The previous two Pauls weren't on very long, RH outlasted both of their runs.
I didn't realize RH was on ATWT for so long - seven years. I thought he was on for only two or three years until I looked it up. Wow.

Today I learned...
Cusi Cram, the first Cassie Callison, (who may have been fired because her weight according to reporting from the Soaps of Yesteryear tumblr) is the granddaughter of the 12th Duke of Argyle and his first wife.
Cusi's mother, Lady Jean Campbell, (who romanced JFK and had been married the first time to novelist Norman Mailer) was married to John Sargent Cram II at the time of Cusi's birth but it was later revealed that Cusi's biological father was a Bolivian Ambassador to the UN
Cusi's grandfather, The Duke, is in the news because the story of his scandalous divorce from his third wife (Cusi's ex-step-grandmother) is being turned into the newest season of A Very British Scandal with Claire Foy and Paul Bettany. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-10129453/A-British-Scandal-LOOK-Claire-Foy-Paul-Bettany-play-Duke-Duchess-Argyll.html
Dorian could never...
One of the few soap actors whose real life really was a soap!!!

Everything Ted did was never good enough. She never gave the poor guy a break.
In five years on SB, Todd McKee never had a good story to call his own. Still, he brought so much charm to the role and was so likable that he always made Ted a character worth watching.

Tuc Watkins (OLTL, GH) will play a hedge fund manager who dumps Neil Patrick Harris’s lead character after a 17-year relationship in the Netflix comedy series Uncoupled from Darren Star.
I read this too fast. Originally, I thought it said that Tuc Watkins dumped acting to become a hedge fund manager.

Kristina Malandro aka Kristina Wagner
While at The Doctors, Chandler Hill Harben was credited as Chandler H. Harben.
Judi Evans, when she went to AW, went by both Judi Evans Luciano and Judi Luciano. She eventually reverted back to Judi Evans, though I believe she is still married to Michael Luciano.

I want the A team, not a bunch of doofs from later years. Lol. Gimme Louise, Nancy, Lane, Nicolas, A, Judith,
No Tori or Maggie Gillis
I'd also like a Lane/Nancy or Lane/Harley or all three...Mason and his two great loves.

Definitely feels like it. They're struggling.
Especially with the Ben story. It's stale all around.

I know as an Ohioan I will NOT be voting for JD Vance
As a fellow Ohioan, neither will I. I keep getting those awful spam texts from his campaign on my phone, despite me blocking the number(s).

There is no bottom to these things. (Can't call them people.)
I hope, should Ms. Hutchins' husband gets wind of this, that he will sue for emotional distress to himself and his son.
I too hope her family (and Alec Baldwin himself) sues that awful creature. Only the lowest of the low, those with no feelings would do something like that. It's absolutely sickening.

I agree. It would be fun to listen to.
He's had A, Nicolas and now Judith in solo episodes, and Harley Kozak as part of a GL panel. Maybe it's a scheduling problem.

I feel like the show has lost it's direction a bit ....
They need new writers. The actors are fine.

Dean/EJ is a little charmer, I admit it.

That was a great interview. I enjoyed it.
I did, too. He needs to have an episode comprised of a SB panel.

Listening to Judith McConnell's chat with Alan Locher, she mentioned working at GH when Bridget Dobson wrote the show. Of course, she'd go on to work with the Dobsons on SB.

Genie Francis, at the very beginning of her run on GH, was credited as Genie Ann Francis.
Over at RH, the fourth actress to play Faith went from Karen Ann Morris to Karen Morris to Karen Morris-Gowdy...in just under a year.

I think it would have been easier to accept if Paul has been off the canvas for a long while before RH was cast.
Maybe they just should have brought RH on as a new character.

The New York Times had published an artcle about lighter-skinned African American performers. Ellen Holly responded with a letter to the editor about the scarcity of roles. Agnes Nixon read it and asked to meet Ms. Holly.
That letter showed up at the 11th hour, so I've heard. Agnes still didn't have a Carla, and they were about to go on the air.

I'm glad you all are being responsible with masks. Nobody likes them, but it beats the alternative!!

This show has to be the best new show of the season! I would love it if Dean never looks in Keisa's direction ever again!
Why not? She already kissed his best friend. I like this girl better.

Did Samantha actually drug Marlena back then? When Andrea Hall played Hattie, DAYS showed a few flashbacks of Marlena remembering her sister and being spooked at this stranger's resemblance to her. One flashback looked like Marlena had been drugged by Samantha.

Yorlin Madera turned into a decent-looking man, but I can’t quite see him playing the stuff David Fumero played as Cristian. I don’t think Cristian would have stuck around as a utility romantic lead without DF.
Sometimes one actor embodies the young character, but a recast is needed to mature the role. But more often than not, soaps simply cast a more conventionally attractive actor for sexual/romantic purposes, à la Rachel Miner/Rebecca Budig as Michelle on GL. DF did make the character his own beyond showing off his assets, so I don’t want to denigrate him. He’ll be 50 next year, which makes me feel old.
He still looked great on Brooklyn Nine-Nine with his wife:
No, I couldn't see YM as a romantic lead either.
