Does anyone know if there's a source that picks up the Soap Opera Digest recaps where the classicsodyr tumblr leaves off? (May 28, 1991) I know there's some on a blog called Soap Opera Saga but they don't have all of them consecutively like the tumblr did.

In the 90s SOD had a feature where they had cartoonist renderings of the soap towns. I wonder if they are online anywhere.

Can you ask the uploader to put the episodes in the vault?

That's so sad that there's lost media out there from that era. Phillip's death scene (in English) used to be online too but I never saw it. Were these things on WOST or Soap Hunks? Surely someone out there has saved a copy. There is a full episode around where Nikki is pregnant and goes to get an abortion but then can't go through with it after she meets a woman who had lost her child. (March 29, 1982 - in the vault).

That story is why I don't mind the current mannequin story. You could say it's true to history.

After going over everything again in painstaking detail, I agree with these. I made a mistake and am re-labelling the one I put as January 19th as the 18th, for those of you who keep track. The 19th and 20th are the missing episodes #1715 and 1716.

I guess this is a good time to say that I finished the 1986 English episodes that I got from the Y&R Anonymous Angel. And I'm not even close to done with the stuff they sent me! Some of this we've seen before but it's to have an original broadcast of Jill's shooting (we were missing the first few minutes in English) and the full episodes from the days after (we had a lot of clips but not the episodes)... such an important time in Y&R history to finally fill in! Plus a full ep from August with Gisele McKenzie as Kay! There are clips for 1988-1993... once again if any of you guys can help be more specific with the dates, let me know and I can update them.

Yep, that's Bundy uploading 1986 and a couple of german 1989 eps s well! She's awesome! She has tried to register here but it doesn't go through. She also added some English things to the 1988 and 1989 clips folder with the dates she has figured out. I really appreciate it because I try to watch in order and this is about where I am up to! She asked that you guys please confirm the dates or add dates she doesn't have. I can make the changes in the vault if you let me know. She has Brenda Eppersons first airdate as an under 5 and then as Ashley, Brad in a cage, etc.

Hey guys, someone who is unable to register here sent me some info on dates they think are not correct. I'm not sure who originally uploaded them. Just wondering what are your thoughts? If some are not correct I can rename them. I just don't have time to research it now and I know some of you guys are good at this. 1992-06-11 = 1992-07-03 1992-09-18 = 1992-09-10 1992-12-16 + 17 = 1992-12-15 1992-12-18 = 1992-12-17 1992-12-21 = 1992-12-18 1992-12-22 = 1992-12-21 1992-12-23 = 1992-12-22 (they think 1992-12-24 is episode 1445: Stephanie gives Taylor a precious Christmasgift: a necklace that has been in her family for three generations. Stephanie then admits that, despite their rough start, she now considers Taylor her daughter. ) 1993-03-04 = 1993-03-03 1993-07-26 = 1993-07-29 They were also wondering about these dates in the vault, since these are suspected preemption dates: 1991-01-09, in the vault is a episode with this date #953. The next one is 1991-03-15, 1992-02-17 - 1228

I couldn't catch what he said, but remember these are auto-captions, so they pick up whatever they think he was saying in German. I know some basic German, so I notice some of the mistakes. For example "fahren" means to drive, so often when Faren is on the captions will say something about driving/travelling. Sometimes Andy's name translates as "Handy" which means cellphone lol. And then there's "sie/Sie" which can mean she, you, or they depending on the context, and the caption program often picks the wrong translation so you're not quite sure who they are talking about. I decided to split up the German eps cause I don't like having more than 100 videos in a playlist. Up to July right now. BTW, Bundy has uploaded the rest of the 1987 videos including the ones we had in English (in case there were missing scenes).
