WTF was Carly doing in this event? All I remember was that she was still crazy and supposed to be in her mental home getting help but have no clue what she was doing in the middle of the train wreck

yup. Her first scenes were at LnL2's wedding. I loved her here. This was pre-Carly where the writers made a horrible wrong turn with the character
