  1. This is everywhere this morning and I think it's true: The intelligence community is what is starting to shake Trump and his people apart with the rapidly widening Russia leaks. They are calculated, they are timed to coincide with and contradict the administration's latest lies (Spicer's yesterday) and they are deadly and increasing. Everyone this morning short of Fox News and Breitbart is calling this "what did Trump know and when did he know it?" He and his people are in collusion with a foreign actor, and that would be enough for the CIA and NSA. Further, he mocked and dishonored them in their own house (in front of the CIA's memorial wall) and that is suicide. Only Trump would be too stupid to realize that. The intel community is going to keep this up until the Republican Congress is forced to take action. They have everything on Trump and they know how to do this kind of work to a sitting leader they want dismantled, they've done it all over the world. As terrifying as that prospect is, their worst capabilities are now our best assets.
  2. Hang on tight.
  3. Boom.
  4. Meanwhile:
  5. Today in Kellyanne: I was hacked!
  6. For the record, in the Know Thy Enemy department: Joe Scarborough and Mika are again broadcasting directly to Trump, and today's target of blame for his woes is not the most recent enemy (Stephen Miller), but Kellyanne Conway.
  7. Josh Marshall thinks Flynn is only the beginning. I believe it all goes back to Trump, and people are already asking what did Trump know and when did he know it, but I'm not sure he's right - I don't believe this administration will last four years, but I'm not sure it'll come down over this. The Republicans reiterated in a recent piece this morning that they are basically willing to put up with Trump until he becomes a major liability so long as they can push stuff through. But his ratings are dropping fast and the scandals are piling up, so we'll see.
  8. I know they've been floating Petraeus, but who knows. I don't think Kellyanne will last. House Trump is bloodthirsty and various folks have apparently disliked her for months, working to limit her access to Trump in the WH by moving her office away from him. Plus she's looked ragged as hell on TV (a Trump no-no), made several major gaffes in her latest interviews and become a public joke in the press, who now disdain her and mock her - all things Trump can't abide. She's begun rambling about not sleeping in her interviews and she just put Ivanka in the hot seat. She also just misspoke today about Flynn. I think she may have some cover from Spicer and Priebus first - both of whom are widely disliked or out of favor with Trump - and maybe Miller, who just made a fool of himself and embarrassed the administration again. But once at least two of them are gone she's next.
  9. Flynn just resigned. Spicer, followed by Priebus who is widely disliked inside, then Either Kellyanne or Miller, both of whom are in the crosshairs, with Conway being very disliked by some of the Trumpite inner circle. Then: Jared (sacrificed to save Bannon) Bannon
  10. LMAAAAOOOOOOO
  11. The Flynn/Russia fiasco continues:
  12. Showtime ran the FWWM trailer during tonight's TP double-feature - nice to see them promoting it as as well.
  13. Trump is now at 40% approval, dropping fast in record time. Meanwhile, in House Trump the knives are out again for Priebus.
  14. She's just amazing. Pity she's gone.
