Y&R/B&B: Heather Tom coming back as Victoria?

Heather won't be going back to Y&R. When Brad Bell offered her the role of Katie, in TV Guide, Heather said that Brad Bell was the ONLY head writer she wanted to work for, so I highly doubt she'll be on another soap anytime soon, let alone Y&R and LML's craptastic version of Vicki. Even Amelia deserves better than that!

Apparently, Heather Tom feels that B&B is bold & beautiful. Here's what Tom said in SoapOperaDigest: "Brad[ley Bell] is the only person I want to work for, so I'm really happy to be back on a Bell family show."
