Y&R week of April 4: Phyllis/Jack/Diane/Kyle (paraphrased) Phyllis arrives in LA and Jack tells her that Diane is alive. Phyllis treads lightly because she's not in a relationship with Jack and recognizes that she has no business telling him what to do. Phyllis is fully aware that Diane hasn't changed. But Phyllis decides that, instead of Phyllis trying to take Diane down, it's better for Diane to bury herself. Jack explains that Diane contacted him because she wants contact with Kyle. Jack is against allowing this. Phyllis cares about Kyle. She tells Jack that Kyle would not want to be kept from knowing about his mother. Phyllis points out to Jack that Kyle is an adult and can decide for himself. Jack and Phyllis go meet Diane at Keemo's old house. Jack tells Diane his terms: For now, Diane is to stay away from Kyle. Jack will tell Kyle that Diane is alive, and provide her contact info - and Kyle can decide for himself if he wants to proceed or not. If Kyle decides he wants nothing to do with Diane, then Jack wants Diane to walk away.

Thursday, April 7: Sheila becomes upset when Li rebuffs her notion of ever being a mother to Finn. A family bands together in support of one of their own. Ridge, Taylor, Thomas and Steffy rally together as a family. Friday, April 8: Taylor attempts to diffuse the tension between Li and Sheila. Ridge makes a heartbreaking request of Steffy. They had to make these spoilers vague because they know sometimes the cable guide releases stuff early. My speculation is that Finn is on life-support but brain-dead, and they have to decide what to do, hence Li/Sheila arguing about who is his mother. Or maybe arguing about who speaks at the funeral? Maybe Ridge requests that Steffy donate Finn's organs? Just guessing. Week of April 11: -A powerful bond is formed during a chilling near-death experience. -Sheila finally receives what she's always dreamed of having. No idea what those are about!

After Sheila shot Finn, he seems to be dying and says goodbye to Steffy and mentions Hayes. And then when it appeared that he has died, Steffy got out her phone to call 911 to call the police to arrest Sheila. Sheila tried to stop her from calling and points her gun at Steffy. Steffy pressed "9". Sheila was ready to shoot. Steffy pressed "1". Sheila was about to press the trigger. Steffy's finger was about to hit the "1" again but it seemed like Sheila would shoot - and the episode ended. (There was a pic in the previous issue of SOD - a pic of Bill and Liam, for the episode that got pushed by preemptions to April 4th. They are chatting informally as Liam is trying to assemble or repair a scooter for one of the children.) But nothing in the current issue. Bridget appeared in a phonecall briefly in Thurs 31 March eppy so I assume she's the "beloved character". Ashley Jones has been posting B&B stuff on her instagram, including a pic in Bridget's doctor wardrobe.

The DAYS spoilers for each week are released as follows: SOD gives a few items about 9 days in advance which they call "early edition". The rest of the DAYS spoilers are released over the weekend by the various soap sites. Sometimes they appear Friday night, sometimes the weekend, sometimes Monday or Tuesday morning. The full list of daily spoilers for week of April 11th will dribble in between Friday night April 1st and Wednesday April 6th, probably. That's the usual pattern, but it varies slightly. These are rumors/speculations only. The idea that Lamon might leave (or has already left) is a reasonable theory, but it hasn't been spoiled. I think the other site is making a reasonable guess. Lamon has been off contract in the closing credits for quite a while now. Maybe they put Eli in a coma so that Lamon would have more time to film his other series? I wouldn't be surprised if Lamon left, but I think it's uncertain at this point? The Lani/TR one and the Gwen/Abby one are from a page that posts speculations as "scoop".

Nate's hand was injured when he had a scuffle with Devon about Elena. He hasn't been able to do surgery since then, at least I don't think so? I'm not sure. I thought that was he changed to doing the WebMD stuff.

Allie told Jack that she is busy studying, working on getting her master's degree in chemical engineering. Jack tells her Keemo worked in the lab with Ashley. Allie replies she had no idea and "I'm not going to hit you up for a job when I graduate". She seems sincerely surprised.

Update: There was a draw procedure held on March 18, 2022, to determine the participants in the quarterfinals of the "UEFA Champions League" soccer tournament. Quarterfinals dates: Tues. April 5, Wed. April 6, Tues. April 12, and Wed. April 13. It looks like there will be the same broadcast method as before -- Two simultaneous matches on each of those four dates. I understand your point. But it would depend on if the future streaming of whatever show would include time for advertising or not. Currently B&B has a 30-minute slot on CBS broadcast television. But with the advertising, there is actually only 18 minutes of actual show. Eighteen minutes. In contrast, 30-minute TV slots of Ryan's Hope or Edge of Night, back in the old days, had less advertising and more show. I'm not sure how much of a difference from B&B, but I'd bet it's quite a few minutes difference.
