  1. Clearly, Erin & Jessel are next to Andy because of their on-going spat.... but I would've preferred Jenna next to Andy and, maybe Brynn, too. It'll be interesting to see what's going to come of this reunion. This season has been fun. NOOOO. I adore Jenna too much, and hope she's given another go.
  2. "Your lollipop licking cousin." Maura West delivered that line as if speaking for the audience, and that is brilliant. So, this nobody prison warden is part of the Pikeman dealings? And is working for Cyrus Renault? Holy [!@#$%^&*]. These writers are brilliant. But, I wish someone like Alcazar were behind this. But Cyrus can/will be redeemed if he offs Mason and his lollipop licking ass. Spencer & Trina do nothing for me. Sorry, but they do not. These writers are giving Ava Jerome her TEETH back, and you can tell in how West is delivering her lines. It's brilliant. Maurice Benard's son can go, please. I'm totally not into him being on the canvas. No. Do not open the pool. That thing is DEADLY. You would think Olivia, out of everyone, would want the pool closed. Upon debut, Cameron Mathison impressed me as Drew Cain... then they shaved his face, made him Ryan Lavery in Port Charles, and put him with Carly, with whom he barely was connected to once Jason Morgan returned to Port Charles. West is supreme, and I am thankful this regime is giving her some meat to sink her teeth into, despite having to carry others around her. But Ava should be more frontburning, than supporting. Yep. Just as I called it, Olivia is falling for Eddie; Lois will come back and interrupt that. Ned will come back, and she won't want him anymore. She'll want Eddie back. This is a mess. The warden looks so fricken familiar... but I cannot put my finger on it. Glad the truth is finally being told to Sasha... it was about time she was told. And let's hope it results in Gladys' downfall. Good on Trina for valuing education, and not allowing Spencer to pull her away. So, Tracy does NOT know Blair? Interesting! Carly being so smug. Ew.
  3. Does not surprise me. Since going from HBO Max to Max, I've used it about 90% less than before. The colour scheme change is horrid, and the platform is glitchy as f**k.
  4. Lisa LoCicero did audition for Lois in 2004, yes.
  5. No no... not Hendrix. First Sonya, and now Hendrix? Ugh. Not my gay heart. I can't take this... but what a story. Whew... American soaps wouldn't take these risks today.
  6. Lucci has been on record stating she's been offered other soaps, but has declined, so it wouldn't surprise me if she said no.
  7. I'm about 40 episodes from finishing the 2022 year season! Woo!
  8. Ready for the first American tour this fall!
  9. Aidan's storyline dropping should mean Jake should walk right in, and take it.
  10. People in the comment's stating she hasn't been kidnapped, even though legally she has been, and they can't comprehend that. Haha.
  11. In an interview with Soap Hub, Doug Davidson revealed Paul Rauch approached him about joining Santa Barbara. Who do we think we could have been? David Raymond? Connor McCabe?
  12. These quotes stand out: ❝ When did you learn you were being taken off contract? Doug Davidson: I don’t remember the exact date, but I got my notice in early December of 2018. But [changes] actually started when Bill [Bell] stepped down [as head writer in 1998]. ❞ LOL. 1998? Sure. Yeah, he's going to glaze over those Isabella years, haha. ❝ Were you given a reason? Doug Davidson: Jill [Farren Phelps, who came on in 2012] and I had a really good working relationship. They made her hire her replacement. I guess her replacement was doing what Sony [Pictures Television, which produces Y&R] had issued. He was the one that made the decision [to take me off contract]. He had a history of cutting legendary characters from his shows. He made the claim that nobody has to know [I’d been fired]. I went to a producer three times that year in April, June, and another time. I was saying if he doesn’t write for me, it’s going to raise a red flag. I’m under my guarantee. I was told not to worry. ❞ So, was it Mal Young or Sony Pictures Television? He's always blamed Young, but it does sound like it was a Sony decision (which would not surprise me). ❝ That’s when Mamie, Nina, Danny, Leanna Love, and Gina all came back – but no Paul. What happened then? Doug Davidson: I was contacted [by the show] about coming back. I had several Zoom meetings with Danielle [Unger, director of current, CBS]. She cares about the show. She was delightful, engaging, forthcoming, honest — everything you’d want to see. Josh [Griffith] was great. They said, “Well, we will set the ball [in motion]. I’m sure we can [find] a middle ground and have this taken care of.” I contacted my lawyer. He contacted Sony, and it was like they had no clue about [my talks with Josh and Danielle]. I felt there was a total disregard to my legal representation. My answer was, “No, thanks.” ❞ You got lawyers involved? Sir... I don't believe you, just in the same way you've tried to say you were never asked back until Anthony Morina & Josh Griffith were put into position, yet, you admitted you were asked back, several times, and declined them. You just want the series regular title; you don't want to be recurring, which is still an employable position. Grown-ass baby right there, believing he's entitled to status and title. ❝ Had you ever thought about going to another show? Doug Davidson: No. I felt blessed to be where I was. When I was asked to go to Santa Barbara, Paul Rauch [the producer there at the time] said to me, “You’re not ready to leave. Are you?” He was a character. He came onto our show [as executive producer] and had the decency to call me to say, “They’re cutting you again.” It wasn’t until Jill came in that I got back to something decent. ❞ Ah yes, the infamous Davidson vs. Don Diamont decision. It should have been Davidson. Also, Santa Barbara? Damn. That soap really wanted CBS sendoffs, didn't they? Not to mention, his social media is an absolute M*G* mess. MESS!
  13. Oh, wow. They allowed Curtis a change of shirt, ha. And N'neka! YAY! It's nice to finally see Maxie out of that apartment she has been in since 2008. It's cool that Jake is getting some more airtime; hopefully this is a sign of storylines to come. Still so happy to see Kate Mansi as Kristina! Well, the deadly pool is closed until 2024. Cya! Diane didn't want to wear her Starfish earrings in court? It's a miracle! Can Violet take care of Carly? Yes? Awesome. nünüMolly gotta GO! They've got someone who looks 39 in a dress that is three-sizes too small. Dropped charges, already?! This is disappointing. Majorly disappointing. Put his ass away... for good. So, if Aidan is not getting the gay storyline, can Jake get it, instead? He should be loving Ben & Danny full-stop! NOOOOOOO!!! NO ONE ASKED FOR THIS!!!!!!! GO AWAY!!!!!!! Jake + Danny + Ben = ENDGAME!!! Send psycho child Cassadine AWAY!!!!!! Lulu, wake the [!@#$%^&*] up, bring Ben to Jake and send the brat back to Switzerland.
  14. I'm #TeamSai on this one... because, nothing Erin served is anything I'd be eating, at all. I think it's about getting them to loosen up and not be so up-tight and/or wound up.
  15. Because, that would be too easy for the "writer". The "writer" wants to do his own schtick.
  16. RHONYC: That "alternate universe" flashback was hilarious. +10 for the producers for that. Haha. These ladies are golden, but Jessel can GO!
  17. Miami should never be done again, never watched Miami as a franchise; it never appealed to me. Williams would be perfect for the reboot. But I am pretty sure she's done with the Housewives franchise.
  18. I may; right now, my main focus has been Neighbours catch-up, and tuning back into EastEnders.
