Tracy has an extremely strong mind. I doubt "mind control" would factor into it. Tracy being blackmailed to protect her Spercermaine family however...that makes sense and would be in character.

Tracy might have had moments of being a "doormat", but more than anything she led Luke around by the short-n-curlies when he stepped out of line. I'd just like a LuNacy that was based in equality and mutual respect rather than a ping pong match. And HELL TO THE NO for Tracy and AZ. They might be entertaining but it would be a huge cut into the fabric that makes Tracy to have her involved with someone who is insane and a murder. She's got questionable ethics in some areas, but she has never gone to the point of supporting a sociopath.

Just watched yesterday's show - Hellzabub, Dante and a stiletto, lol. Looks like fun for the whole family. Whomever said Tracy was in a bathrobe or shower curtain was wrong. Though not her most flattering jacket, it didn't look horrible and certainly was in keeping with the season. Glad that Michael uttered the phrase "Tracy is right." More people on GH have to start saying that out loud - though when her new favourite boy turns out to be a plant, you KNOW Edward and Monica are going to rub it in her face five ways from Friday. The big disappointment was the Lucky story. I remember way back when, JJ said he would have loved to do the drug addiction story and now it looks like they are going to do it for him after all. The ONE decent story GV was given and they are going to cheapen it with Cry Baby. I'm not amused…. not surprised but not amused. They can't seriously have a mob Selieto story and not have Tracy. That would make zero sense, and would seem to fly in the face of GW respecting history and having Tracy more involved. The name is just too coincidental to be a coincidence. The one back-story I wouldn't mind them tinkering with is Tracy's abortion, so you never know.

You didn't know? Tony had Liz Taylor, and the rumour has been circulating for ages that Jane slept with Elvis on their movie set, being seen at his trailer all the time. Unconfirmed of course, but it's out there all the same.

She was hands down the best Carly of the lot - but she was another character ruined by being thrown at Sonny. I would have loved to see her back as Caroline Spencer with a "screw anyone who's not blood" attitude. Oh well….. that's what fanfic is for.

Yeah, but that could have been a beautiful thing. I kept wanting a story where Tracy was in danger and starting to get hypothermia, so Lucky had to warm her up skin-to-skin after rescuing her. It's just not the same with the Lucky we have now.

That's fine Baby Boy, I've been disagreed with before. I felt the whole thing a little lacking, but kudos to GW et al for filling in a huge gap. Any one know why these scenes were moved up and what they replaced? I'm always intrigued by that kind of stuff.

AZ trying to use Skye to lure Luke away to free up Tracy would be FABULOUS. OMG I can see it now. As for LuNacy, yeah Tracy mentioned Luke a few times. After Tracy shot Monica down with "Michael doesn't want to be around you any more than Jason does", Monica shot back "has Tracy heard from Ned or Dillon, or how about Luke?" Tracy's demeanour changed instantly and you could see in her face how heartbroken she is for him dealing with this the only way he knows how. There wasn't any woe-is-me pathos at all, just a statement of acknowledgement that Luke has suffered a horrible tragedy. You know, I'm really glad Tracy was the one to tell Monica. There is something right there since Tracy was the only one to get to know Jake as his "paternal" grandmother, she should be the one to tell his real paternal grandmother about him. Monica had a scene where LC tried to emote, but personally I didn't feel it and it felt rather fake. IMO Monica was the weakest Q-link today, but that's still stronger than some others on the show *cough Brenduh, cough*. Even had a little Ethina and Spixie for my enjoyment. And if the spoilers are true that Lante and Mabby are done, I'm open to that. Lante has lost their sparkle - and Mabby never had it.

General Hospital or Twilight Zone? edit…... Oh my Fraking God……. that was such a great Tracy show. She was strong, had a legitimate POV, covered almost every emotion in her reservoir, wasn't cowed by the Great Mykill, told a major secret AND left Edward speechless. This is the best non-Luke day in forever. (Speaking of Luke she also showed she loved him and understood him as much as ever.)

Agreed. She's proven she is Matriarch material after all (like we had any doubt) but now it's time to flex some of those other muscles.

I finally got to see yesterday and I agree with those who didn't mind the outfit - she had black spandex under a surprisingly well-fitted sweater that is ACTUALLY in style. AND she was sporting some real sports technology on her arm. All in all I think it was a pretty good look. Hey, it's not the muumuu which has been her usually relaxed attire for way too long. My only complaint is that someone of Tracy's wealth would NEVER be running around the docks, but oh well….. how else would she have run into Anthony. And loved their exchange. I could really get into AZ trying to woo her and her trying to figure out a way to play him. It will never be romantic but it could be quite entertaining. AZ is someone who could seriously bring back Papa Bear. I'm also getting a hoot out of Jackal PI. BA must be having blast, and if the others were having a hard time keeping a straight face around him before, I imagine it's almost impossible to do those scenes in one take now.

I can't see it ever going romantic. The one consistent of Tracy - no matter the writer - is that she's always the smartest in the room. She wouldn't be caught dead being romantically involved with someone certifiable. Evil, sure. Megalomaniac, probably. But insane - no way.

I doubt he "pushes her" is a physical description but rather a metaphorical one. He would offer a different type of challenge than Luke has, and would bring back a lot of her fight.

If they allowed Tracy to win some then I might be more amused.

Skye has been in Tracy's face for too long and my like for her is long gone. Now, if they have her with Jax and Alexis and Edward - but no Lunacy Interuptus - I will be fine. Tracy looses too much power and self-esteem when Skye is around.

Ugh, no Skye. Send her to Pine Valley or Lanview before Port Charles. Unless she comes to collect Jax, that is.

Edward being sick won't generate story - it's been done before. Alan was only seen by Tracy and Luke wouldn't return for any other Q but Tracy, nor would the rumoured Dillon.

I don't really think Tracy would care that Michael is Alan's grandson - she hasn't in the past. At any rate I'm hoping Tracy looks like the smart one in this. More spoilers saying a Q gets sick this fall and we start seeing Ghost Alan again. I'm thinking that has to be Tracy and will be the reason for Luke's return. I'm looking forward to that if it's true, and the spoiler seems to track with other drops we've heard. Crossing fingers. On a side note my Ethina has started. Ethina alone is not enough to keep me watching GH, but they are a nice side-dish to Lunacy.

How many days until Brenduh leaves? Just read a spoiler that "Asher manipulates TRACY". WTF? She's the mistress and she's being manipulated by a punk-ass upstart? How wrong is this? Let me count the ways…..
