Members alwaysAMC Posted January 11, 2007 Author Members Share Posted January 11, 2007 Well on NYE, they got into a limo that wasn't theirs - ordered the driver to take them to NYC - and then they started drinking champagne. The cops pulled them over and they gave them fake IDs and they were charged with underage drinking, stealing a limo, etc etc. I think Colby was scared into thinking she might serve 3-7 years just to straighten her up a little bit. The judge went through all her previous crimes and they all added up to a max of that sentence. Remember she's stolen so many cars, etc. to get to PV, and she's tried using fake IDs at ConFusion to drink before too. So it's more of a scare tactic that judges use I think, unless they are serious juvenile deliquints. Anyway I doubt Colby will get jail time...maybe community service.
