Just watched the “big” wedding. Did that episode really make it on the air across the country? Embarassing! A couple that few care about got married. Yawn. And having that untalented little girl singing is almost child abuse! No wonder Mulcahey was fired! Oh wait, he only did the good stuff and had nothing to do with the bad stuff. lol

Absolutely! There ARE other producers out there. Why ABC chooses to keep Frank is strange. He's burned out for sure. He 'saved' GH 12 years ago and now the show needs saving again by someone else.

I'm glad that Sonja Alarr is still at Days. She's not responsible for her husband's actions. But more importantly, every day we are closer to getting our beloved Ron Carlivati back!! Yay!!! I can't wait. Very soon interesting things will happen in Salem!

Frank Valentini needs to be fired. Today. That b.s. that the enablers have been spewing for years has got to stop. He’s good with a budget. lol He saved GH and can manage a budget. Well so can others! I’m glad Mulcahey was fired because he cannot headwrite a soap but Frank needs to also be fired. He’s burned out. Time to go Frank. Someone else CAN do your job.

While that is a great idea, why would an 81 year old woman subject herself to this MESS? She deserves better than what she would walk into.

Mulcahey made his name as a dialogue writer. A brilliant dialogue writer. The rage over his firing is hilarious. He had no track record as a headwriter other than a few months at GL 30 years ago. And the sabotage theories are equally hilarious. The theory that anything good was his idea, everything bad was Korte/Valentini/Varni is ridiculous. Mulcahey plain and simply is not a good headwriter. This was a disaster from the get go. I said weeks ago that this would not work out and here we are sooner than even I expected. He’ll probably go to The Gates and write dialogue. That’s his niche. Headwriting certainly is not his strong suit.

I knew from the start that this wouldn’t end well. Mulcahey is not headwriter material. He’s great at dialogue but that’s it. Buh bye!

How many viewers does GH get on Hulu? And how do you measure it doing well on Hulu?

I’m sure that Michele Val Jean is too busy to read this site. Thankfully. The people on here are already telling her how to write HER show. Shaking my head.

Can Janet Spellman-Drucker be fired now? She hasn’t done anything positive for the show as EP. As far as I see, her big stamp on the show has been inserting city, hospital and police station stills in the show. YAWN! And is she not in the booth looking at the show? Leo and Sloane wearing the almost same blouse would be a no no with any competent EP! Where is my Ron C?? I miss his writing so much! I know his writing will elevate the incompetencies of the EP he has to work with!

Yikes at GH's last 5 weeks! Mulcahey should not have come out of retirement. He is not headwriter material. Dialogue and breakdowns yes, but he's not a good headwriter. Cut your losses now GH. You can't afford to lose any more viewers.

Oh I’m well aware that crazy always crying Wheeler had about 4 headwriters, including Hurst. Hurst wanted to take credit for the terrible dumb Otalia pairing. GL was cancelled with cry baby Wheeler and Hurst at the helm. They never worked in daytime again, thank GOD! I never watched it, but Chappell hired Hurst for that internet series that no one watched.

The poor Liberty Biberty guy was eaten alive by Jacqueline McGinness Wood today!!! He’s no match for her. God he’s a terrible actor!!!

Jill Lorie Hurst was the WORST headwiter in GL history! The show was cancelled under her watch and that crying baby Ellen Wheeler. Peapack! A god- awful duo who got GL cancelled! Thank you daytime for never hiring Jill Lorie Hurst and the god awful cry baby Ellen Wheeler again!!! Thank God daytime is rid of those cancers.

I actually met Beverlee McKinsey outside of the GL studio. She could not have been nicer. I took a picture of her and treasure it. She chatted for a few moments and then went on her way down West 26th Street. Lovely woman.

Way to go Mulcahey & Korte. GH is tanking!!

Marj Dusay was Emmy nominated as Alexandra. Beverlee was not. Marj was a great recast.

Didn’t Beverlee put herself up, or allow herself to be put up for an Emmy nomination in her last year at GL? Logan reported it.

THIS! Otalia was a disaster! I couldn’t stand them. Olivia was so badly written at the end. And Ellen Wheeler. No wonder she never worked in daytime again or given interviews. She must be bowing her head in shame for what she did to GL. Disgusting. Agreed. Jammy and Otalia were the worst! Wheeler was in WAY over her head and killed GL. I have the 50th anniversary tapes (yes, tapes! lol) in my basement. I can’t remember the other two.
