  1. There's a lot there to investigate. 😉
  2. -- This version of Claire is a snooze. I have no problem with her being a decent person, but this lack of energy is deadly to watch. -- Looks like Connor Floyd has been dropped to recurring, so I wouldn't be surprised if we get a Summer/Kyle/Claire triangle. Does that excite me? No. -- Tessa's long, drawn-out conversation with Daniel at Society had me nodding off. Watching paint dry is more exciting. Awful. -- I do not care AT ALL about Connor's OCD. It's all offscreen, so why should I care? He's punching himself? Watching Chelsea and Adam cry and wail about that is not a storyline. -- Danny and Christine are "going on tour"? Fine. Anything to get them off my screen. Josh Griffith took a decent idea and AGAIN screwed it up.
  3. Hehe I took the exact same screenshot from my TV today! That tight t-shirt is awesome, but those slacks....I mean, come on! No one fills out a pair of slacks like Joshua Hoffman. The cake is bountiful, and that package is special.
  4. -- I agree it was a mistake to make Gregory's illness the focus of the ceremony. WE all know he's sick and going to die. Why not do that after the ceremony? -- The line yesterday about Monica was "She still has pneumonia." I almost did a spit-take when I heard that. -- The set looked small and cramped to me. I was surprised since GH usually does grand things with sets. -- Tracy looked great, but Lois' outfit was a complete misfire. The bad hat, the huge flower, the ostentatious jewelry, the pants. They went for a cliche Lois instead of letting her shine. -- Speaking of cliches, that was the entire episode. Every damn cliche that's ever been uttered during a soap wedding was uttered in this episode. The actors saved some of it, but overall it didn't work for me. After all this buildup, I expected more.
  5. Shallow Alert: Did anyone see RJ today? Holy hell, what a slab of beef.
  6. That scene was perfection, and so hot. I watched it half a dozen times hehe
  7. -- Agree about the wedding. It's taken so long to get here. I hardly cared before, but I care even less now. The previews showed a quick shot of Lois at the wedding. I hope her hair isn't as bad as I think it is. -- Yes, that "cliffhanger" wasn't. It all seems intentional to me, because the Ava/Jagger scene made so much more sense as the closing scene. I really think they believe they're doing something different, something intentional and against the grain, something unexpected. It doesn't work. -- "The scenes are longer and the dialogue is better" just isn't enough for me. This transition has been a mess. Chem testing new couples? I'm good with that, but not with so many characters at once. The same goes for job changing. -- I have no idea where this show is going, and the proof is that we're talking so much about who's really in charge BTS.
  8. Gotta love it that Natalia is worried about Blaze's brand when she says she shouldn't be with Kristina. Meanwhile, she's flirting bigtime with the biggest mobster in town. What a joke.
  9. If you think GH fandom wants this, I don't know what to tell you.
  10. Yeah, I agree. All it should take is a not from the EP or director. Instead, what's important to them is taping 74 episodes a week and getting it over with while the actors do what the hell they want.
  11. It's such dated writing. I also don't understand writing Natalia as such an unlikable person.
  12. Looks like Josh Griffith is pleased with himself for the "Connor is OCD" storyline, so we're going to get even MORE of it. Just gag me already. The article barely resembles what we're getting, which is mostly offscreen. https://tvline.com/interviews/the-young-and-the-restless-ocd-storyline-1235235619/
  13. -- For me, Eden McCoy comes off as annoying as Joss because she lacks vulnerability. I just don't see it. And the previews show her AGAIN running into Dex at the park while they exercise. GMAFB. -- When Blaze used the word "queer" to describe herself, Natalia recoiled and literally said "Please don't use that word." And we're supposed to LIKE this character??? Kill it with fire.
  14. -- Agree with all the comments here about the bad idea to remove the edge from young characters in too short a time. -- It's a shame the writers didn't have Maggie as aware of what a foul person Konstantin is. The only reason I can think of for going this route is that if we knew she was aware, why would she not have ended it all sooner?
  15. The "teen talk" about college and prom was all an eye-rolling mess to me. I felT bad for the actors, because nothing about that sounded like real teens. Sophia gets hit in the face with a football and decides that's her cue to get Tate to take her to prom? OK then.
  16. But what's the point? To what end? Some characters are meant to be incredible and then leave. I don't know why the GH canvas needs a reformed Heather. I don't know what she can do except eat up a salary. This show needs to get rid of characters.
  17. I have no idea why the writers continue having Laura make friends with absolute psychos like Heather Webber. Is this supposed to make us like Laura? And redeem Heather? As far as redeeming Heather, why would I want that? She was a great psycho. I don'T want nice Heather walking around the park with oblivious and ridiculous Laura. Maybe Laura should go and sit with Lulu for awhile.
  18. It's a joke that these new writers can change everyone's job on the show, but can't change Sonny's. And Chad Duell? The acting was already mediocre. Adding a dad bod on top of that doesn't help.
  19. GH has been doing them for a few years, but the recent ones seem...off to me. An outdoor walk-and-talk could be ok. It's even ok to have joggers run into each other, but you can't do that over and over. You can't have Dex try out for the PD on a course that looks so confined and unrealistic. The worst was seeing Sonny wander around "the park" by himself and having him run into Natalia. No, I don't want bad CGI like on Y&R, but this isn't much better.
  20. Same here. Anyone who thinks GH is better with Mulcahey and Korte as HWs has a lot of work to do to convince me. This Blaze/Natalia/brother family addition is not a good sign, and neither is everyone in town changing jobs at the same time.
  21. You're joking with this, right? And BTW, Sonny walking around in the park by himself and running into Natalia on that bench is laughable television. I appreciate remote scenes, but stuff like this is absurd.
  22. I think what we're seeing on our screens is plenty enough to know what their ideas are. We have this enormous, bloated cast and they're adding boring Blaze's brother after adding her annoying homophobic mother?
  23. Yep. That was sourced her earlier today. Steve Kent is going nowhere, so neither is Josh Griffith. https://www.soapoperanetwork.com/2024/05/steve-kent-executive-in-charge-of-production-the-young-and-the-restless
