SOD states that Silvana Arias (Paloma) most likely will leave Passions. Her contract expires this week, and she's going on recurring until August. The show is in the process of casting an actresss to play Paloma.

Eva Tamargo (Pilar) says she's staying.

Silvana, girl, you are a CRAZY if you leave.

I'm finally becoming a Noahloma fan, too, so she BETTER not screw me over this way!

Although, I could do without her "BJ Queen" performance. I think the "BJ Queen"/"Cumwhore Catholic" portrayal of Paloma is less the writers' fault and more Arias' erotic, oversexed expressions.

Losing Silvana isn't a big deal. She doesn't make or break the show. I dunno, Paloma hasn't seemed to serve much of a purpose ever since she stopped being a spiteful bitch and Martin and Katherine left the show. I don't like her relationship with Noah or her job as a cop.

If Silly leaves, then DON'T recast the role. That's stupid. KILL Paloma. It frees up the budget and adds money to save up for "Passions"' usual once or twice a year location shoots. :)
