Its not like a tease was dropped that wont be told soon. and as far as sexy strangers go, theres a lot that can be done without touching. Britney's "Breath On Me" Is a perfect example. I think some folks LIKE to tease (they even call it "teasers"), and many others play along...whining and cajoling appropriately. It is a "dance of seduction", and it is played quite well, IMO.
