Since I'm probably the biggest Heather fan here, lol, I thought I'd start an appreciation thread for her. I want to see Heather get some good material to work with! We know she has the talent, now let's see her in action!

I watched some clips of Heather in action on Y&R on her official website, and WOW! She's just incredible. I never appreciated her before, but I sure do now.

I watched a clip of her slapping her father... OMG! Her reaction AFTER slapping him is heartbreaking and dramatic and terrifying all at once.

I also watched a clip of her learning that some guy had been stalking her, and when she attacked him... holy hell! She was incredible.

I love HT she is one of the best daytime actors to hit the scene. I do prefer her as Vikki on Y&R and I miss her there a lot. We need her back on Y&R cuz the new one is not cutting it at all.

I am not that head over heels for Heather Tom..but i do admit she is a pretty fine actress. Overrated alot when it comes to Emmy nominations in my opinion however. She is OK as Kelly on OLTL..but i still prefer Tognoni.

I so agree! Gina is much better as a vixen, Dinah Marler is like the role she was born to play. I loved her as Kelly too, but Tom is byfar my favorite. She's so damn talented!

So I'm here to gush about her. I've loved her since watching Y&R as a youngin, (not that young, started in like 1997/1998) and my favorite storyline ever was Victoria/Cole/Eve, when Victoria lost her baby and had to grieve. Ever since then I was hooked on her. I was pretty mad when she left Y&R (but I think Heinle is doing a great job with Victoria, she's making it her own which is nice) but I was really glad she joined OLTL. I think she adds something to Kelly that makes her more Cramerish actually. She makes her a little harder than Gina's ones but with the same vulnerability. And talk about chemistry and having it with everyone. Heather rocks and needs to pick up another Emmy.

I've loved Heather Tom for years now. I remember seeing her as Victoria Newman when I was younger, and it's nice to see her playing an even more complex character on OLTL.

I decided to check in.

I LOVE Heather Tom and LOVE her as Kelly. I also enjoyed her as Victoria. She's a fantastic actress and it's a real shame that she's not put to much use. She and Dan need a frontburner s/l asap.

I didn't see Gina as Kelly. I wasn't watching One Life than. I like Heather in the role, and I think she's doing a great job.

Heather Tom is a powerhouse actress, and I'm glad that she's on a soap that she likes. I wish she came back to Y&R, because I would've loved to see her play some of this current material. As long as HT is getting great material over at OLTL, I'm thrilled!

I hope she's going to be getting better material soon. This whole deal with Duke is disgusting.
