Yep. And just another good reason. Not only does it feel good and relieves tension - it prevents cancer. Boy talk about multi-tasking.

I know this sounds gross to some people, but actually there have been studies that suggest it does decrease cancer. Imagine that - something fun that doesn't cause cancer but may help prevent it! ;):D

I sit here reading as we all admit this is something we do, and we know our friends do it. But for the most part it is still a taboo subject, and something we don't want our friends to know we do. LOL
