  1. I really can't believe Winterfest lasted 1 episode LOL. After months of talking about it, planning for it... for 1 episode? Hopefully it just builds to something bigger and bigger each year. So aside from Hayley drugging Bill, what other stories do we have going on other than couples just being paired up. And we didn't get to see what was really happening between Vernon/Sharon? So I guess he decided not to go through whatever he was planning to do... or did I miss it after Leslie overheard that quick convo they had?
  2. I had this thought too - the auction, the MC'ing, the ice rink, etc. The outfits are all over the place too, it's so confusing. Otherwise, love the music and getting everyone together. Puts you in the holiday spirit. I love seeing Greg on-screen though - he already naturally fits.
  3. Aww thanks! I wasn't sure how I'd like Annie's return with a new face, but they've weaved it into the greater Nursery Rhyme Stalker storyline, so it's actually entertaining to me. Is it a stretch? For sure, but I guess anything is fair game now after the clone storyline haha. So I'm close to wrapping up 1998 and here is the order of my favorite years so far: 1995 - absolutely loved the umbrella story of Brent/Marian and Lucy/A-M; Dinah's arrival; Michael Zaslow still being around; Marj Dusay is a favorite of mine. It just felt like a more normal GL with less gimmicks; family and community feel and good mixture of upper/middle/lower class families; good neighborhood buzz around the diner, police station, newspaper, etc. 1997 - Annie's downward spiral was really entertaining; Jesse/Michelle's relationship and Maureen coming back; Abby/Rick's relationship; Matt/Vanessa finding each other on chat rooms from across the globe haha. 1998 - first half was way too clone-heavy, but Annie's departure and Reva being on the island were fun; second half got really good for me with the Nursery Rhyme Stalker story; Ben/Blake/Ross was good in the beginning but has dragged on too long now. 1996 - too many horrible or boring storylines (5th Street revival; Lonatrat; Grant family destruction) There are many more pros/cons to each year, but that's what sticks out for me right now. 😀 LOL yes - those exact words were on Annie's note. I thought we saw the end of that carousel, but nope, it came back! Haha.
  4. That makes sense regarding the writing. If this even makes sense, I view Budig as my first Michelle (I only saw the very end of Miner, but clearly didn't have the emotional attachment, not seeing Marueen's death). So having a new Michelle (like fans did with Budig coming in) is hard for me. But, for my Michelle, I never would have wanted her to get involved in the mob. I'm nervous, but also kind of intrigued, to see if I'd be into this mob thing or not. I say that because my soap knowledge tells me Danny and Michelle were super popular, so there had to be something special there... but I don't normally enjoy mob-style stories.
  5. Haha I've actually really enjoyed most of the post-clone storylines, especially the Nursery Rhyme Stalker and the Annie/Teri thing (so far anyway). We'll see how long it lasts. 😄 RIP Zaslow! Such an amazing talent and good guy. I've seen this Michelle switch scene on YT before, so I know it's coming... which honestly makes me sad and happy. Sad because I'm a huge Budig fan and I'll miss seeing her, but happy because we got such a great character at AMC in Greenlee 😃 I so wish more of the GL fans liked Budig, but I get it. @DRW50 - I can't believe you didn't think Budig and Josh Duhamel had chemisty! They were such a great couple. I think Budig really became an adult on AMC and she had such great chemistry with the people she became friends with behind the scenes - Duhamel, Mathison, Minshew, etc. As y'all know, I really fell in love with Michelle and Jesse, so I thought Budig and Benedeti had great chemistry. I wonder what happened to Benedeti, I should look him up. For the life of me, I can't remember Greenlee and Jake together on AMC... maybe it was 2003 when I wasn't able to watch because of college.
  6. I'm an Ashley fan, but not sure tonight was a good look for her. Taking the guy on a date in front of cameras just to break up with him... by telling him he isn't good enough because he hasn't taken her on an international trip yet. It was giving gold digger vibes tonight. I loved seeing Gizelle and Monique make up.
  7. Haha that's cute, I like that they hang out after work.
  8. LOL at the bolded part :) Yes! So Griffin came on the show in late 1995 to help Marcus get out of jail for Cutter's murder (Marian did it). It was after that storyline, later in 1996, when Griffin was revealed to be Gilly's real father. To your point, I don't remember Marcus or Gilly having any scenes at that time and Gilly then left soon after, so they really didn't get that brother/sister moment, sadly. And of course now that David Grant is back, there was no mention of Gilly to Marcus before he left. I just find it so odd they didn't give Marcus/Griffin a goodbye scene considering Marcus was the reason Griffin joined the show and they weren't really on the best of terms after Griffin's dumb assassination attempt. They needed closure IMO. That's how I feel about Beth, she's definitely a weak person who seems to barely be hanging on.
  9. I’m up to October 26, 1998. Michelle and Bill meet on the beach and he tells her about Dinah taking the blood pressure pills and how worried he is about her. They get a little sentimental and Bill surprises her with a kiss. She’s taken aback and gets a little angry, but Bill said he looks and feels different and he’s no longer a kid. He then tells her he’s going to Millennium’s opening night and will pick her up, leaving her a bit stunned. She goes to Dahlia and begs her to go with her so it doesn’t seem like it’s a date with Bill. Meanwhile, Drew/Jesse/Mick are getting ready for the Millennium opening when Selena shows up and Drew is nice to her. Privately Mick tells Selena that he told Drew about Selena needing money to find her kid. The party starts and LOL - it’s full of extras swing dancing to big brass band music, which is not the vibe I was expecting from this new, hip nightclub. Harley and Phillip show up and laugh about how they’re too old to be there. The new actress playing Vicky debuts by showing up to the opening (10/15), telling David she just got back to town after touring the world for Spaulding. Not sure why we needed a recast, but we’ll see how she does. Later, Bill asks Michelle to dance and she finally tells him she’s in love with Jesse and they’re moving in together, which upsets him, but he continues to tell her he only wants the best for her. Drew keeps pulling Jesse into pictures and interviews with the press, which makes Michelle sad seeing the two of them so happy and close. Marcus arrives at the party (wow!) and Dahlia sees him from a distance and immediately grabs David to dance with her, which Marcus sees. He interrupts them and Dahlia tells him she knows about his other woman. He said he came to apologize and it was just a one time thing. He convinces her to leave the party so they can talk and she agrees. Later at the diner, he says he’s taking breaks from touring around Christmas so they can spend more time together. He leaves to take a call and a woman comes into the diner and says she’s looking for her boyfriend named Marcus Williams, pissing off Dahlia once again. Marcus comes back and sees them together and comes clean (what a dog!). He breaks up with the girl and tells Dahlia he’s never stopped loving her and wants to make it work out. The girl leaves and Dahlia slaps Marcus. He said he doesn’t want to lose her, but Dahlia says he already has. These scenes were well-acted but felt empty to me since we didn’t see the build-up to this point (just told), and it’s been a year since the writers even focused on them. This was Marcus’s last episode (10/22), a shame that we didn’t even see Marcus/Griffin have a final scene or closure as son/father. Typical of GL though with their B-character departures that I’ve seen. Selena catches Mick selling drugs to a customer and she lays into him. Buzz then shows up and again comments how old he is for the party (even though the music is for his generation haha), and he and Selena start dancing. A man comes up to Selena and assumes she’s a prostitute, which makes Selena cry and Buzz consoles her. After the party is over, Drew makes Jesse stay to count the money with her which annoys Michelle. Bill tells her to dance with him so they can make Jesse jealous, so they do in front of Drew/Jesse. Jesse doesn’t seem to be fazed by it and eventually takes Michelle home. Frank puts Ken on suicide watch at the police station. Harley starts to suspect Frank is more interested in Teri and she gets him to admit they kissed. He promises her that it’ll never happen again and Harley tries to convince him to get a new partner because one thing will lead to another. He gets her to promise that she won’t call Eleni in Greece about it. However, Harley does makes calls to get more information on Teri’s past. Teri goes to Reva’s house and tells her about the call she got from Annie. Shane then runs in and said some strange lady gave him a note, which based on his description of her, it matches the sketching of Annie from the dollmaker. The note wants Reva to meet her and refers to the carousel house that Josh bought Annie before. Reva, like an idiot, goes to the carousel house to find Annie. Why she isn’t taking police with her is beyond me, considering this lady left her on a plane to die. Teri tells Josh about the note and the two show up just as Reva finds a note. Teri realizes it’s a trap and just as Reva takes the note, Teri pushes her out of the way as wood falls from the ceiling. Frank and the cops show up and find a bodybag, shovel and duct tape outside the property. They read the note which says her wish is to have Reva dead. At the police station, they bring Alan in because they found his cufflinks in her stolen car. He denies seeing Annie and continues to say Annie is the victim in all of this. They get a lead on where Annie is staying so they all go to the apartment and bust down the door and find a creepy shrine to Josh. They also find love letters to Josh hidden in her desk. Meanwhile, Alan gets more emails from Annie saying she’s running out of time and money and needs his help. She wants him to meet her at the docks, so he goes down there looking for her and yells out how much he loves her. All of a sudden, a little boat explodes and Alan screams out to her and cries. Lizzie tells Phillip and Harley about the emails, so Phillip goes to the docks and Harley calls Frank and everyone heads to the docks. They all search the water for a body because Alan thinks he saw someone on the boat and they all assume Annie died. The divers find a body which is burned beyond recognition, but Reva still doesn’t think Annie is dead. They bring out the items from the body and Josh identifies the wedding band he gave Annie. Later, the dental records come back as a match between the body and Annie, but Reva still doesn’t believe it. As they wait for more DNA test results, they bring out Ken and use a specialized doctor to administer a new truth drug. Holly is against it, but Ken wants to proceed. Teri offers to take the drug first to prove it’s safe, but Frank says no and he will do it instead. On the side, Harley warns Teri to stop flirting with Frank. On the drug, the doctor starts asking Frank questions and it works. Harley tells him to call Eleni afterwards, while he’s on the drug, and he does, meaning the drug has a certain level of persuasion associated to it. As they start to drug Ken, Teri allows Ross and Holly to observe but kicks Harley out of the station, which pisses her off. On the drug, Ken says he has spaces in memory and isn’t sure if he could have done the stalking then, but he never wants to hurt people and is sad about how families are broken up. So he doesn’t help or hurt his case unfortunately. The DNA results come back and Teri/Frank deliver the results to everyone at the Spaulding Mansion. Teri/Frank were with the evidence the entire time, so there could have been no tampering with or switching of the DNA. The conclusive results say the dead body is Annie’s! Alan doesn’t believe it though, as he heard her whisper to him and he’s sure she’s still alive. Ben then walks in with Annie’s will that she left him, as her former prosecutor. He reads the will, giving Alan her written wedding vows, Beth her wedding dress in hopes she can wear it when marrying Phillip (and not that ‘deceitful piece of trash Harley Cooper’ LOL), and for Reva/Josh, a coin with a Latin phrase. Vicky immediately panics and tells them not to touch the coin because she has experience with ancient coins like that, which has a powerful curse connected to it. They mostly call it a joke and Reva throws the coin in the trash and leaves. Later, Vicky and Beth realize the coin is gone and no longer in the trash! Harley tells Lizzie that she’s marrying Phillip and asks her to be the flower girl, which makes Lizzie so excited. Beth walks in and Lizzie tells her all about it, but Beth doesn’t let it get to her. She later has flashbacks to her engagement and wedding to Phillip (which was nice for me to see). Cassie goes to the hospital and tells Dinah that she broke up with Hart and she can have him. She tells Dinah she better take good care of him or else. Dinah is happy, but a nurse comes in and needs Dinah to sign her baby’s death certificate, which makes Dinah break down in front of Cassie. Cassie ends up hugging her before leaving. Later, Hart finally takes Dinah home and they enjoy each other’s company. As they’re laughing, Cassie calls but doesn’t say anything once she hears the laughter. Later, Hart runs into her at the Towers and they have a nice talk outside, he gives her his jacket and he feels the baby kick. Meanwhile, Dinah is telling Vanessa Hart wants nothing to do with Cassie and she’ll never have to tell him the truth about her own baby not being his. Ross goes to the house to see the kids and realizes as he tucks them into bed that he can’t break his family up. He tells Blake and Ben that he no longer wants to sue for custody, instead he wants to bring his family back together for the kids. Ben doesn’t buy it and tries to talk sense into Blake, but she asks Ben to leave because she wants her family back together too. Ben pouts about it and walks out. Ross then tells Blake he was cheated before from being a father because he couldn’t raise Dinah, so he doesn’t want to lose the chance again with the boys. They hug each other, and outside, Ben throws away his picture of Blake and the boys. The next morning, Ross/Blake and the boys wake up together in bed and everything seems to be happy (which seemed like a fast resolution, but I’m happy this story is finally moving forward and hopefully to something new). Well nevermind, Ben goes to Frank and says he’s reopening the case against Ross given that he tried to kill him. Also, Ross can’t go through with having sex because he keeps thinking about Blake/Ben together, so they fight about it all over again. Ross eventually says he can stay in the house and be there for the boys, but anything more is impossible at the moment, but Blake doesn’t want to play fake house like that. Vicky and Vanessa continue to butt heads at Spaulding, and Vicky starts to catch on that there is tension between Vanessa and Beth because of Matt. She goes to Beth and suggests they play into the jealousy to drive Vanessa out of Spaulding so Vicky can take over. Beth says don’t count on her since it’s backhanded, but she’ll think about it.
  10. Very spot on LOL! Happy to hear it was a quick blip and things are getting better @Maxim .
  11. Aww, I love watching the show and doing them ❤️
  12. Love to read this - agreed! :)
  13. LOL that's awesome - show us the picture! :P I'm excited for The Housemaid! I read the book a couple months ago and was hooked - it should be good! :)
  14. You said it best! So glad she'll be ok.
  15. Good question - I don't ever remember her being an actress either, but maybe she was in the 80s before I started watching. I just remember she had her talk shows.
  16. Thanks for posting... I'm shocked she was able to spit out Megan's name that quickly on a whim, 22 years later LOL. Sadly, I missed a lot of 2003 as I was transitioning into college and didn't have a VCR at the time. So I missed a lot of Joni/Reggie and then Laurie (both actresses becoming huge stars, which I love to see). Weren't those two ladies brought on when JR and Jamie were grown up - with those two guys that didn't last long either. I just remember thinking Joni/Laurie/JR/Jamie didn't last very long and then JR/Jamie grew up more when Young and Bruening took over (which was successful of course).
  17. What an exciting episode - this soap really keeps me wanting to see the next episode. I had to research who Esme was, hopefully that was a fun surprise for fans.
  18. Next week's previews have me concerned. Most of it was post-Winterfest. I get not wanting to spoil too much of Winterfest, but this leads me to believe Winterfest is like 1-2 days max and then it's over. That's very short for such a big event that's been hyped for months.
  19. They continue to lay this Vernon/Sharon thing on thick - so annoying. We know he isn't cheating... and if he really is, that would be disgusting and lazy writing because Ted and Bill already have.
  20. I love Vanderpump Rules, so it always shocked me when I saw that Colby Chandler was part of this mess with Randall Emmett. I find it interesting and great these two ladies came together after all they went through.
  21. Wow - that is interesting! I haven't met someone with this take on Lucy (especially ILL), but I get and respect it :)
  22. Oh cool - I didn't know this either! I just googled it and looks like it ran from 52-55. I love I Love Lucy - this is great!
  23. I bet the big four (Anita/Vernon/Nicole/Dani) are paid pretty well since they're vets, but you're right, the others are probably pretty cheap. Filming in Atlanta I think is much cheaper too compared to CA (from what I've heard). But I think GH has the biggest cast of all - they have SO many characters, contract and recurring, full of soap vets, it's wild.
  24. You're not alone, a few of us have felt this way. It's like they're just waiting for WinterFest and everything is stalled until then. It's weird. But hopefully starting today, that'll all change! Well actually this week has finally picked up and been better IMO. But yeah, most of November, no.
  25. I’m up to October 12, 1998. *As of 10/07, Lisa Brown as Nola is no longer in the ending credits. Such a sad way to boot a veteran character. They also added Vicky Spaulding, with a new actress’s name - Victoria Platt. We haven’t seen her yet, I wonder why the first actress was replaced. Harley/Phillip try to lure Annie to their place with Frank/Teri watching on a stakeout. Teri sees a blonde woman and assumes it’s Annie, so she pins her to the ground and arrests her. The lady tries to mace her. Teri brings her up to Harley’s and come to find out it’s Reva. What a way to introduce Reva and Teri to each other haha. They both assumed each other were Annie, given they’re both blonde. They’re both catty to each other. They all talk about how the Stalker is targeting mothers who aren’t treating their children the way they think they should, which given Annie’s past obsession with children, makes sense. Reva gives Teri her history with Annie and Teri says Annie is a very interesting person to study. Teri then recruits Reva to help them find her. While Ross is at the hospital with Dinah, Blake asks Ben to help her get her kids back. He takes her to the Bauer house where Abby is watching them. Against Abby’s wishes that the kids stay there, Ben and Blake bully her and force the kids out, which was honestly very off-putting to watch. Abby rushes to the hospital to tell Ross, and he isn’t happy. Back at her house, Blake is having second thoughts and doesn’t want to run and take the kids away from Ross like Fletcher did to Holly with Meg. Ross then enters the house and Blake comes clean and says she couldn’t go through with it because she can’t be as cruel as him. While Ross/Ben are outside arguing, she makes a call to someone and asks them to come over and help her. Ross/Ben walk back inside and realize Blake and the kids are all gone. They head to Holly’s house to see Ken and ask if he helped Blake, but Ken stays silent outside of telling them they’ve both treated Blake terribly. While Ross talks to Ken, Ben goes downstairs where Ken stays and finds a bottle of the Hydroflux poison that was used on Harley. He also finds a newspaper with the Nursery Rhyme Stalker headline. Holly is discharged from the hospital now, after being sedated in bed for a while, but Rick questions whether she’s mentally strong enough to leave. Michelle shows up and talks to Holly alone, and then helps her leave the hospital by distracting Rick. Holly gets home and finds Ben/Ross there with Ken and drills into them all. Ben announces he found the poison and that Ken may be the Stalker and has put Blake in danger! Ken denies it and says the poison is used to help his plants grow. Holly defends Ken too, saying he was with her the entire time. Rick and Holly’s doctor shows up and wants to admit her into the psychiatric ward, but Holly begs them not to so she can find Blake. They finally agree and leave, and Ken privately reminds Holly he wasn’t with her when Harley was given the apple, but Holly says they’re family and need to stick together. We then see a cutaway scene to the boys playing somewhere with a tape recorder playing the “A-Tisket, A-Tasket” song. Come to find out, Blake got Hart to take her to a hotel and she wants to run to California with the boys to stay with Roger/Amanda. Hart tries to convince her not to and it works. He takes her back home and as Ross walks in the door, she’s there waiting for him. They talk, but he’s adamant about living apart. As Ben gets to his hotel room, he sees a bottle of whisky and a note that says to relax and enjoy, and she’ll be there soon, signed by Blake. We then see the assumed Stalker watching him from the hallway with the creepy Nursery Rhyme music playing. I’m really enjoying this storyline (the Stalker, not the never-ending Ben/Blake/Ross saga haha). Ben drinks the whisky and it starts to impact him to the point where he falls unconscious in the shower. The Stalker, in black gloves, plugs the shower drain and then takes the whisky, glass and note (but leaves a new note) and leaves his hotel room. Blake then shows up to his room, finds the new Queen of Hearts nursery rhyme note about Ben needing to pay, and then sees water coming out of his bathroom door. She sees him in the tub, water up to his face and drowning, but she can’t get her wheelchair through the door LOL. Not wanting Ben to die, we have a miracle and Blake fights to get out of her wheelchair and walks to him and pulls him out of the water. She performs CPR and he starts to breathe and wakes up. They both realize she walked and celebrate by hugging and Ben kisses her. Beth shows up at the hospital to apologize to Matt again and asks if she can help explain to Vanessa what happened, but Matt says it’s best not to worry about it. She later runs into Vanessa and brings it up. Vanessa very coolly, like a boss, tells her she’s not worried about Beth but it’s obvious she is attracted to unavailable men. Vanessa says that Ben is obsessed with Blake, Philip is engaged to Harley, Matt is very happy married to Vanessa, so the next time she feels the need to get tipsy or find a shoulder to cry on, she should call her mother instead. Later, Harley overhears Beth talking to Matt about Vanessa’s reaction and confronts her privately about stealing yet another man. Later, Hart is grieving at home with Cassie, blaming himself for killing his baby. Cassie tries to comfort him by asking if he would want to have a baby with her, which makes him angry, thinking they can replace his dead baby so quickly (he still doesn’t know she’s pregnant). They finally reconcile and he says he’d like a baby, but later and not now. Meanwhile, Dinah’s blood pressure spikes and she goes unconscious. They get it under control and Dinah wakes up, but it freaked everyone out and Vanessa takes her blood pressure meds to calm her. Bill and Dinah notice and get concerned, thinking her disease is coming back, but Vanessa assures them her disease isn’t back and it’s just to help bring her blood pressure down. Hart/Cassie then leave for the night, which Dinah watches, so she takes Vanessa’s pills in hopes to set off her monitors again so Hart would come back all night with her (so dumb). Sean stops by with balloons and gifts to make her feel better (they had recently been getting chummy in a frenemy sort of way). Dinah starts to crash out and goes unconscious while he’s there. Vanessa shows up and gets worried and tells Dinah how much she really loves her and wants her to live (because Dinah keeps talking about wanting to die since she has nothing to live for, but with her inner dialogue, we know she’s manipulating everyone). As Dinah talks about wanting to die, Hart shows up and overhears it and panics. He stays by her side and she reminisces about their good days, but the pills she took make her more sick because she took too many. Dr. Sedgwick tells the family she doesn’t know how to help Dinah and she may not make it. Hart tries to get Dinah to open her eyes and says they can get married, if only she opens her eyes. The priest shows up to help the family through impending death, but Hart begs him to marry them. Bill breaks in and says there’s no way he’s letting them get married because he put her in this situation. Vanessa breaks them up, Dinah finally wakes up and Hart gets the priest to marry them all alone and they are announced husband and wife. This is so dumb of Hart. I get he’s heartbroken and feeling guilty, but this is a stretch. Cassie overhears Ross thanking Hart about it, and Cassie is confused as to why he would do it and walks away. She later sees Dinah’s condition and Hart talking to her and tells him she understands now why he felt he needed to marry her. Later, Vanessa realizes she can’t find her blood pressure pills, and Bill finds them under Dinah’s bed and realizes she’s been taking the pills. She convinces him not to say anything. Blake takes Ben to the hospital to get checked and Ross is there and realizes she can walk. She tells him everything that happened at Ben’s and he seems conflicted, but has to continue focusing on Dinah. The doctors say Ben was poisoned with Hydroflux which is what the Stalker used to poison Harley, and what Ken had in his basement for his plants. Marah comes home from school and shocks Reva/Josh with a note she found in her locker - “Miss you, Love Annie”. Reva calls Teri to come by and look at the note, and they agree to put their differences aside and work together. Later at the station, Teri and Frank go over her notes from Reva’s interview and she comments that Josh and Reva are so in love, still after all this time. Frank asks if she’s jealous and wants someone in her life and she says yes. Frank then says any guy would be lucky to date her, and she asks if that includes him (uh oh). She then gets more flirty and in his face and they end up kissing - FRANK! I can’t believe good boy Frank is willing to cheat on Eleni. Teri tells him she knew he wanted that kiss from the day they met and he admits she’s very desirable. She tells him she was actually married before (not just engaged), but her ex-husband cheated on her and it hurt her badly. Frank then leaves a little stunned by what happened. After the Ben incident, Teri and Frank start to think it might be Ken again. They go back to Harley and Phillip and show her a picture of Ken. She says she recognizes him because he ran her off the road and started following her a few days ago (all off screen). Teri/Frank leave to go find Ken, and Phillip leaves to grab them dinner. Ken knocks on Harley’s door and forces himself in. She’s scared and while trying to protect herself, Ken says he’s been watching her for a while now. He then says he’s been wanting to hire her to find the stalker so people don’t think it’s him and lock him up again. She’s able to call Phillip secretly so he can hear them talking and he comes to rescue her with Frank/Teri, but while waiting on them to get there, Ken convinces Harley he isn’t the stalker. But when they arrive, Ken gets spooked and grabs a knife and takes Harley hostage. Phillip and Harley get Frank and Teri to lower their guns, but Teri calls for backup. Harley tries to convince everyone he isn’t the stalker and he’s just scared now. It’s working and Ken is about to let her go, but Teri all of a sudden shoots her gun towards him and he frees Harley. They take him to jail while Frank privately tears into Teri for putting Harley and herself in danger. Later at the police station, Teri gets a call in front of Frank - we don’t hear anything, but Teri said it was Annie. Annie tells her she isn’t the stalker and Teri tells Frank she’s calling from Teri’s house, so now Annie knows where she lives! Cassie, Reva and Sean are all arguing about her situation with Hart and Dinah and how he married her. Hart shows up wanting to talk to Cassie, which annoys Sean, but Reva gets him to calm down. Hart gets a little heated and tries to pull Cassie away to chat, but Sean grabs him and pins him against the wall and says he’s an idiot for trying to manhandle a woman that’s pregnant! Hart asks if it’s true, and Cassie says yes, but it’s Sean’s baby! Oh brother. Reva/Sean reluctantly go along with it and Hart eventually punches Sean. Cassie then breaks up with Hart, telling him she can’t be with a married man. He goes to Dinah and tells her Cassie is pregnant with Sean’s baby and Dinah gets happy while Vanessa seems suspicious. After Hart leaves, Dinah accidentally slips that her baby wasn’t Hart’s and Vanessa gets upset and realizes Dinah hasn’t changed a bit. Dinah said she had to do whatever she could to get Hart back and Vanessa tells her she has to end the marriage. Sean later tells Reva the reason he went along with Cassie’s lie is because he’s still in love with Reva, just as Josh walks in and hears what he said! He confronts Sean and Sean tells him the truth about how he feels, but that nothing sexual happened on the island. Josh starts to get upset, but Reva interjects and sets him straight. Reva said Sean is the reason she was able to survive the island and made it home. Sean continues to say he has no intention of coming between Josh/Reva, but he just needs to be honest with how he feels. Sean leaves and Reva lays into Josh. They eventually see eye to eye and reconcile. Drew decides to call her new club Millennium (LOL, how original for late 1998). As Jesse/Drew are getting ready for their first night, Michelle shows up and announces she’s moving into a new apartment with Jesse, which pisses off Drew. Michelle tells Drew she plans to spend a lot of time at the club, which irritates her again. Mick shows up and creeps Michelle out as she leaves. Mick then offers Drew coke, but freaks out and says she’s lost people to drugs and she warns him to never bring that in her club again. A few days later, before their opening night, Selena delivers food from the diner and runs into Mick. He says they’re in dire need of a hostess and Selena said she’d do it for a little extra cash. She tells him she needs money because she’s hired someone to find her daughter. Drew walks in and gets angry that Selena is there and they start screaming at each other, with Drew continuing to call her a hooker. Selena leaves and Mick tells Drew about Selena’s search for her daughter, which makes Drew soften a bit. Drew later offers Selena the job and they agree to put their differences aside for now.
