I agree; looking at the studio it looks very state-of-the-art! And renting studio space sounds like a smart idea; this is going to be a win-win! CBS & the NAACP are not messing around. It's also worth mentioning, according to the article, The Gates will air in the 2pm The Talk time slot, rivaling General Hospital in several regions.
