  1. SCOTUS upholds majority of Obamacare!
  2. I must say that not only do IA with your statement, I thank you for how you stated it.
  3. With all due, when someone speaks for 14 million black Americans, I have a tendency to...disagree.
  4. http://www.kulturekritic.com/2012/06/news/az-radio-show-host-refers-obama-the-first-monkey-president/ I tell you.
  5. I see that differently, because imagine what would have happened had he came out and said he would do all he can do for "black America". Now that he says he's the POTUS for all Americans, he now has his thinking on race question. Not saying nothing at you at all, because you at least said it adding to the discussion, and not trying to get posters ticked off in this forum, which I appreciate. I just think and feel he has done the right thing where race is concerned. And since we in the black community still get accused of voting for someone based on color (where there are some in the white community who do the same thing and nothing is ever said about that) it makes some of us just throw our hands up and just say "screw it."
  6. Just sick. Really just sick.
  7. I wonder how many times was Bush called a monkey, gorilla, him swinging on vines, AND his family, hung in effergy since day 1, and had sitting Republican politicians threatening his life? What he's went through any other POTUS can compare to. But many don't see that. They demand that everyone else be fair, while they themselves are truly close minded and won't open their ears to anything they don't agree with. Also, if someone who has differing political views actually says they agree with them for once, they will STILL try and get their shots in. Sometimes and makes on say "Oh to hell with it."
  8. Plus none of the Forth Estate have bothered to report that Republican governors refused to spend any stimulus money in their states jjst to make the President look bad.
  9. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/13/ed-schultz-rush-limbaugh-media-matters_n_1589488.htmlhttp://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/13/ed-schultz-rush-limbaugh-media-matters_n_1589488.html Interesting, and he has a point.
  10. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/13/arizona-special-election-results-2012_n_1591787.html Can you imagine what the Liberal media would have said if a Republican had won this seat?
  11. Thank you for giving me my laugh for the day. With this post I now leave you alone to wallow in your bigotry. Have a great day.
  12. And thank you for not only not answering my question, but proving my point.
  13. So you think black Americans are so stupid we just vote for anyone who is black, right?
  14. Qfan, what is wrong with people disagreeing with your opinion? Personally I do think it is racist. It makes it seem like all black Americans are so stupid they vote for the black man/woman over anyone else without researching that person. I think it's highly offensive, but its your opinion.
  15. Well, IMO, if he got elected because of skin color, then we should thank former President Jesse Jackson and former President Al Sharpton for paving the way. Oh wait. They were never POTUS. They never got elected because of skin color. In fact "Hymetown" is what destroyed JJ's chances of ever coming close to winning the nom. It has always bothered me with this notion that the man got elected based purely on the color of his skin, which to me sells him short on his entire presidency. Even with the ways he screwed up (Nobody is ready forn that seat until they get in itn and start learning from Day 1) this POTUS has done some fine work with NO HELP from the Congress.
  16. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/10/health-care-reform-undoin_n_1584331.html And those who call it Obamacare can't name one reason why it should be repealed. They get all their marching oders from idiots and morons who still get free health care even though they make millions.
  17. We read the exact same story today. I guess it gets forgotten all the off the wall statements that have made by members of Congress, particularly those in the Republican Party. I just feel in bones that the RP has not one idea to get working class Americans back to work. I've heard no plan...have you?
  18. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/05/paycheck-fairness-act-senate-vote_n_1571413.html That party tells everyone every day where they stand.
  19. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/01/white-nationalist-elected-to-gop_n_1563020.html?ref=politics&ir=Politics And I keep hearing how open the Republican party is.
  20. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/01/joe-walsh-jesse-jackson-african-americans_n_1563099.html?ref=topbar It's good to see that open minded people still exist.
  21. What in the hell is the man supposed to do when these vile, disgusting Republicans won't even bring the jobs bill to a vote. You get tired of hearing what he's supposed to do...when the same people gave W. a pass. "You can't blame it on him. It's Congress fault." Now it turns the other way. And let's spend our time as Republicans passing bills that curtail a women's right to do anything, voter suppression (Since they're so gung ho aboput winning, why cheat?) banning whatever they don't like and then lying to the American, or as Mitt says, Amercia, people. And if the Democrats had any semblace of a spine, maybe this crap wouldn't be happening.
  22. My goodness. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/31/jay-townsend-nan-hayworth-acid-war-on-women_n_1560693.html
  23. Bokker ran off at his mouth, got a serious lashing from the campaign, and is now trying to blame the Republicans for what he said. If he still wants to be a surrogate (and get help from the DNC for his re-election) he knows he has to eat crow and take this on the chin. But, maybe this will teach him...don't say dumb crap in front of a mic. Did Steve King compare immigrants to dogs?
  24. You know, I've asked on two seperate occasions what the presidentcan do while he's in office. Both times I received no response. Which tells me that the ONLY thing Republicans can do is spout garbage, lies and BS, because they have NO SOLUTIONS to what they say ales us today. Not one. Well, not one that doesn't include bringing up Wright (After they and the "liberal" media pushed to hell 4 years ago), calling that man and his family every disgusting name in the book, going after Gay and Lesbian Americans for something that is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS (even though they say they hate big government and wants them to stay out of people's lives), and then this birther crap, because that's the ONLY way they can beat him (Funny. I never heard any other POTUS asked for their birth certificate. Strange). And, Republicnas can't parade around as honorable. They are, next to some Dems, gigantic liars, cheats amd crooks, who have ripped this country off for over a decade and then get ticked when they're called out on it. The only people they want in that party are rich, crazy white people who will spend more time going after others because they can't stand that they will no longer be in the majority in 20 years. They whole damn system is corrupt. But I don't hear that. And I will be welcomed to a calm, good disccusion on what BOTH PARTIES can do to come up with solutions. But when one party is being called out with FACTS, I just laugh when the response is, "Well...the Dems do it too, but the "liberal" media is in Obama's hip pocket". Really?
  25. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/19/andy-gipson-gays-mississippi-facebook-apology_n_1529677.html?ref=politics It's so heartening that this party is so open-minded.
