In the longterm I might agree but they needed to someone there to write the character off and for the short 4 months he was there, I thought he was an adequate replacement. Im not sure I would have wanted him to stick around indefinetely, but I had no problem with him being there as they wrote the characters off the canvas

I liked Abaddo as Dimitri. He was no Michael Nader and all the ethnicity of the character was removed with the recast, but I thought he was adequate enough.

I was going through the history of the show and it seems ALOT of the roles were recast. It seems the vast majority of the original cast was replaced at some point with new actors. How did fans feel about this? Did you feel overall the casting was good or did the replacements not compare to the actors they took over from? Mason, Kelly, CC, Ted, Gina, Santana, Joe, Sophia, Warren, Laken among many others were recasted at least once or multiple times. I also noticed that this seemed to have a high turnover with many characters lasting like a year or less. Did that bother people? It seemed to be the case moreso in the late 80s. 89/90 seemed to be like a mass exodus for the show

Not me. She was completely boring and added next to nothnig in the last season. If she were like she was in season 1, she'd have made for a great cast member but she became too self aware of herself and her image and used season 2 to redeem herself. She was nowhere near as fun, dramatic or interesting. She literally had NO storyline of her own and was utilized only to prop up Taylor's story towards the end when she called her out. Thatwas her only contribution and its best she does live in favor of bringing on a housewife that will bring it and add to the show. Im still waiting for an official announcement that Brandi has been signed on as a regular Unpopular opinion but I like Faye Resnick and would love to see her come on as well, even if its just as a "friend of the housewives" like Brandi was in season 2

IA she is. Some people criticized her wardrobe as being too young and not age appropriate for her but I wouldn't want it any other way. I cringe at the thought of Erica dressing like a 60+ yr old grandma

Thanks! I hated that they undid the Chris Stamp stuff for her Lavery story which was unnecesary. Ryan was still blood related to Jonathan via their mother and felt responsible for his mental issues after abandoning him. They could have written all of the anger adn guilt he felt w/o undoing the Stamp story. I guess she did it to make Spermgate more viable but that in and of itself was stupid. I think this season is better than last season as I thought that one was WAY too bitchy, catty and downright vile. This seems a bit more light hearted and easy to take. I hated all the women but Peggy last season. This season, only one I cant stand is Alexis. The rest are fine. Tamra especially has improved as she was nearly ruining it for me last year with how repulsive she was

I just watched the entire season over the weekend and am I the only one that hates Laurie? I liked that she finally apologized and kinda owned up to her role in the destruction of Shane and Rick's friendship but I still dont like her. I also dont like that borderline psycho kid of hers. They need to watch him bc he looks like trouble I also hate that Shane is dead mainly in part bc of his infatuation with that biyatch. He was definetly my favorite character and its sad to see him gone I was highly disgusted with how the group was out to kill Randall, especially Rick. He's upposed to be the noble one but there was nothing honorable in that at all. How sick to save the guy from walkers, only to try and blow him in the head themselves

I just saw the show and I could see both sides. I think Vicki was 100% justified in being upset that Slade was there and it was wrong that Tamra didnt warn her.She however really needs to shut up about Slade's child support bc it has nothing to do with her and its none of her business. I loved Gretchen calling her out on her hypocrisy and BS bc she kept making excuses to justify the crap she's said like calling Jim a troll. How is that different than her being called Ms. Piggy? Alexis,sit your ass down and STFU. I love when Tamra said, you cant argue with stupid. I cant stand her and find her awful.
