Now I'm counting people who were actually presumed dead and mourned, and then returned to the land of the living weeks, months, or years later. My list:

Stefano (obviously)

Marlena

Roman

Jack (duh)

Mickey

Victor

Kate

Patch

Hope

Tony

Andre (offscreen, he didn't die in quicksand, he died in Aremid)

Kristen

Carly

Cassie

Caroline

Colin

Chloe

Maggie

Abe

Doug

Tommy Horton, Jr.

Alice

Interesting list, is it not?

Add to that Days list Brooke Hamilton (a.k.a. Stephanie Woodruff).

Compare this to Passions:

Alistair

Katherine

Martin

Rachel

Julian

Theresa

Luis

Sheridan

That's quite a list Passions has with only 8 years against DAYS who has over 40 years. How many of those DAYS returns was JER responsible for? lol...not that I'm complaining :)

Too many to count  .

Of course, that line applies to soaps in general. There have been so many deaths and resurrections that you can hardly buy into anyone dying on a soap anymore.
