  1. I can even imagine it 😂 Gwen, strutting in, wearing the necklace and everybody stopping what they're doing and looking up in shock. End of episode. I'm still not a fan of Gwen but that would've been pretty good. If only Days had money 😂😂
  2. Was it just my TV or was the audio not matching the actors movements today? There did seem to be a lot of filler today though. And the whole Xander/Felicity thing has always been unnecessary. But I did think that Sarah was used very well, both with Holly and then with Xander. I like that the show continues to build these relationships with Maggie and her daughter and granddaughter. And that Sarah and Xander are not immediately rushing back into a reunion. It's good drama and could lead to more good drama too. Let them be apart for a while, let them have new relationships before they inevitably find their way back to each other. Based on their scenes today, I'm looking forward to seeing how the writers make that happen over time. And yeah, Tate's a dumbass lol but he was really sweet and dorky throughout the episode, even though him and Holly being so happy and willing to go on a trip while Sophia is "about" to give birth makes them look even more selfish than they already have been. I've never been against them being so selfish, but I really think that that should play more into both of their characters. I did kind of feel bad for Sophia too. As for Julie and her necklace, this is another thing that's just not necessary. And definitely a Ron storyline that Paula/Jeanne should not have followed through on.
  3. Agreed, that on BTG, the “British style” is not working at all. And I’ll be honest, that style is one of the (several) reasons why I think B&B sucks. But I also agree that BTG is not at that level and is better than B&B
  4. And King of the Ring 2001 😂😂😂😂
  5. Or a nice long walk through Central Park 😉 Next stop, Summer Streets! 😂😂😂
  6. I see they're not wasting any time with Xander and Gwen 😂
  7. Other things that I'm streaming Knots Landing, Season 7 Third Watch, Season 5 Beverly Hills 90210, Season 1 Frasier, Season 1 Growing Pains, Season 4 Family Ties, Season 3 Three's Company, Season 5 Is this better, @Soapsuds? 😂😂😂
  8. My favorite time of the year! 😍😍😍😍😂😂
  9. Agreed that the Sophia/Melinda thing seems very Ron-like. And so does One Stormy Night. But some things, like the Alex/Gabi thing being dropped and the potential Brady/Sarah pairing feel more like Paula/Jeanne. And I feel the same way about the improved writing for Kayla, Paulina, etc. As for Doug III, I actually like how complex he is, as a character. He wants to be this good guy/hero for Holly, Julie and everybody but at the same time also has a lot of flaws. And being horny is one of them 😂😂 That’s why I wish they had really pushed the feud between him and Tate. I really enjoyed the little bit of it that we got That was definitely true for one actor/character.
  10. Hopefully, Gwen doesn’t make peace with Leo 🙏🙏
  11. By Frank probably. In order to placate Mo. The lack of self-awareness that Laura had yesterday was ridiculous. She and GF deserve a lot better, especially after all these years.
  12. Today was mostly about everything surrounding Johnny’s case but I didn’t mind it. I’m glad that Johnny and EJ tried to rehash the events of EJ’s shooting and who came and went from the house that night. It helps make the timeline more clear lol their scenes were nice but I’ll never agree with the two of them making peace so soon after everything that happened. Hopefully, the storyline doesn’t transition into Johnny and EJ versus Chanel. Speaking of Chanel, I like that there’s conflict between her and Paulina but I had mixed feelings about their scenes though. The writing in there scene didn’t seem as mature as it has been lately. But I did enjoy her scenes with Abe. And I love that Marlena had no time for Kristen’s crap. Too bad that Brady did though. I really hope that everything that Rachel’s going through doesn’t pull them closer together. The ship has sailed for Bristen. Marlena didn’t seem to have any time for Belle’s crap either lol I do kinda like that Belle’s been put back on the case. It could lead to a pretty good mess lol Stephanie and Alex were boring though, but Stephanie revealing that she plans on doing some PR work for EJ and the hospital could lead to something interesting happening. The two of them have sort of been taken out of the Kiriakis family drama, and I really hope that they’re put back into it soon. I’m also not really sure how one porn book could save a massive company like Titan 😂😂 And I gotta admit, I kinda like the shade of blue that Johnny and Chanel used for their apartment. The ending cliffhanger was really good too.
  13. Yeah... Laura is the worst Mayor ever 😂😂😂 I wonder if Genie Francis, or anybody on set for that matter, has a problem with the way that Laura's being written lately. I do kinda feel bad for all these guys though, having to work on a holiday. But yeah, Gio 😍😍😍🔥🔥 I knew I was going to love Tracy looking out for Gio today, and I was not disappointed at all. I expected him to pull away too, but I hope he comes around soon. Gio and Tracy's relationship was always so nice and it's too bad that we don't see it that much anymore. Did King Mo order his loyal peasant, Frank to have all of GM's family scenes be only with him? 😂 It's at the point where they're starting to dumb Gio down a little, and I'm not a fan of that. And I'm definitely looking forward to those Lulu/Rocco scenes next week. And how they're going to be written. Btw, when did Trina become so anti-Quartermaine? Pics will be in the hotness thread as soon as I can find them 👍😂😂😂
  14. Sophia getting annoyed with Tate over time, because of Holly, because of Doug III and everything was a missed opportunity. And could've provided a better explanation for her actions.
  15. I wouldn’t mind Sophia being the villain again. She was last summer and we were all rooting for her, mainly because Tate and Holly were so selfish 😂😂😂 They just needed to establish her motivations a little better… and not include Javi, Leo or Melinda in it.
  16. Today was ok. Some of the costume choices were a little... ehhh though. It's the 4th of July, why were Tate and Xander in long sleeve shirts? I mean, I like long sleeve shirts, but not on the 4th of July lol. And, why was Rachel dressed like Little Orphan Annie? 😂😂😂 And there was wayyyy too much Javi and Leo. Even though we got a hint as to why Javi wanted the baby, the two of them having him is probably gonna hurt the Sophia storyline more than anything. And like I said before, something like Sophia seeing Tate and Holly get back together, or realizing that Tate still cares more about being with Holly than he does about Sophia or the baby, should have been the thing that prompted her to leave the baby at the firehouse. Tate and Holly's scenes today would have been the perfect time for something like that to have happened. Btw, I have to admit, I rolled my eyes a little bit at that ending. But there were a lot of good scenes and conversations too. As surprised as I am that Maggie has become this anti-Xander, I still like seeing them go head to head, and that she ended up comforting him in the end. They work well together both as friends and enemies. And it's a very good use of Maggie. And I liked the Brady/Sarah scenes too, and how Brady used his own history with Kristen in order to soothe Sarah's fears about co-parenting with Xander. They do have some chemistry. Nothing crazy, but there's something there. The little family bonding moment with the two of them and Rachel was nice too.
  17. My hatred for her aside, less Joss is a good thing 😂 In any situation, a horrible character, played by an inconsistent actress is just not sustainable.
  18. I wouldn't mind a triangle. Or a quad with Kai. But there's something about Emma/Gio. I haven't this way since Sprina 😂😂
  19. I'll always love Emma/Gio scenes. They're so good together 😊😊😊 Those are the characters (along with Trina) who should be leading the younger group right now, as opposed to the WSB honeypot who once again showed what a spoiled, entitled, hypocritical POS she is 🖕 And I definitely didn't like seeing Ms. Wu being so beholden to Sidwell either. She's always been a lot smarter than that. I am interested in Marco blaming Sonny for Natalia's death though. And the potential conflict that it could lead to for him and Lucas. And, very interested in Tracy trying to keep Gio away from Sonny. GH really needs to start building up that relationship again.
  20. That's actually my main criticism: in terms of style, it's too B&B-like.
  21. I'm speculating John Brady Black, and they'll call him JB for short 😂😂 Agreed. They needed to establish a much better and much stronger reason why Sophia left the baby at the firehouse. One that didn't make her look a villain
  22. It's a Boy! I could've sworn that in the spoiler video, they said girl, but whatevs. This is speculation, but I'm assuming that somewhere down the line, he's going to be named after John. But damn, that was the quickest labor ever lol. I have to admit that I'm not really a fan of what Sophia did today though. I know that she didn't want the baby but the way that it was all handled still seemed very sudden and random to me. And so clunky too. Even clunkier than the Jude baby switch. I hope it ends up working out though... and, in terms of the storyline, makes the whole messy teen situation ever messier. Especially now that Tate and Holly are reuniting. They were really sweet today. But at the same time, I have to say that maybe their reunion would have been a much better catalyst for Sophia's actions today. And I'm definitely not sure about Leo and Javi's part in the whole baby situation. Again, Ron is gone. Things like this don't need to happen anymore. Javi did look good in his uniform though 😊😊😊 But poor Doug III Because of the situation that he's in and because of the actor that he had to work with today. Dude was as cliche as that Carmine guy from a few years ago. But I did enjoy his scenes with Julie, even though she shut him down again. Peyton Meyer and Susan Seaforth Hayes do work really well together, and I hope that Julie forgives him at some point. And I'm glad that Steve was able to finally find the necklace for her. Speaking of actors working well together, I can say the same thing about Suzanne Rogers and Lindsey Godfrey. I loved their conversation about their love for Victor and Xander, and the type of men that they were. It was such an honest, in depth conversation and it was definitely one of the highlights of today. I'm really looking forward to seeing #Xarah and their storyline play out for the rest of the year.
  23. I thought that's what Days was going to do, but now I'm not so sure.
  24. Honestly, idk if I'm a fan of this. If anything, they should've waited and had Sophia give birth at the same time that Tate was off saving Holly and Ari from Doug III's loan sharks. She could be so angry at Tate rushing off that that could've been the catalyst to make her go into labor, and then drop the baby off.
