! Especially love that the little guy is Andrew!
    • I think the shocker would be if he's NOT playing Dumas. That's where Josh Griffith plays most of his stories. Now they have Cole "self-isolating" because they don't want to put up that hospital set. Will Cole cough himself to death at the GCAC? What a "storyline." I can't believe how much JG is playing with us regarding Nick and Sharon. The teasing has become pathetic, especially for Shick fans who want them back together. My guess is that he'll reveal his real name once he is exposed.
    • Maybe we'll meet Leslie's mama who'll be a former Articulette and they'll build the rival family from there that a lot of people seem to think is missing. It'd make sense considering Anita's been hammering on about going on tour and reviving her music career.
    • hahaha at the Brennan shade.   But even I saw this and have to agree. What's really sad is that some of the person on that list could easily have a love interest that is on the canvas. They just need to be written for.
    • The thought has crossed my mind. Tricia Mann-Grant did say in her EW interview w/ MVJ and DD, that Leslie wants to be a Dupree just as bad as she wants Eva to be. I believe now that's the direction they are going in, that maybe she is just obsessed with the family. I could be wrong though.
    • True. But I have always had mixed feelings about that twist. Since I love the Damian storyline which already had twists and turns. Also I could not wait for a new powerful AND BLACK businessman to mix it up at some point with Victor. It just seem like another twist that was added on for twist sake. And also for a character (whether I love him or not) to hijack a new and refreshing storyline so they can be propped.    Once good thing that I can say about JG is that he loves to keep the Abbotts in rotation. So I could see that happening with Diane. I don't think she has mentioned her backstory, either. I would be intrigued.
    • That's how I feel. Beats could have been played for the past couple months wherein Dante and Gio interacted and had a difference of opinion -- or something. I don't know. I do know that this crushing rant that blames everything on Gio is absurd. -- Reading over all the comments here about characters and couples, it's kind of amazing that we have any show left considering the number of times actors and writers and execs were given influence to make major character and story decisions. Too many cooks in the kitchen.
