Thanks to ZnK's Jules:

SOW Scoops

I'm tired of AMC's writers, who think that a happily married couple automatically means boring. I'm also tired of seeing babies born to adulterers and murderers. Instead of rewarding couples who love each other, we get stories of miscarriages and couples being torn apart over their loss. A happy Zach and Kendall could never be boring. Zach has already lost a son and he is still suffering. The last thing I want to see is Zach losing another child and missing out on the opportunity to raise and love his little one from the beginning. I particularly don't want to watch Zach and Kendall's relationship blown apart because of the death of their child or because of a manipulative woman who re-entered Zach's life after 20-plus years.

Something tells me that if Kendall looses the baby it will be because of Greenlee. Greenlee is going to seek revenge against Zach and cause Kendall to loose the baby by accident. Then she will see the heartache that she caused Kendall and be sorry. But no one will know until November sweeps that it was Greenlee's fault.

This is just my speculation.
