  1. After the wild direction Cooper took in Season 3, I would die to see what Lynch/Frost come up with for Cooper in Season 4.

  9. I've been meaning to...
  10. Thanks! Is it?! Can't wait. Well, I guess it's good I've been warned! I have to admit, by the end of the season I was willing to see what a second season would be like for Jules. I knew instantly LuAnn wouldn't dump Tom and it was made worse by how she went on the attack. I really do see your POV regarding Bethenny. She came out all guns blazing and NOT always in the best of ways. She went too far with telling Sonja she never wanted to see her again and I didn't like the harsh way her anorexia issues came out with Jules. The slut-shaming scene was also cringe-worthy, but then again she felt bad immediately after. Do I completely believe she was 100% saddened about the Tom/LuAnn situation? No. I do think there was some spite in all of that. You could tell by how relatively subdued she was in the reunion that she'd gone too far. But I think that's what makes NYC sooooo fascinating. They just expose so many sides of them, some really bad, and they don't seem to care all that much if they do lol
  11. ^Yep, and this video continues with that. Taylor STAYS making fun, memorable videos. And the guest appearance at the very end made me GASP! (And I loved all the other ones too)

"Thot-full" LMAO! Yes, glad Faulkner's keeping the daily hotness going! Yeah, I think this works better. Plus, IG posts sometimes get deleted, this feels safer. lol
  13. Finished NYC season 8! First off, horrible new theme music. So much of the first half focusing on that pig John. And then we had Michael. Two creepy dudes becoming friends. Ugh. If NYC is missing something, it's some hot man candy/husbands/boyfriends (except Adam). Season 7 made up for that with random hotness but it's not enough. Jules spent at least the first half of the season being a non presence. I thing she's sweet, but she can't even get a sentence out. At least her vagina provided some story and I did feel bad Michael was cheating and left her. LOL at all the cancelled trips. I love when the 'reality' comes into the reality shows. LuAnn went back to her ultra hateful utter denial. LieAnn INDEED. Trashy, triflin ho!! The reveal of John's infidelity was edge of your seat. I felt a little bad for her there, but she quickly ruined it, and she was insufferable in the reunion. Overall, a fun, constantly entertaining season!

She's made a great, experimental, utterly uncommercial album. Bitch really is loca. I love it.
  15. New album will be called "Lover" and it's out August 23rd. Love the title and love the cover! And here's another new song:
  16. Beverly Hills without LVP. What a world.... Lisa was the reason I started watching it.
  17. You guys inspired/reminded me to FINALLY start season 3. Season 2 was quite difficult to get through so I put the show on the backburner for a long time, but DAMN is season 3 really good. Seen 4 episodes so far. Gaius Charles has always been amazing but I cried so much when Eric told him he knew from the beginning he could go all the way, then cried again when he got into college, then cried again when he told Eric the news, then cried AGAIN when the boys (Tim, Landry, Matt) got together with him on the field one last time. And that ending shot of Smash's huge smile... what a perfect exit story. I'm having so many feels y'all.
  18. Yes, the show definitely improves with Season 2. Right, Hulu doesn't have all the episodes and it's annoying. Just go for the DVDs. They're all pretty cheap and there's a Seasons 1-3 bundle for $40 available.
  19. Cindy must've been awful cos I've wiped her off my memory. An impression she certainly didn't make. What made Season 7 so great was that most Housewives had really strong, season-long storylines/arcs. Bethenny: Her divorce and the arc about opening up to others more. Ramona: The breakup of her marriage and being a single lady out on the town Sonja: Coming out of her Chapter 11 and finally launching her business Carole: Her relationship with Adam and the book (such an NY story. Can you imagine this on any of the other Housewives?) Dorinda, LuAnn, and Heather had a really strong supporting presence, especially Dorinda and LuAnn.
  20. The Real Housewives of New York City Season 8.
  21. They're putting in quite a lot of effort and creativity in the promos. Too bad it's not for the product fans WANT. Still, hope this turns out good.
  22. I watched the NYC 100th episode special they did a few years ago and that was a lot of fun. I do occasionally miss Jill but only a little and only temporarily. But apparently there was a housewife named Cindy? I've watched every episode of this show ever and I don't recall her AT. ALL. Not that surprised though, she only rated one clip of a few seconds. Maybe having Jill back would be fun. But no, God, please no Alex and her gay husband! What weird little ducks they were.
  23. Forgive me for discussing older seasons, but I finally caught up with Season 7 of NYC and what a MARVELOUS season it was! First, the obvious: Bethenny's return was incredibly welcome and she was absolutely hilarious. Her journal moments constantly had me laughing. Ramona did change while also still being recognizably her crazy self. What a fascinating woman. LuAnn, too. I love to hate her Countess persona. Rounding it all up, the ever fascinating Sonja. I loved her fashion line storyline. As long as these four women are around, NYC is NYC for me. Overall, I really liked all the storylines and how they pretty much lasted the entire season, all with beginning, middle, and ends. I have also grown to just LOVE Carole. How cool, smart, and unique she is. I really dig that chick. After a season, I'm still not sure how I feel about Dorinda, but her and Carole's storyline of facing their grief over their husbands together was excellent, touching stuff. Heather barely had anything to do. But the real trashbox is Kristen. What is even her purpose? She had zero storyline. Zero presence. When she spoke, I was like, gurl, the grownups are talking now. Hell, she had an entire 10th wedding anniversary party the show didn't even bother putting into the regular episodes. She adds nothing. The MOST ridiculous scene of the season was probably the Fυck-you-dinner. Really? REALLY?! The season was so good that even during the reunion, where you think they can't possibly pull off anything else, Ramona falls asleep. Classic. CLASSIC. And then when all the ladies started hugging each other and Andy was like 😶 I really love that they aren't toxic and actually, despite occasional craziness, can listen to each other and resolve things. I adore the NY directness. It feels like these women know each other and can co-exist beyond the scope of the show.
