  1. Ha! Good catch. I'll welcome a Manuella (and Faye) return to the next seasons!
  2. RH of Melbourne I just love Janet. I always have. I'm so glad my taste has been proven right. Janet can be so messy, but she is hilarious and shoots from the hip: she decimated Lydia by blowing her out of the water about 'the rumours' which just blew Lydia's credibility to smithereens. I don't think Gamble would be wise to tangle with Janet, she'll bury her. Janet also clearly demonstrated how Gina's a hypocrite and Gina couldn't defend it at all. Pettifleur, on the other hand, is such a dumb bitch. She was a lunatic at the beginning. As Janet said, for all of the women to agree, it has to be true. Lord, she is just so out of touch, she needs to realize that we've all seen the real Pettifleur and she's hideous. Gina wasn't great in defending against the racist stuff - but it's plain and obvious she isn't racist. The lustre wore off Gina this season, which isn't a surprise, it happened last season for me. Gina is a hypocrite and she doesn't always defend herself well. I do still enjoy her because she's a real character. And boy, can she run in heels. Jackie was great against Pettifleur and she was great dealing with Gamble's attack on her psychic abilities. Jackie is bold and fun and necessary for this show. Chyka...yes she's a fence sitter, but she brings a lot to the show because of her lifestyle, business and attitude, which is very good humoured. Chyka is surprisingly game for anything. I like her. Gamble had better lock Rick down and get him down the aisle ASAP because she's lucked out with him - he's a winner. She is obviously petrified of Manuella (who I love), because she can outsmart her without batting an eye. It seems that Manuella's well spoken nature intimidates the hell out of Gamble. She stooped low in her fight with Manuella and it was low class. When Lydia objected to moving down the couch it said it all: she is so fearful of being irrelevant and fired. And she is irrelevant and she should be fired. Lydia's useless and stupid. Time for her to get fired. The race at the end and the behind the scenes to cap off the show was just great. This is a franchise that has a real sense of humour. Only in Australia! Bring on season 3! Re: Andy Cohen What actually happened is, in November 2013, Andy formed his own production company, Most Talkative, which has a first look deal with Oxygen and Bravo, signing a contract extension to host Watch What Happens Live, EP the Housewives franchise and host the reunions, which expires in November 2015. Andy couldn't have stayed on as the VP of Development at Bravo when his own production company has a deal with the network, it's a classic conflict of interest. Some could argue it was a demotion in that he's not the VP of Development at the network anymore, but I see it as a deal that gave him independence from being an employee and gives him more freedom as an independent producer. The head of Bravo, Frances Berwick, is still there and she's the one who hired him, so it isn't as if everything hit the fan for him.
  3. NYC Oh Sonja...that was just pathetic. Bethenny was really trying to get through to her, probably more seriously and genuinely than anyone else on the show...but it just didn't compute. Sonja doesn't want to believe her old life is over.
  4. BH: A This season had a renewed energy thanks to Rinna and Eileen. Lisa Vanderpump brings the unparalleled glamour and fun that we demand of this franchise and she seemed renewed this season as well - a step away from Brandi et al. Kyle and Kim's domestic nightmare is a tired storyline now and I never need to see Kim Richards onscreen again after her lies and addiction were widely exposed. Melbourne: B+ I do love this franchise and while it wasn't the glory of season 1, as the Gamble storyline dragged things on, it was still very fun and the women aren't vile - except Pettifleur. Pettifleur was a flop and I disliked her from the start and feel totally justified in my assessment of her. Janet remains my favourite because she can laugh at just about anything. Cheshire: A I love this premier season. You could love most of the ladies and love to hate the rest. I'm glad they're all returning. There is nothing like a tough Northern Englishwoman. It was refreshing, like Vancouver and Melbourne before it. Considering the stupidity that was Ladies of London, Bravo could take notes from RHOC's production team: that is how you do English reality drama.
  5. Queen Jeana Keough is in that OC commercial right at the end! RHoMelbourne The reunion part 1 was great because it's messy and hilarious and none of these conflicts are really that serious...Pettifleur made an ass of herself as usual. She's worse than Andrea. And Lydia is thirsty for a return next season, coming for Gamble for no reason at all was pretty transparent. Janet remains so messy and hilarious. She's 56 and just doesn't give a flying damn and laughs at everything when it comes right down to it. I think she and Chyka really get each other. Add Jackie to the mix and they're a riot. Gina was a bit subdued, as she was all season, but I'm glad she addressed Chyka being so agreeable.
  6. I'd love to know the last time Janet Huber was paid $65,000 for a pilot. Heck, I'd like to know the last time anyone was paid $65,000 for a pilot. Oh my...somewhere in Villa Rosa, Empress Lisa is laughing glamorously, swaddled in luxury.
  7. RHoNYC This season is great and consistent. Kristen is patently useless (the blog? Oh lord...). Sonja is delusional and is probably going to get screwed by the people she's doing business with, who knows...the only thing she seems to have a firm grasp on is the consequence of Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I appreciated that Bethenny went into Sonja's presentation guns blazing and didn't hold back in how WTF everything was. She can smell a rat. Carole's gross for doing that to LuAnn's niece. LuAnn isn't wrong for feeling the way she does, that was low down and sleazy of Carole. Ramona really need to dig deep and get fabulous again, it's pretty obvious that Mario cheating on her gutted her self esteem, damn him. Dorinda is a great addition to the show and her boyfriend is starting to irk me. Nothing but loud and crass from Heather in this episode.
  8. RHoMelbourne It was ever so tacky of Gamble to host an event that she swiftly won. Janet was so thrilled to be 3rd I had to smile for her. Pettifleur looks rough for 50. Honestly, she looks like a good 60. And she calls the other women "bitches" way too much for me to be comfortable anymore. She calls them "bitches" all the time and it's gross for an adult to speak like that. Chyka was always screwed once she started dealing with her. Her "vision"...good lord. She is such a rude assh*le. She treated Chyka's staff horribly. Disgraceful behaviour. She is such an awful person. Worse than Andrea, for sure. Janet was very complimentary to Lydia, comparing her to Nigella Lawson, and I think that was a good comparison...that pasta was incredible looking. That seemed like a very enjoyable dinner party and Lydia's mother seemed funny! Loved Janet's dishy gossip session with Manuela and then Manuela set Gamble up for one of the more hilarious confrontations I've seen on a Housewives franchise as Janet cursed up and down about Gamble needing to "shut the f*ck up and listen [because she's] f*cking had it!" Janet swears beautifully. It is hilarious and it's interesting that Gamble STILL doesn't get it because she is a dumbass. Gamble really couldn't handle Manuela...I just despise people who blather on about people being "intimidating"...grow up Gamble, dumbass! "If you haven't heard the Petite Fleur song once you're about to hear it again!" - Gina. That had me rolling with laughter, as did her description of Chyka laughing as Petitfleur swayed to the music with her eyes closed...and then Chyka's reenactment?! Amazing. And then Gamble can't stop the rumours by getting into it with Gina. I really don't mind how Jackie is with Gina because I don't think Jackie is a liar, she just doesn't need to. Jackie is right that Gina always bolts when she's confronted. Janet is right that Gina always claims things are "in jest" (confirmed by that most unfortunate VT...). "Gina is such a dirty fighter. She throws the bomb that Jackie and I have got dilated pupils and then runs as fast as that fat spanx ass will let her go" - Janet. OMG. What a great end of season party, loved every second of it - those ending captions were shady by the producers, I do hope we get a reunion...and a season 3, what a great one!
  9. Nene will be her own undoing. She really hasn't ever understood how replaceable *everyone* is in the entertainment business.
  10. Real Housewives of Cheshire has been renewed, all 6 are returning, filming stars in June with broadcast at the end of the year! http://www.itv.com/presscentre/press-releases/real-housewives-cheshire-return-itvbe
  11. LuAnn's Twitter was EVERYTHING. She really was live tweeting throughout the episode and it is a hilarious read. Bethenny v Heather is interesting because Bethenny reallllllly doesn't give a sh*t about Heather and Heather is so, so pressed about that.
  12. Well, well, well...Kim Richards on Dr. Phil was everything train wreck TV is and more. I'll do this in point form what we learned in the interview: - Kim's "story" about how she got arrested had about as many holes in it as a colander. And Dr. Phil was not letting her get away with any of her lies. - Kim blamed watching the reunion episodes, then blamed her destroyed relationship with Kyle, for falling off the wagon. - Kim admitted that she had fallen off the wagon prior to the events of the past weeks and that she'd drank wine, alone, at home, over the last several months. - Kim denied that she lied about her sobriety at the reunion. And then, when Dr. Phil pressed her, she said it "was a lie and not a lie" that she hasn't struggled with her sobriety. Kim then blamed the other women for "being mean" to her. - Kim's son and daughters all said they didn't think Brandi was the best influence on Kim. Kim fiercely defended Brandi. - Kim said if she couldn't handle the pressure of the show she'd walk away. When Dr. Phil told her she clearly can't handle the pressure she said she can handle it and that falling off the wagon doesn't mean she can't handle it. - Kim's son did, indeed, out her abuse of pills and occasional marijuana use, in addition to her drinking, which Kim did not deny. - Kim's daughters Brooke ripped into her for being "so f*cking picky" about which rehab Dr. Phil was telling her he'd send her to. - Kathy Hilton was at the interview in the adjoining hotel room and is clearly a problem because she was getting in the way of Kim's daughter scream some sense into Kim. - Dr. Phil left the interview after Kim stormed out and Kim put on her fake Beverly Hills matron bullsh*t about how much she admired him. - Kim later took his offer of rehab, but then went back and forth about wanting a private room, a different rehab, then said no. - Dr. Phil showed the rehab he intended Kim to go to, a stunning sober living centre in Malibu right on the beach. Overall, it was all the classic Kim Richards horseshit that she always spews. Denial ain't just a river in Egypt.
  13. I don't love Gamble, but there is no denying that she brings a lot to the show and is multifaceted. Pettifleur on the other hand just sucks in the worst way. She sucks the joy out of watching. She's the new Andrea.
  14. RH of Melbourne Really good episode! It was very interesting to see the VT's of Janet and Lydia and Jackie saying that Gina uses Gamble as a puppet...and for Gina to be confronted about that last episode...and then for her to do exactly what they accused her of when she told Gamble to ask Pettifleur about whether she's sensitive about race and her height when they were in the car going to Derby Day. Chyka is a very valuable addition to the show because of the access she affords the cameras into truly glamorous events. I like Gamble's relationship with her stepson, it's very sweet and funny and genuine. I enjoyed what she said about Rick: "If I was going to be a golddigger I wouldn't have been with him because he'd already been dug." That was witty. Pettifleur is a disgusting bitch. She really doesn't have a nice word for anyone who isn't tripping over themselves to tell her she's fantastic. I thought what she said about Gamble's sister Tempest ("It was too subtle, she may need to go in for another lift very soon.") was really mean, really nasty and showed what she's really like. I hope we never hear about her f*cking book again. Janet was hilarious at the hen's night, she is such a cougar it's ridiculous. And she was very classy when Tempest apologized to her. It goes to show that there are some housewives who can act like mature women and move on from conflict. And Janet was not wrong when she said that Gamble was the one perpetuating the rumours as that's exactly what she did. Gina clearly hit a nerve with Gamble. Hmmmm. It now emerges that Lydia's husband Andrew was undergoing heart surgery when the season was filmed and that's why he's absent. It makes sense now. But Lydia is irrelevant and hasn't contributed a damn thing this season. Looks like some truth comes out next week!
  15. If that's true then she is totally and utterly screwed. Until she admits she has a real problem and takes responsibility for it she will not recover. In any case she should not be returning to the show. She is a liability to the show and her children and herself.
  16. I just hope Kim actually sees this through. She hasn't managed to before and I hope she's had her wake up call. And it's time to leave public life behind. The pressure is clearly too much for her.
  17. Kim has posted on Instagram photos of her and her son where she alludes to his struggles.
  18. That's disgusting. Kim is a liar and an attention whore to bring her kids on television and do this to them. Whoever is advising her has made a serious error in judgment. And if this article is at all accurate about how the filming went it really goes to show what a lousy person Kim is: screaming at her own children who level with her. And then her son, who has serious mental health concerns, apparently divulges that Kim is smoking pot and taking pills? If it's true I'm not shocked at all. What a pig. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3052932/Moment-Kim-Richards-storms-Dr-Phil-tears-calls-bad-mother-following-drunken-arrest.html
  19. Lori Loughlin is absolutely right about getting a good financial deal for the show - not only does she deserve it but everyone associated with the show does. And the thing about Lori Loughlin is that she's very well off, financially. She doesn't need the show.
  20. RHoNYC Another great episode. The battle of the brunches was so lame. Bethenny's Hampton's house is gorgeous and undermines the whole "living in hotels" storyline even further. Her new apartment will be fantastic as well. She has great taste that's consistent: white and light and marble. Lord knows Bethenny earned those millions the good old fashioned way and spent many a year in that tiny apartment with the crappy old parquet floor...not unlike the apartment Kristen inhabits now. Dorinda is great: "I just listened to these old bitches fight the whole time." - amazing. I really hope her big fatty boyfriend doesn't end up being a big fatty jerk because I like him and Dorinda together. They're kinda cute. I have always loved LuAnn and she's just even more delicious that ever this season. LuAnn just throws on a statement necklace, secure in the millions she has in the bank after unloading her old Hamptons house, and has a great time. That's fabulous. She's fabulous. What a winner. Divorce has humbled Ramona and it's made her so much more likeable. It's terrible that her family basically fell apart, but thank goodness she finally got real with herself and has come right down to earth. The ladies do talk a lot of sh*t about Sonja's delusional ass...and the thing is she doesn't really do that to them so I think it's a tad unfair. Sonja is still a huge financial disaster - but she isn't exactly mean or cruel. Carole is so pathetic lusting after these young guys when she has as much sex appeal as a wet umbrella. Sonja she ain't. Kristen is totally irrelevant and was in the show for a grand total of 45 seconds. Good lord she should have been fired after last season she is useless! Kelly Killoren Bensimon - goodness, bless her, she still seems batsh*t crazy.
  21. Fortunately, I always held the opinion that Marlo was a disgusting criminal who shouldn't be glorified on television.
  22. RHoMelbourne So much happened in this episode: Ben and Jackie have a very cute relationship and it's clear they've grown up together. Jackie's obsession with the word "couture" and everyone else's ability to mock it - is reunion fodder in the making. Lydia's home renovation...is it just me or did the house appear as if nothing had changed aside from some mirrors and candelabras thrown in? Compared to what I recall of Lydia's house in season 1, it really doesn't look like they did a damn thing aside from some appliances and countertops. It's a pity when a housewife overblown something, and Lydia's been droning on about this renovation - it can only lead the viewer to disappointment. Janet and her son, Jake, launching their teas (which are actually on sale, unlike Pettifleur's "book") was really heartwarming because Jake has surely been through hell and some of the worst medical experiences that a person can go through and survive. Even something as simple as allowing his photograph to be taken is a big deal for someone in Jake's position, though his treatment has been incredibly successful. I wish him and Janet such good luck with this venture for it will do great work for burns patients. Gamble and her sex party photos...here's the thing: if there weren't any out there, she wouldn't have freaked out like she did and screeched for Gina to be her backup and shake Carlos down to find out what he'd seen. And Gamble casually throws out that she's done some Playboy photos? I mean, really. Jackie spoke the most sense to Gamble: if there's anything out there that could be misconstrued, she's f*cked. And I feel safe in thinking that there very well might be. Pettifleur tried, yet again, to try and start something with Gina. And yet again, it just did not work. Nobody believes that Gina is a racist and everyone believes that Pettifleur is a humourless bitch. And let's be honest, her style is the tackiest I have seen on the RH franchises (including New Jersey). I think Chyka showed her ass a bit when she and Pettifleur flipped out at Gina naming shoes after them. Pettifleur has no brand, her name was used for some jewelry sold in the Philippines. Chyka just seemed pissed that she hadn't thought to cash in on her name before. Janet just wanted to not have the "nana shoe"...and that I can understand. That said, Gina's shoes were boring and as run of the mill as they get. I loved Jackie's helicopter ride - too much!
  23. Nah, I bet it's water...but she has no shame. She should be locked in her house consulting with her lawyers about how she's going to get out of the legal mess she's gotten herself into. But oh no, the PR machine is already starting with the Daily Mail reporting that Kim binge watched the RHoBH reunion and that it tipped her over the edge and that Lisa Rinna and Lisa Vanderpump are to blame because they stressed her out...I mean, what a joke. The only person who holds any blame in this situation is Kim Richards. She's the adult. She's the addict. If she couldn't handle the stress she simply needed to get off the show. It isn't as if she actually needs the money, she has alimony of $23,000 a month coming in regularly from Gregg Davis according to the book House of Hilton.
  24. She's out and about and getting behind the wheel of a car the day after she kicked a police officer:
  25. Nobody is surprised at this. Kim and her filthy addict self has been on full tilt the entire season and her nasty behaviour only acted like a spotlight on the ugly truth she tried, in vain, to conceal. If ever there was a reality show participant who, for their own sake, should be fired, it's Kim Richards. Having her for next season would only glorify and validate her addiction and awful behaviour. I don't mock Kim's addiction issues - I mock her evil, nasty, sh*tty behaviour which is not necessarily wholly related to her addiction to drugs/alcohol/whatever. Just because Kim has issues with drugs/alcohol/whatever does not give her a free pass on all the awful behaviour she's pulled. Let's get real: Kim is a bad person. Kim is dangerous. She's dangerous to herself, her family and the community at large. It's a good thing she refused to leave the Beverly Hills Hotel - imagine if her drunk ass had driven around drunk and killed someone? Kim tried to imply that Lisa Rinna had "a record"...well Kim, the only one with a record is you. A criminal record. Stopppppp itttttttt Cat! You've taken the words out of my mouth!
