Those character profiles are really well done. Just watched the two Alex ones. Marj Dusay is hilarious, such a comedienne. I really like Beverlee's look her final years on the show, her clothes and that short blunt haircut. She had great hair. As a WoST member used to point out, she was after all a Leo. I like when Nick is talking about celebrating his REAL birthday and Alex dryly says, "I think you're mistaken but I don't wish to argue the point."

Wyndham, Schnetzer, Dano, Keating, I love the way they all look together. Who let Felicia in?? Was she staying there? This is after Linda had her face done and she is super trim here. Her head and hair are as long as her shoulders are wide. What happened with Cahl and Lorner? "Carl has a sword in his drawer! It's *this* big!" LMAO!

Yes, I forget if it was Logan, but I thought it unfair that they'd belittle the moment as a last ditch effort to get Lucci the Emmy. I mean, somebody could write off Sarah Jane at the end of Imitation of Life as OTT and cloying.

Oh, I don't think it's OTT at all. I think it's perfectly in character and not an atypical funeral reaction. Then again, I'm used to this happening at funerals:

As a kid, I never saw her as a redhead, strawberry, even dirty, blonde at most. But the girl from Ryan's Hope who played Tina for a while was even more strawberry blonde/light red than Andrea. Karen and Krista, unmistakeably blonde.

I think I know what you're talking about. I didn't really start watching GL until about '93 I guess, I know Marj was already playing Alex by that time. But you hear that cymbal crash/crescendo at 1:20? I think that came in sooner in later versions of the closing theme. I miss WoST, good times.

Jess looked really great at this time. She and Robin Strasser both looked great with their big hair and lost a certain something when they cut it. The Danny opening is classic, especially the one where the lady is twirling with her purse.

Lauren Fenmore, from ghastly to gorgeous. Nikki almost took Victoria's head off with that hair whip.

I love to watch Jeanne Cooper, she's very handsy like Linda Dano, always flicking a talon or twisting a wrist. I like the pastel effect thing, it was a nice way to use live shots while honoring the look of the Dvore sketches. Today's opening is too easy and soulless.
