Celebrity Duets on FOX

Did anyone watch this show tonight? I didn't know if it would be worth it or not but decided to give it a look and quickly fell in love with it. It was so much fun. I totally agee with the one the judges let go tonight even though I truly loved him and wanted to see more. If you saw it, then you, hopefully, were treated to a fun evening. Here are my views.

The best of two performances was Jai Rodriquez followed by Hal Sparks and Alfonso Ribeiro. The most outstanding performance of the evening that took the show completely out of the auditorium was Smokey Robinson and Lucy Lawless. My goodness what chemistry. It was the sexiest, steamiest performance I've seen in quite a while. Worth the whole two hours.

The judges will take a little getting used to for me. I loved Marie Osmond as she was professional and gave really good advice. As much as I love Little Richard, I was like David Foster who kept saying he knew absolutly nothing of what he was saying LOL, but loved him anyway. David Foster was last and didn't have time enough to really say much at all and that is a shame as he probably could have said some worthwhile things to each contestant.

I am glad Alfonso won. He was most deserving IMO.

I like Lucy and Hal but I think Jai should've been there instead. I don't know who I would take out of the top 3 but Jai deserved a spot.

I'm glad Alfonso won too. He's a likeable guy and he can sing. I'm sorry Hal was eliminated, but at least Lucy didn't win. It's good to know that some shows can't be won with T&A.

I think with the exposure Hal got and David Foster's approval, he will be heading toward a career as a rock star. I'm looking forward to following him and seeing. He has such a likeable face and love his grin. Personally, I'm a rock fan so I did love him.

Alfonso will be super. He also has a loveable face and grin.

Oh I am glad for Alfonso but no way do I think if Lucy won it would be because of T&A. She can sing as well and like they said she had the most genre's out of all of them. Some of them she was better at than other but the woman can def sing.

Video clip of Lucy on Rosie O Donnel singing (years back when she had black hair) for anyone interested. This is the type of song she's used to singing. Right click and save as (and then you can delete LOL).

Or just the MP3

And one of the prettiest touching songs she has sang (very emotional). From Xena when she sang to her son who had died. Not sure how long it takes to download but if you have the time I would def do it an like I said delete it after if you need the space. But this woman can def sing and is a whole lot more than T&A IMO. Again right click and save if anyone is interested (I actually needed kleenex when I saw this on TV haha)
