Why are the writers sidelining Scorpio in the Greenland mission? He and Laura were part of the core team that stopped the Cassadine’s last world ending mission. I wish they would let Scorpio be part of this full circle moment. I give props to the current writers for Holly. She is finally acting like Holly. Not even her 90’s return was handled this well. When she knocked out Scotty, and smiled after, that was the perfect balance of Holly’s slyness and her heart. I hope she and Anna finally get the relationship building scenes they deserve with their adventure to Greenland. The only thing that would make that mission better is Felicia as a tag along. The three would make a fun version of Charlie’s Angels. Dex is hot. Very hot.

Here is a sentence I never thought I would be saying: “Tucker and Ashley are so cute!” The scenes at the Abbot mansion were so perfectly played. From Tucker’s geeky grin when Ashley comes in for a kiss, to Ashley’s sly smile at the door before she leaves for the day. The comedic and romantic nuances of this pairing is really working for me.

I hope Scorpio, Mac, and Felicia find there way back into the Cassadine story. All three characters have so much history with them. I am also loving Felicia back in accidental super spy mode.

This one was a dud for me because Ned/Jenny and Paul/Jenny had no chemistry. They were couples for couples sake. I never got why Paul and Jenny were endgame when Tracy and Paul were hot.

I really liked the recast Karen on Port Charles, Jennifer Hammond. I think she was a loss to Port Charles. She brought a little camp to the role. Beautiful, but quirky and awkward. PC’s biggest mistake was sidelining Karen and Joe. The core viewers were rooting for them, and Jennifer and Michael Dietz. The start of PC was tough with many mentions of Jagger and no cameo. I bet they could have secured ASJ for a short stint - with the right $ and perks. The red wedding dress moment was a standout.

Holly’s last two returns have gone so well, compared to the returns of her past. Is it all just because of better writing? Emma Samms is a breath of fresh air on the show. I never would have thought her character would fit in the modern version of Port Charles. I love Holly’s comedic timing with Jordan. “Are you here to wish them luck?” “We can’t confirm a rescue mission, half baked or not.” She is as beautiful as ever too…

I think you are right. When I put on some weight, I just stick to black until I can loose the weight again. I have yo/yo’d like this for 20 years. Sometimes, the weight does not come off as planned and you have to figure out a plan B. i would love Maxi to embrace her life as a full figured fashionista. There are so many high-end brands that off stylish clothing made for a woman with her figure: Christian Siriano, Brandon Maxwell, Prabal Gurung, Christopher John Rogers. These are the kinds of a brand a fashionista like Maxie should be in! And these brands aren’t making a bunch of wrap dresses/ kaftans. They are making on-trend and interesting prices

…or a song in the public domain. There are so many options. …or better yet, don’t make mention of a song if you don’t intend to perform one! Ned could have done a reading or a toast representing the family.

Are we never seeing the wonder twins again? Can’t we just de-SORAS them? They were not exactly in leading or substantive storylines. Make them middle schoolers again. Where does Lily say they are now today? Are they going to make her a neglectful mum with kids at boarding school?

This was beyond comedic. Do you think they recorded a song and realised they couldn’t actually use it? I can’t imagine a director thinking that this was a good idea. God, Ned looked so akward fake playing a guitar. Kristina is so much wasted potential. She has relationships with so many people on canvas. She has chemistry in her scenes. Why is she the forgotten child?

Can’t we just wait until Robin Mattsom is well enough to reprise her role?

Who wants to put money on Thad being shirtless before the end of his first episode?

Nate and Adam are fun together. I hope they get to be in more storylines together. When did Nikki start working at Newman? I thought she worked at Jabot? I liked that she had a life outside the Newman family.

…while being the black widower of Port Charles. I love that every woman Michael is with, dies. I hope Willow’s day comes sooner rather than later. Tracy is so needed on canvas. She has put the Q’s back front and center. She seamlessly flows between character groups and storylines. She is the kind of soap character we have been lacking, the perfect balance of evil, kindness, and most of all humour. Kudos to GH for having a full house at this wedding at the Q’s. There weren’t any random excuses for characters being missing, “Kristina can’t come, she is visiting a friend out of town.” We’re fortunate when a soap lets a full family scene, be a full family scene. When Sonny was taking a photo with all his kids, why didn’t he ask to include Donna? That is his child correct? (I can’t keep track)

This would require us to put-up with Willow for another few months/ years. I'd rather she die now and we let her make a guest star as a ghost every 5-10 years.

Talking about dwindling storyline, what happened with Dara? Vanita is so talented, and though ever a front burning character, was a consistent supporting character. Does anyone even remember her last scene?

Top 5 characters I would cut to make room for other storylines: 1. Drew: This version of Drew is so flat. He is played as a “good guy” and ??? I do not see the chemistry with Carly. We don’t need a town hero. We need a town scoundrel (Ethan, Lucky). 2. Austin: Can we call this character another failure and move on? What blackmail does RH have on Valentini that he keeps coming back? With a less inspired character each time? Let him take a break and give us Todd back. Carly will be free for a pairing with Drew out of town. 3. Sasha: I wouldn’t be able to pull her out of a lineup. 4. Willow: Just die already! 5. Maxie/ Spinelli: I love Maxie. I grew up with Maxie. I love Mac/ Felicia having a kid in town. But Maxie needs a break. Her character is unrecognisable. They turned Maxie into an Amy Vinning character, when she is supposed to be more of more of Lucy Coe. Let her set sail with Spinelli for a happy ending until the writers can come up with a better idea, and even a better recast.

The top 3 characters I would cut from this show to make room for more interesting characters: 1. Chelsea: This character has run her course. Let her move out of town for a fresh start. 2. Abby: This character needs a rest, and a recast. Maybe she gets in a big accident at a Newman building site and falls into a coma? 3. Tessa: No couple needs a happily ever after very long. Let’s give Camryn some Emmy material! Maybe a slow death from cancer, so we can get months of goodbyes.

Was it ever revealed why Joseph Phillips left GH? That had to be the worst recast of the year.

We’re all going to regret Tamra’s return. She is Lisa Rinna toxic. I think she show us going to take a dark turn.

This. Scorpio is acting more Scorpio than ever. Holly and Tracy are stepping back into Port Charles so seamlessly. Tracy especially, is already knee deep in the Quartermaines. I love her reaction to Brooklynn calling her Grammie. And Carly, it’s good to see that there is now love loss here on either side. I hope we continue to see the Quartermaines together. This current crop has very good chemistry. I hope that Holly, Robert, and Felicia work their way to the main Cassadine action. They deserve to be part of Victor’s comeuppance. I also love seeing these three in spy mode.

And to think we had a pretty good Anna on canvas once upon a time too …
