Glad to hear NYC is on the upswing. The past 2 seasons (for me) have been good. Jersey is dead in the water if you ask me. Jacqueline's delusions of grandeur aren't helping. Melissa and Tre's fake makeup ain't cutting it. Tre showing no real remorse over her actions ain't cutting it either. Delores and Siggy are the only ones keeping this show afloat. Bravo should've went all out to save this season, and (IMO) Danielle Staub was the answer. I don't see Bethenny going anywhere as the show serves a platform for her to hawk SkinnyGirl products for free. She'll stick around just for that alone.

So disagree that Masood, Denise, and Patrick need to be cut. They have tons of potential if a writer would pen them them each the proper story. Ronnie and Roxy have given all they can give. There's nowhere else you can take Ronnie or Roxy. Hell, I feel that way about all of the Mitchells minus the younger Mitchells (Ben, Louise, Jay, Courtney, Mark). As much as I love Steve McFadden (as an actor), he needs to be cut too. Phil is deadweight too. This show needs to seriously revive itself. IMO, it's time for a big, tragic stunt to occur that claims many lives. Preferably, Phil, the Carters (minus Lee), Whitney, Abi, Lauren, and Jane.

It's the same Curtis (the character). I think they did recast the role though. Sometimes, SOC dates don't correlate with the actual debut of certain people. Some of their dates are messed up too.

I found it saddening (too) how that clip had so many greats who are no longer with us. It's also sad seeing how only a year later, ATWT would plummet to the pits of hell and never really recover as the show lost its heart, soul, and true meaning.

I hope it's true. IMO, Bravo needs to get behind all the housewife shows--international ones too. They need to show them when they originally air or a day or two after. Not six months ahead when most have watched & enjoyed them online.

See I forgot about this too. I do remember people on SOC (as I was posting a lot there during this time) moaning about Lyla being written like crap. It's obvious they did this to make the audience sympathetic to Katie, which didn't work. Most of us still hated her till the last day of the show. I knew I remember you expressing disdain for Rose before. I knew it was some other posters too.

The show was too gutless to risk casting an actor with an American accent. The flimsy reason given is that he went to a "British school" (which makes no sense as Michelle wouldn't have cared about that sort of thing) and he "adopted" a British accent to pick up girls. That also makes no sense, as most girls would see that as stupid and phony. It makes even less sense because ghoulish DTC decided to try to make him look like David Scarboro (RIP), Mark Fowler #1, and has instead made him look like he just got out of a gay porn parody called "T-Bird Tops." So he invented a fake posh accent while dressing like a middle-aged gay man's jerkoff fantasy? It makes no damn sense. Everything about this story has been awful, more than anything Sharon bleating on about how Grant can't know because he's a bad man (which also makes no sense as she was mooning over him not long ago and he hasn't done anything "bad" in over 15 years). And it's all about Phil. As everything is. It's not enough that he's "dying" and all the Ben drama. We get more contrived melodrama. It also makes me wonder if the "new Mitchell," is there to replace Jay, as I get the feeling the show would be fine with writing him out as he's not one of their little cadre. The show has been awful this week. I hate this story. Anytime someone tells you the Mitchells carry the show, just laugh. How stupid. If anything, he'd pick up more girls if he had an American accent b/c it's differ from the norm. Jesus. This is like Vicki all over again where EE fails to find a capable actor with an American accent. With all these out of work American actors over here, they could've found one easily. I didn't get the leather jacket either. So odd. I don't get Sharon now claiming Grant is bad now too. So sad how they've ruined EE's biggest secret with a sh-t story just so Phil can be front and center (as if he isn't already enough). The Mitchell clan stories sucks this year. Louise's return, Peggy's death, Phil's cirrhosis, Ronnie's stalking story, etc. They all just SUCK ass. I think the writing is on the wall for Jay too. It's been obvious for the longest that this show is eager to get rid of Jamie Borthwick, which is a shame if it comes to fruition.

That's what I remember--you saying you didn't care for MB's Lily. And I think it was @P.J. I remember declaring their hatred for Rose. It was someone else too. Was it Khan like I said before? Or was it someone else? Just thought sharing the debut episode of Rose would've been funny, as not too many people cared for her. Re-watching that episode, I do find it hard to believe that Lyla would've had Katie sleeping in some sh-tty hotels. I am pretty sure that Lyla had money stashed somewhere and Casey too. Plus, Margo was well off, Craig had tons of money, and Cricket/Ernie probably had money too. That was an odd line to me. I enjoyed seeing Curtis too and rethinking how stupid this show as to never bring back Sarah or Curtis alongside Allison, Casey, Luke, etc.

I know that @Khan & @DRW50 will love this episode. It features their favorite, Rose!
