Members MichaelGL Posted July 6, 2007 Members Share Posted July 6, 2007 Well during the whole Mindy/Phillip/Beth/Rick quadrangle, Mindy still had her sights set on Phillip and became pregnant with his baby. Rick wanted to marry her, but the truth would soon come out. They tried testing the waters a little down the road in the early 90s. When Rick wanted to marry her she turned him down and chose the nefarious Roger Thorpe who was married to Alex. So yeah they weren't really forever couple material. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a scene like this on "the hip new younger GL" and even showed it in the previews. I'm not all that surprised that they are pairing Buzz up with somebody, but hooking pairing Lillian with somebody? This woman hasn't gotten any since...Ed Bauer? That was back in 1992.
