Well, they also weren't nominated for Oscars at the time that those movies came out.

    Thats not the point though, the point is that you shouldn't criticize someone for sterotyping black women when the said person has done it before with no fuss, btw to me its just playing a character, when others have done the same in the past couple of years with no fuss at all.

    Both Eddie and Martin have been criticized for playing stereotypical black women. However, considering who was doing the criticizing, the overall public wouldn't really give a [!@#$%^&*]. It's better to laugh at those caricatures than to actually think about the damage that they do.
