I don’t understand that “Jada will be exposed as corrupt” stuff that he was spewing out today either. It was like it was written just to get the episode to a manageable length. They had a perfect opportunity to cause conflict for Rafe/Jada over the whole commissioner thing, and also for EJ to manipulate that situation to get back at Jada for getting him ousted as DA. And they tossed it aside for this garbage.

So, the man who assaulted Marlena’s daughter is not welcome in her house but the man who assaulted Marlena’s grandson is welcome? Ok 🖕 And seriously, why does every episode that this creep is in have to start with him 🤮🤮🤮 And too make matters worse, Marlena was written like Hattie today. I’m sure all the Ron ass kissers will love it but I thought the episode was bad. Even worse than Tuesday. Treating this, and EJ holding Rafe hostage, all like a big joke was not the way to go. And, when did EJ plan all this revenge against Jada? Did I miss something or is this just a sudden half assed rewrite? They’re writing it as though he was responsible for bringing Fake Rafe back to Salem and he wasn’t. Did Jamey write this crap too? It seems like it. Again, April can’t get here soon enough. Days already fired one mistake, hopefully they fire the other, even worse one too. JJ did look hot though. His scenes with Gabi were pretty much the only part of today that were worth watching. Not only because he looked hot lol but because their scenes weren’t written like a big stupid joke. They actually felt like a classic soap couple that’s finding their way back to each other and I enjoyed that.

Emma and Gio (and Trina and Kai too) are starting to grow on me. They're sweet kids and I'd much rather see them leading the younger crowd lol And I don't actually dislike this Jason/Sasha thing, whatever it is. It could be pretty interesting if Jason does end up keeping the secret about the baby from Sonny and Carly. Btw, I'm really starting to wonder how the daughter of a Brit and an Aussie ended up with a Swedish accent 😂😂 This hatchet job with Tracy is unnecessary though.

I guess I'm the only one who still ships Shawn and Belle, even though I do like EJ and Belle together 😂😂 It could be really a fun ride for them this year with And I'm definitely interested in seeing how the new writers are going to handle them, and Shawn.

What a great opening scene 😍😉😂😂 I had a feeling that Shawn wasn’t going to take advantage of Chanel but I hope whatever’s happening right now continues. It would be good family drama between cousins Shawn and Johnny. But once again, they seem to be rushing it and there’s no need for them to do that. Johnny should have found out in a later episode and the storyline could segue into his jealousy along with Chanel’s anger about Joy. I like that we were somewhat surprised by all this though. I really thought that something was going to happen between Shawn and Jada in the aftermath of this Fake Rafe crap, so this was unexpected. Tying this all to EJ and Belle and whatever’s going to happen between them would be a great decision as well. Speaking of EJ and Belle, I liked Marlena’s reaction to finding out about them, even though it did feel a little out of character for her. It’s good drama. They just need to slow the pace down a lot. There’s no reason for them to rush all of this. Again, if that Lady Whistleblower bullshit could play out for a whole week, storylines and story beats that are actually good could play out for longer than one episode. And I enjoyed Kristen’s trip down memory lane with Johnny, mostly because it didn’t come off as obnoxious or played like a big joke. And I’m sorry but I still hate Rachel. Just kill the little demon off. Or at least have Brady or somebody tell her what a horrible child she is and that they wish she’d never been born lol I’m tired of her.

Yeah… today had to be the Jamey episode. Everything felt like a big joke, there was a random time jump, and a lot of cliches, pointless filler and out of character crap. And just general overall stupidity. Fake Rafe has been pretending for like over a month now and he hasn’t realized yet that Javi’s gay? I mean, come on. And was Chanel shouting, “Dang, Mama” to Paulina supposed to be a little *wink wink* to The Parkers? But I also have to admit that it wasn’t as bad as other Jamey episodes. And I’m still surprised that on a Ron-written show, there was a female stripper but not a male stripper 😂😂 Is this the first time that ever happened? Shawn going to find Chanel was random too but I don’t completely hate the idea of something happening between them. And I was really looking forward to EJelle 2.0. They didn’t get a shot last time and I hope that Days runs with it now… until Belle ultimately goes back to Shawn lol

If this were any other soap, I’d think that a twist was coming and that it would turn out that Sidwell wasn’t the one who caused Michael’s accident, but with GH, idk. Btw, poor Chase.

Javi/Leo… Skip I was actually more interested in where they were sitting. Is that supposed to be a new set and restaurant? Or was the Small Bar redesigned? And, all this stuff with Aremid and the Blakes needed to be established a lot better. Btw, Aremid is now only a few miles outside of Salem. 😂😂 Holly/Doug III was the best part of today, even though their scenes were ruined by Leo. They’re actually really sweet together and I’m still enjoying them. The only thing they need to do in this storyline is to have Doug III be in more scenes with Tate, and really build up the rivalry between them. The way Doug III spoke about him today, you would think that they’ve known each other for years. They really need to push it because at this moment, this is one of the best storylines on the show right now. Doug III was looking good today too. And yeah, Doug III working for Leo… The last thing we need is another character to be swallowed up by this Body&Soul nonsense. And I still can’t help but think that there was some interference in their storyline, mostly because of the way Leo acts around him. In the old days, Leo would’ve been harassing and blackmailing him, even if Javi was in the picture. And, once he heard that Doug III needed a job, would’ve hired him as the stripper at Jada’s bachelorette party. Maybe they want to write Leo as a better person or something but they also tried that in 2022 and in 2023 and look what happened. And once again, Sophia had bigger balls than Tate and also had a much better idea for the baby than he did, so I was a little surprised to see her get on board with his idea so quickly. I do like that Tate still seems more concerned about Holly though. That’s a good, messy beat that could explode at some point. He looks great!

I'm thinking that it was Carole Shelley's Iris who left on the cruise, and that the Tune in Tomorrow synopses were just off a little. Cecile leaving Philip at the altar happened on Monday March 31, so I imagine that Cecile exposing Iris' schemes to Brian and Brian deciding to divorce Iris happened that same week. Or even in the same episode.

They could've even written a scene, in 1996, where John spoke with Marlena about getting the name from the plaque and thinking that he picked the name 'John Black' because, subconsciously, the name John rang a bell. Sally Sussman Morina kinda screwed things up more than anyone 😂

An outdoor wedding in January? OK. That's a Yes on EJelle! But I'm not really sure about Shawnel. Kinda surprised that Stephanie was able to fit that many people into that shoebox that she calls an apartment. Or that on a Ron-written show, there's gonna be a female stripper but apparently no male stripper 😂😂😂 And of course, the same old cancer has to be at another Days wedding 🤮

It's like they're in a similar situation to Days, where they feel they need these temp. villains to drive story and move things along, but they honestly don't.

If he's sticking around, I hope they at least give him something to make him stand out from the rest of the temporary villains we've seen.

Carly was very self aware today. I was impressed 😂 I was also impressed by Willow going head to head with Tracy. Willow seemed to have that spark back, the same spark that she had when she beat Nelle's ass. Too bad she can't have that spark in scenes with her trashy sister in law. Sidwell just needs to go away. GH does not need another Cyrus.
