Sasha "isn't well" so she shouldn't be blamed for STABBING SOMEONE??? Jesus, this show.

RJ definitely needs a guy to bang, but Wyatt is a no for me LOL. One of the guys from Gay Hoopla would work. The RJ actor isn't a great actor (he's no Nicholas Chavez), but sometimes a guy looks good enough to let me overlook his acting.

-- I know the warp-speed divorce is a BOLD staple, but it's so tired and ridiculous. Brad Bell isn't even trying. -- Steffy had lunch with Liam to see how he's doing? She couldn't just text? These people always have to be one small step away from screwing. -- Wyatt visited Hope to "find out what's going on" between her and Liam? As if he hasn't talked enough to Liam about it, and as if he shouldn't mind his own business. Wyatt is nothing more than an embarrassing talk-to. -- A lot has been mentioned about RJ with his shirt off, and with good reason. They're getting that right, anyway. Dude has a bangin' body.

Yep, we agree on all of it. I have no problem with anyone who bashes Liam, but I'll be damned if I join the "Good for you, Hope!" crowd. I actually want better for THOMAS than her.

Yep, that voice combined with being WAY too old makes the recast a no for me. The other actress was doing just fine, and this is a mistake.

Not enough of an excuse for me. She claims family is everything to her, right? Yet she's completely unaware of interfering with someone else's family. If Finn doesn't come to mind, that's on HER.

I know "everyone" hates Liam -- for good reason -- but I think Hope is as ridiculous as he is. If she's all about the truth, she sure hides it well. She's lied about her feeling for Thomas for months, and now she's covering up that she screwed him multiple times. And then she tells Liam to go back to Steffy when she KNOWS Steffy is married. I guess Saint Hope doesn't care about Finn at all. Face it, Liam has done Hope dirty, but Hope has put up with it for YEARS.

nuMolly looks like part of the family more than the other replacement, and while she was decent on Day 1, whew...that voice. I found it annoying. Why are we getting more and more characters dressed in full office attire when they're at the pool? It's ridiculous -- especially in all black like Maxie.

I agree that she has no range, but that low monotone voice is an acting choice.

I'd be happy with a Tognoni recast of Sammi, and I'm good with a Christopher Sean recast, too. I cannot understand the DAYS standard of saving the role for someone who no longer wants it. As for Sydney being gay, I'm afraid it'd just be another gay character for Carlivati to write poorly for. I've yet to see one gay character or relationship that RC wrote well.

Why is Maxie's hair and makeup being styled to make her look like a drag queen? In other news, Madame Wu's low monotone voice is beyond bad as an acting choice. As is her Botox doctor.

Even with that "spunky and interesting" intro to Wendy, I never saw much in this actress, TBH. I know she has a fan base who rave about her, but I don't see it, and never have. I've tried, but I fail to see how a casting director saw her and thought, "THERE'S our Wendy!" She's not a terrible actor (like the guy playing her brother Li), but she's just nothing special, and I don't see why Johnny and Tripp are fighting over her. Yep. When a 30-second scene with Tripp and Johnny has more going for it than any scene either guy has had with Wendy in months....

Wyatt is like wallpaper. He's nothing but a talk-to for Liam. "Bro, you have to give Hope another chance." "Bro, you have to go to Hope before it's too late." "Bro, you know you love her." The RJ recast has not worked. For one thing, he reads like a child onscreen instead of an adult. For another, when a character his age is worried about nothing except getting his parents to bang and getting other relatives together to bang, it's a joke of a character. RJ has a bangin' body, but if we're not going to see him putting his own hormones to work, it's all a waste.

I'll say it again. I don't care what happens to Wendy at all. I don't care who she chooses or who she pisses off. I've been given no reason to care about this character.

The age difference is pretty much the same, though. Besides, I think the whole age thing plays differently once a character is in his 60s. Why the hell would they want Wendy when they can have each other? I did have to laugh at both actors smiling right before they knew they were to go into that BroHug+ move LOL. Tripp became interesting for about 10 seconds.

But isn't that factor enough of an issue? Enough to affect every element of the writing for the character? I do co-sign to most everything you said about Leo as a character and how the writers have botched it.

SAG-AFTRA has issued an explanation and defense for Drescher, but the optics of this are SO bad. I think this will be her last term in leadership because of it.

I don't see a whit of chemistry or anything else between Wendy and Johnny. And tbh, there's not much there with Tripp, either. Maybe someone can explain to me why Wendy is worth getting into a huge beatdown fight over. I really have no idea what makes her special. And yes, I know Tripp is laid back/mellow/boring -- but the answer isn't to pair him up with laid back and mellow and boring Wendy. I think Soapsuds knows that. We all have our own opinions about attractiveness and sexiness and chemistry. The fact (MY fact) is that Soapsuds is right about Greg Rikaart. I think Rikaart is attractive in a generic sense and that he's one hell of a good human being. I don't think his character is likable and rootable, and I blame both him and especially the writing. If Dimitri is USING Leo the way he's using Gwen, I'll buy this storyline "romance." But no, it's not believable that Dimitri is so hot for Leo that he can't take it any longer. If Leo were unbelievable eye candy, I might buy it...but not with Rikaart.

I'm not even sure you're in the minority. I think Kriegel is a good recast, and I'm enjoying her in the role. I admit I said "Wait...what is this?" on Day 1, but I quickly came around to her style and take on Molly. I hope GH keeps her.

I like Deacon, but not with Sheila. I don't see ANY chemistry between them. Their conversations? We're getting the same ones we always get between them. BOLD acts like it's some great moment every time Sheila returns, but those moments ended LONG ago. Sheila reeks of a character who should have been killed off.

Chad and Stephanie’s apartment is not only small, it’s a complete dump that looks like it hasn’t been painted since 1985. All they need to add are cockroaches. This show chose poverty. That little brat? What a terrible actress. I love watching her because she’s so awful. Peter Porte is sexy af.

When my free Peacock ran out 2 weeks ago, I didn't subscribe. Wanted to see how much I missed DAYS, if at all. While I admit to checking this board to read the DAYS posts, I can't say I've missed the show -- at all. I don't see one comment that makes me want to return.

LOL It's time Hope fans admit she's as big a H O E as anyone else in town. She plays this sweet and loyal and demure and innocent thing, and all the while she's getting thirstier and hornier and wetter while she plays ALL sides and hurts people all over the place. Is Liam scum? Yes. But he and Hope deserve each other. Yeah, I said it.
