Since I watched most of the series in real time (and I was in college then) it takes some of my emotional attachment out. If you never watched...it's a great series though it does take a bit to find its footing. Once it does...it gets good. And you haven't met Elena yet.

I do say YAAASSS to Trina's figuring out (love the montage to it) that Esme and Spencer are Ava's stalkers. I have always liked her friendship with Ava. And it's good to see her going the distance. After fumbling the wedding and Nixon Fall storyline, the writers seem to be picking up the stalker storyline with the quickness to keep some momentum going. Mmmmm Britt and Jason still got it. While I don't like how they climaxed the Sonny/Mike storyline, I do like the ripple effect that it is doing. And as people find out about Sonny being alive, people are finding out about the other storylines going on. With Nina being persona non grata, she can go Annie now. lol. js.

Well I keep saying that I'm long overdue a return trip to Nashville. And Vegas now that I'm thinking about it. lol.

BH How lackluster. My best description for this finale is what I said to my co-worker about ROSWELL NEW MEXICO's latest episode. I compared it to BUFFY Season 3. The big fight was going to be in the last episode. Since there were a few episodes left, it felt like the writers were in a holding pattern until the big fight. Great writing, but still...spinning in circles. This season has been a rollercoaster. A good mystery where you try to pick itself together. That was surprisingly not at all what I was expecting. I thought this would be my first hatewatch. So in spite of myself, this has been a good season. However, I felt by the time we got to San Diego, the drama petered off. I think we all are ready for the roasting of Erika FakeaHo so this episode and the last few felt like they were stuck in place. Why else would Production try to bring up stale drama like Sutton vs EricFake and Denise vs Ex Soap Opera Star. Bring on the roast I say. A few notes... THE BRUNCH. Hm. Interesting that we had the Coven at a brunch where they talked nothing but crap. Also interesting that it seem like they were trying to sent Kyle up as that 'I did tell her to her face' friend. Yet there she was in her Confessional still backtalking EricFake. DENISE. I see in light of her recent court fight with Charlie Sheen, rumors have started to say she might return. We will. Even I admit to side-eying Garcelle just a little bit. But more Ex Soap Opera Star for not BEING HONEST to her that her talking to Denise will never and ever happen. CRYSTAL'S DINNER. Was very nice. And a nice look into culture. I was shocked to see PK talkiing to EricFake given the amount of shade he's been dishing her way all season. That's all that stood out for me. POTOMAC REUNION FILMS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hehe...Great minds... I will and have taken Vanessa anyway I can get her. I never tired of Brenda, Brenda, Brenda even when she was frustrating me to high heaven. I can say the same for Sheila on any show she is on whether it is Y&R or B&B. Meanwhile, I can say that about Eileen Davidson as well whether she is Ashley on Y&R or wrecking havoc as Kristen over on DAYS and I loved every minute of her with John and Marlena in the 90s and her first return (and second because if there was going to be a final showdown it SHOULD AND WAS with Marlena). Another one...Heather Tom's Victoria on Y&R. And trust me...she drove me as crazy as she drove Victor and Nikki sometimes, but I at least wanted to know what she would do next. ETA: Shame on me. I forgot OLTL Viki (not so much Nikki either, though I LOVE Jean) and anything and everything having to do with Tina Lord as played by Andrea Evans. Me and my friends were always talking about 'Princess Tina' so while I didn't hate the Mandorra Return stuff as much as others or the Tess blackmail, I was VERY HAPPY they repaired her somewhat before the show ended on ABC...and WITH CORD. To beat my warm heart with Gilbert Blythe-ness.

Looks like Messy Mia is gonna gather her up reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal quick to me. That said...I need to catch up. lol.

Meh. lol. I would hate to see my image of her (Also love both of her albums...ESPECIALLY STATE OF MIND) of her tainted by who she is on the show with. Good to see she is doing well though. I agree about Garcelle. She show add Will Smith's ex in more scenes.

Fourth of all...IMHO I still felt Andy was playing 'softball' with those hard questions. Glad they got asked. Now add on her social media antics as well. Fifth of all...back you up??? Why, Bitch? Yeeeeah MEH. LOL. On one hand, I guess I can guess what someone was going for. Sonny fell into the water...and the 'depths' of his mind to become Mike. And now in the fire, he rises up like a phoenix from the ashes. I'm going to miss Mike. It just feels like they went this route to make people happy that they did not keep Sonny as Mike up to November Sweeps honestly. So I am curious as to why now. Or specfically why have Sonny get his memory back now...just finding him is a nice reveal. Jax and Nina could have dragged them back to PC post wedding and let the messiness begin. Imagine all of Mike's love ones trying to connect to him and him not wanting anything to do with them. Kinda like how Jason was when he became Jason Morgan. And then some time in November have his memories come back. Probably due to some mob thing that he had to step into since the Five Families will know he's alive by that point. Well I'm ewwwwwwww on Jarly...it was a nice wedding. And it feels like FOREVER since Maxie has crack a sincere smile. She was truly in her element and it showed. Yeah, I'm loving Brooklyn and Chase, too. Can we keep Ms. Wu? I am sorry that Mr. Novak is gone since he seem to really like Gladys. And does that mean the troublemaking Novak will take over? I do like they are building a new storyline for Ned and Olivia. A new hopsital story? Why...yes. Though I don't like Austin. But yeah this week did feel like they were patchworking a lot of stuff. Which again my working theory is the whole people got CoVid which turned up the timetable on several storylines so some beats (like Jason and Carly suddenly being into each other) were lost. Going back to what I said earlier...could you imagine if they had built that just a little bit before Mike (not Sonny) came back. And then they gave in just as Mike got his memories back in NOVEMBER? PS. That was Jordan's exit? And with that, they threw out several storylines. There was so much potential in the Jordan/Curtis/Portia triangle. And now it sounds like they are going there with the 'is Curtis's Trina's father?' storyline on top on that. Not to mention how they tie into Drew's storyline. Seems like an abrupt cut to spite the face.
