Some of them are just irate because the show on their screens is not the show they've made up in their tiny little toxic heads. They demand they get their wishful thinking to do lists. So in that sense you may be right. Their only advantage is this blank slate as far as favorites go.

For example, SUPERTRAIN was the most expensive TV show ever produced up to that point & it was a high-profile failure. Other flops include HELLO, LARRY, THE BIG SHOW, and PINK LADY. However, they did launch HILL STREET BLUES, SHOGUN, DAVID LETTERMAN, CHEERS, ST. ELSEWHERE & FACTS OF LIFE. He revitalized NBC’s news which yielded TODAY and NIGHTLY NEWS. He put together a corporate team & those people stayed in place when Silverman left to start his own production company. One of them was Brandon Tartikoff who later took NBC to be #1. He restored the peacock to the NBC logo, and it remained in that configuration until 1986. Just barely topical. 🙄🙃🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Not sure. I suppose anything is theoretically possible, but why? I was thinking about your wanting GH or Frank to see commentary about Amanda Setton/BLQ problems. Might happen but also might not. Supposedly Frank said that GH fans on social media are hammers looking for a nail. Which is a fair assessment of the most toxic on Twi/X. Their regular routine coverage is more like a stroke tally than anything else. I don't know if they're machine done or intern or the social media guy but they're just after total fan engagement. Frank's posts are not from Frank. That's either his asst. or the social media guy.

I'm not sure here where the surprise would be. GH or BTG? Do we agree that GH did the Jennifer Hudson talk show because of all this activity? Right now I think GH does better on Hulu than the Bell soaps do on Paramount Plus, but I'm not sure that predicts a single thing about BTG.

Although I was very serious about Penberthy's appeal & Lee Randolph being a problem as daughters go. And, Mike Bauer & his daughter Hope & Mitchell Dru & Cass Winthrop are bonafide GL/ATWT/AW crossovers. If Don Stewart had played Mike Bauer on AW who knows what kind of soapy goodness might have come out of crossovers!!! I like that as a what if.

So my friend got an email reply from Linda Dano. She said she is okay, fine, living a calm, quiet life, mostly at home in CT. She had asked specifically about her podcast. Dano didn't mention it. My friend, somewhat determined, replied back & again brought up the podcast. So, we'll see. At the very least we know she says she's okay.
