According to the crawl on Soapnet

It's says AMC Megan Mctavish to be replaced

This comes from the SOD website

ABC has axed ALL MY CHILDREN Head Writer Megan McTavish. In a statement, Brian Frons, President, Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group said: "This was a difficult decision. Megan came in at a crucial time for ALL MY CHILDREN We appreciate her vision and thank her for all her contributions." One veteran cast member says, "We know the show is bad. Morale is low. We don't know why they were keeping her if she couldn't turn it around." McTavish has helmed the show since 2003. She also held previous head writing stints at AMC from 1992-95 and 1997-99. Details on McTavish's replacement will be released at a later date.
