Knowing Rena and Wally are actual exes, those scenes with Lois and Ned in the kitchen were truly great. I never saw them as a couple but they sell being exes and Brook Lynn’s parents so well. Ava is such a sneaky snake, I truly love it. I have no clue what her end goal is but I’m sure enjoying watching her weave her web around Sonny. And now she’s behind Alexis’ disbarment 🤦🏽‍♂️

Oh wow, had no clue about that. That’s so sad. Couldn’t imagine playing that kind of stuff so soon after. Jesus this show. Michael is literally telling Dex to not press charges on the man who beat the hell out of him and threatened to kill him because his poor sister might have to testify against her mobster [!@#$%^&*] father. Anything for Sonny to not pay for his crimes. Oh great it gets even better, they now have Joss as well asking him not to press charges. It’s one step forward and two steps back with how this show handles Sonny.

Another great moment of someone calling out Sonny in the scene with Dante. Sonny truly somehow has made his narcissistic ass the victim.

I guess I checked out of GH even further back than I remembered, 5 [!@#$%^&*] years?! Again Michael Easton showed up for work in those scenes with Finn finding Gregory. I guess it’s nice to know he’s actually capable because he managed to make me care about his 3rd character on the show and that character’s dad just by showing that true heartbreak. I’m going to be so pissed off when they hand wave all of Sonny’s [!@#$%^&*] behavior as his meds being tampered. Sonny is and has always been a selfish [!@#$%^&*] murdering prick medicated or unmedicated.

He looked more pained at Sonny’s man pain than he did when he missed Alan’s death. How long was Gregory even a character on this show? He got a montage befitting a vet character being killed off and I literally just found out about him when I started this journey two months ago 😂

Still one of the most absurd things I’ve ever read, and the fact that the writers/producers all just go well that makes sense and allow it is stupid. Lord Carly slipped right back into the mob wive apologist role so quickly. The fact that Jason decides to call Carly of all people after Sonny brutally attacks someone should tell you all you need to know about this toxic codependent throuple.

5/18 I’ve admitted Kate Mansi is my preferred Abby on Days but she has won me over as Kristina. However this retcon that Kristina hasn’t always known her dad was a violent mobster really doesn’t land for me at all. She’s like 30 or something by now and has literally grown up around this mob life with him. I get that they need to isolate Sonny further but Kristina’s reactions despite how well Mansi is selling it, are over the top. I hate as a viewer when we’re treated like years and years of a characters history just didn’t happen. There was a really touching scene with Finn and Gregory and I believe it was the most I’ve seen Michael Easton try ever.

I have less problems with the Sloan actress than most do. Given some of the actors and actresses I’ve had to watch even on just Days, she’s far from the worst. She’s a perfectly serviceable soap actress to me.

5/17 Damnit I’ve genuinely been enjoying this wedding. The Bensonhurst crowd has actually been quite entertaining so naturally Sonny had to ruin it 🤦🏽‍♂️ Maurice trying to play a tough guy in what I assume are his late 50’s early 60’s was quite laughable. They really had Dex get bloodied and beaten by this man. I was actually shocked they even showed BLQ and Chase even kiss on a bed, granted she was still wearing a wedding dress. Cody and Sasha are the cure to insomnia and are jumping right back on my fast forward list. Overall I would say this is one of the better soap weddings I’ve seen in like a decade. Just the fact that they used so much of the cast in this day and age truly made it great.

I’m at the wedding episodes. While I have no history with Brooklyn and Chase as a couple, it’s nice to see so much effort being given to a Quartermaine wedding given how they were once treated. The brief Drew and Jason scene was great. So much tension.

I would love for Nate and Audra to actually give it a fair shot with each other.

Ashley’s alters do everything in their power to act nothing like normal Ashley and the Abbott’s are just completely unaware 🤦🏽‍♂️ Her own daughter still has no clue.

It’s wild, I’ve seen Steve shirtless more on DAYS than I ever have on GH for like the last 20 years. This truly is the wrong genre for an actress that wants to not do Daytime duties. Lol Ava really tried to defend killing Connie to Sonny as it was a long time ago. These Ava relationships are crazy since I stopped watching years ago.

Setton on GH vs her time on OLTL and Gossip Girl is like night and day. I dunno what happened but she wears the least flattering clothes on Daytime. They’re distractingly frumpy and ugly. Laura’s soccer mom dressing Carly comes off so asexual.

Is this a common opinion that Laura Wright’s Carly dresses like a freaking soccer mom. I’m getting caught up on May and she looks straight out of an Old Navy ad when she’s meeting with the Pikeman guy.

Omg I’m going to be so upset if with the writing change we don’t get Nina/Drew/Willow triangle anymore.
