7/24 Jason is really fine leaving his kids again for Carly because she decided to have a kid with Sonny when they were both middle aged 🤦🏽♂️ Ava is so silly thinking she could convince Nina to be on her side now. Great scenes though. This show really had Kristina call Natalia the homophobe, THE REAL VICTIM?! This is the kind of stuff that turns me off of shows very quickly.

The lack of consequences for Sonny, Jason, and Carly is actually what ran me off the show for the better part of the last decade. I had been enjoying PM’s work but if these three are suddenly heroes again it will be a struggle for me. There are two returns I’m curious about that may keep me around briefly. I’m only on 7/24 but Anna has basically been ruined in a matter of weeks.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It’s such a smart idea to have them together on a regular housewives night, so of course they didn’t do it 🤦🏽♂️. OC is having a great season but I keep forgetting to watch on Thursdays.

DAYS: Our hopes for the new HW’s
RC never learned that and truly thought the whole show should be one long comedy with a sprinkle of seriousness.

DAYS: Our hopes for the new HW’s
Daniel Jonas was pretty hated despite the show constantly propping him. As for my wishes. Kill off Leo. Immediately. Permanently. And no character grieves or mourns. Bring back Jack, Jennifer, AND JJ. I actually have no issue with the amount of DiMeras, but I would use Tony and Anna more as the heads of the family. Honestly just make it feel like a serious show again and not something we’re supposed to laugh at.

DAYS: Head Writer Ron Carlivati Departing Peacock Soap After Seven Years
This is such great news. One thing I enjoyed about the scab writers is that the show no longer felt like a comedy. If the new writers can return that feeling to the show, it’s a win for me. I would not wish RC on Y&R but I am morbidly curious to see what he could do considering how boring Griffith is.

Okay so I’m not going crazy noticing a shift in what we were getting before. I’ve been enjoying Drew/Willow/Nina from the start but I was not expecting Willow to tell Nina about it so soon. I can’t see how this turns out any other way for Nina except Willow hating her again. I was hoping we’d get a longer more secrety triangle.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It’s been interesting to see how much you’ve enjoyed Sai. I remember despising her. She’s one of my least favorite first season cast members across all franchises. She wasn’t even a fun villain.

I’m having whiplash. It wasn’t that long ago these same writers had Anna denouncing Sonny but now she’s helping her criminal ex boyfriend escape the country? I totally understood Jason’s frustration today and Steve played it well. Speaking of Jason, why the hell are they writing off his first born already? Jason with his baby mamas and kids has been the most interested I’ve been in him in about a decade.

7/8 Oh my gosh how soapy. Right after having that talk with Nina about Drew and their hookups, Sasha literally sees Willow and Drew kissing. Loved that. I’m glad the Willow/Drew/Nina story wasn’t dropped. This should hopefully be pretty good. Sabrina was one of the worst characters I’ve ever had to suffer through for way too long.
