  1. ALL STARS Oh, THAT was ALL STARS. lol. Since I assume that Peacock being the primary person over Bravo, my tv system does not save the episode so I had to watch it live...or at least as live as I could get it. I...liked it. The episode was Episode 3. And I liked the candor with which all (yes, even Ramona) talked. It was so refreshing different from their normal shows where there would be something edited out, or edited to be a certain way. It felt like girls chit-chatting the gossip...except this time the gossip was the fact there was no longer any fourth wall so you got to hear about EVERYTHING. Outside of interaction, I would say the most interesting drama was the rift growing between Cynthia and Kenya. I guess it shouldn't be surprising since Cynthia has always had issues with friendships, but I saw both points of views. That said...Kenya was just being Kenya. I feel like Cynthia...dare I say it...was looking for a moment. I mean...look at Melissa and Tre. Speaking of them...Melissa and Teresa getting along? Did Hades freeze over? That was something else I loved about this show. Besides the mixing up of cast from other shows, I liked that people I could not stand on their respective shows...actually seem interesting and again dare I say...enjoyable. Melissa. Kyle. Okay, Ramona was still Ramona...for better or for worse. lol. But as usual she had her funny moments. Lu stays being Lu. And her flirting with that married man (and him flirting back)...scandalous!!! Not sure if I'm be at the house when the next episode comes on, but totally watching. @Cat You know I saw Hills Have Eyes push that Racist onto Mary. 😜 So distasteful. Yes, same. I hate to even give them credit since I tapped out after Part 1 of their last reunion, but even BH held EriFake accountable more than the girls did in SLC. It was sad cuz during the arrest, it looked like they would do more than the BH girls. And then...they just dropped it after the Pho lunch where Mary did what they ALL should have been doing...being honest and asking Jen the hard questions. On camera. Same. Outside of the clip online of Andy's letting the girls know Mary ain't coming and Meredith's honest reaction, I'm not sure if I want to sit through the reunion outside of part 1. Especially since a lot of the loglines sound like they will just talk about Mary for an episode and a half.

    hehe WOOF

    HELL-HO!!!
  4. SLC That was pretty meh. Dare I say it...BH actually did it better this past season even with the clear favoritism. To have a delicious smoking gun like Jen's arrest should have had this season off and running. For all the alliances and for all the 'playing it for the camera,' these girls are a bunch of stupid to let that get away from them. The fact that they did was also very telling. It was also very sad. Because this season, like last season, was a slow burn. And once they hit Jen's arrest...OOOOOOooooo...it had gas and it had momentum. And then it went waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay left. Rather than focus on taking down one Queen, the girls decided to focus on taking down another Queen. Whether it was a cult or not (never mind that the main religion in Utah is cultish), on the strength of hearsay and 'he said, she said,' they decided to attack Mary's religion. So intent on it, they did not even see the REAL snake in their mist. An actual racist. Aka Jeannie. And lord knows she tried this finale. It was nice (sober or not...okay, not sober) to see Little Girl try (FINALLY) to make amends with Mary. Though too little, too late. It was not nice to see Jeannie work overtime for a moment when all Mary had to say to her was: And being ignored really, really, REALLY bugged Jeannie. So much so they kept jumping into Mary and Little Girl's conversation. Heck, she bumped Little Girl out of the wall. And then...THE GLASS THROW!!! If this was RHOA... I don't know what bothered me more. That Jeannie's husband did nothing. That Heather egged Jeannie on. Or that NO ONE checked on Mary at all. Instead, they wanted to turn the attack on Meredith. So funny how the last few episodes these girls have been mad jealous of her friendship with Mary. And now that Mary was out of the way, they turned on Meredith when they have a charged criminal in their midst. I can't. I honestly right now am on the fence about watching the reunion. Definitely does not seem like it will top last year's. But I did see the clip. And HA at the shock on their faces when Andy told them that Mary was not coming and he explained why. But what I LOVED was Meredith's very honest opinion about that and the fact that I do believe the reunion was filmed AFTER her and Mary fell out and Meredith STILL had Mary's back. LOVE. JEN. She pulled it off. She really pulled it off. As I was watching her family scenes, I sat there and just thought...I can't believe how they are downplaying her arrest. The lynchpin of this whoooole season. And now? Crickets. And it felt like it's an inconvenience. Scamming elderly people. Guns in her kids' faces. Now she's joking about downsizing? Yeah, she managed to get the good edit. And such a good edit that she managed to keep herself relevant by bringing up her rivalry with Meredith. I wish she had spoken up for Mary since it seem like she wanted to, but for the most part WINNER this time around. LINT. With no storyline to call her own, Lint had to resurrect her issues with Mormonism. Like I said in my post about Little Girl and her father, it makes one wonder about Lint's relationship with her mother that she blink-and-you-miss-her with her? Meanwhile, online there are claims this was all false since Lint said she would do this wake a year later, not a month after talking to her sister who clearly was not ready. Moreso since there was already a wake. Someone looking for camera time? LOSER. LITTLE GIRL. Well, it was nice to see Mary gather her one last time. lol. That said...she was bound and determined to be Ashley Darby ain't she? Right down to the gross sex scene. uhhhh...NO. Meanwhile she finally wanted to apologize to Mary? Really? Too little. Too late. LOSER. UTAH LYDIA. Well, she ended in a good place. The explosion was at her party which was as bland as her tequila. So...there's that. So...WINNER. MEREDITH. It would appear Meredith still has some secrets to tell. So for that and her ability to storm off when Jen wanted to start with her. WINNER. JEANNIE. MARY. I thought she handled that with grace, dignity, and more tolerance than I would have had. We got some last gathering and shade from her. But that last confessional? Leave it to Mary Corsby to keep it all the way real in her last one and you could see her hurt when she said it made her wonder who was her friends and who was not. That hurt. She will be missed.
  5. Well the rumor I heard was Ramona and Sonja are in, Lu is out to go and be on THE MASKED SINGER, Leah is out. Eboni is still in, along with Bershan and then Dorinda was running with Jill getting that coveted FOH role.
  6. HAHAH!!!!! I just watched this last week.
  7. SLC Wow. I can't believe this girls are really losing their s^&* over Meredith and Mary's friendship. If anything they could learn a thing or two. About friendships and alliances. I am just finishing off the episode before tonight's finale. And what I took away from it was that they were unusually pressed about the two of them. They were also foul about them. Little Girl coming for Mary. Utah Lydia and her meltdown and yelling. Jen and the mosquito...okay she wasn't pressed. lol. Well at the start of the season it was clear there was going to be a rift coming between Meredith and Lisa. And this episode did nothing to make it better. In fact thanks to Little Girl and Lint, it was made worse with the reveal that it was Lisa saying that the memorial was on Tuesday. Though I would say that it was a slip of tongue in the moment and the date was irrelevant. Bad Weather was making something out of a molehill. It took two watchings due to being busy, but I thought it was also a good episode, but I feel exhausted. Did we get any answers about Jen's arrest which should have been the main storyline? Nope. If anything, Jen has completely repaired her image I fear. Understand though. But we will see...now that she is the only person in the lawsuit who has pleaded not guilty. JEN. Jen stayed doing comic relief. She also got some digs in at Jeannie. hehe. You would think Jen knew something we don't know. Hmmm. Meanwhile, I thought the scene of her at Mary's church was interesting. Oooh the power duo they could have been. Le sigh. LINT. As irrelevant as her nickname. LITTLE GIRL. Well, personally, I think it should say something that her father is talking to all his kids BUT her. But... Liked Meredith getting that dig in. And I stay loving Mary gathering her since she ain't got time for mess. And there is Little Girl stirring stuff up with Lisa and Meredith again. Le sigh. She really has nothing to do. Sad. LISA. Well...John suuuure was looking good in that shirt. lol. I just felt like...though I feel her feelings are valid...that she was looking for a moment. And that I found sad since I used to like her and Meredith together. MEREDITH. I felt her anger was real. And I agree that Little Girl was foul for that questioning. She's a better person than I for even having her and Lint over at her house. But alas with that tea about Lisa and the call. I wonder if their friendship will or can recover. JEANNIE. MARY. The scene of her with Jen at the church was probably one of those times where I felt she was faking it. Though I felt her Confessional was honest. And again...alas at her and Jen not being a power duo. I will miss their rivalry.
  8. Hate to disagree, but I actually LIKED her stuff around the 50th anniversary with Starvos (and rewind the cliffhanger of his appearance at the tail end of that one episode a few times). Because like you said, how can you NOT react to seeing the undead rapist husband you used to have? Didn't bug me at all. Now as for her Rick Webber exit...well...good or bad, Genie can be fascinating to watch. BUT I admit that I liked a lot of what she did on Y&R, hammy or not. If anything let her down, it was the writing and the timing (MAB trying to push out the older female vets).

How I feel about Russians outside of my ex. lol. Makes me feel naughty AF. Yes, Daddy. MMMMMMMm Yes, him and Darin Brooks have been for the last few years. And it shows on both. I remember SOD did a group interview with them over that and I was just shocked at how toned, firm, and hot they both looked. Jealous of their workout routine.
  10. And sadly we already know how things ended with her mother.
  11. Not for the both of us. I... But yes, that's how I've been feeling. Outside of the Jen arrest fallout, what else is there? Utah Lydia might have funny antics, but that will only get you so far. Now if she was back to how she was as Fabulous Ice perhaps, but now that's bad comedic. And I'm still not sure how I feel about what little casting news during filming Season 3 I've seen. Nice they went for diversity, but I would hate to see a repeat of gang-up again because someone's backwards thinking is showing. Yes, I'm here for Little Girl to get a doze of her own medicine. I hope it goes down hard. Meanwhile...reunion details...again funny given how much Mary gets mentioned and Part 2 totally sounds like filler.
  12. And just walked in...so speak of the devil. I LOVE the set design. ETA: Oooooo, that was GOOD. Leave it to Jen Shah to give us a show. And uh oh, Coach Shah in the hot seat. I might not be Team Shah in RL, but Team Shah for her getting those girls together and see!!! You were right, Cat!!! Lint already setting up for Season 3 as Betrayed Friend. And Utah Lydia getting her just dessert is delicious with everyone actually ganging up on her. And...Meredith vs the Racist. I'm down.
  13. SLC What they thought was going to be a gang-up on Mary turned into Mary gathering heffas. And not only was I here for that...but the cherry on top was Little Girl thinking she was going to gather Mary for being rude for a Woman of God to have the script flipped on her when Mary said she was one to judge when she hangs upside down from a stripper pole. Little Girl had a reply...small that it was. But...Cue Little Girl's confessional!!! Oooo you mad? Meanwhile I... Overall, this next part of the trip was good. If there was one thing that I disliked it was the fact that Bad Weather took a nice 'everyone was getting along leading to interesting combo ex. Jen/Little Girl, Utah Lydia/Lint, Meredith/Jeannine without Lydia and made it into an unnecessary mess and gang-up. Say what you want about Mary...but you will always know where you stand with her...whether she is nice to you in the moment or not. And definitely not fake. I really can't say the same for this group. And while I've enjoyed this, I am really considering if I will drop after the reunion. I laughed outloud a few times. But that was due to Mary reading and gathering and Jen being surprisingly entertained and/or messy a few times as well...pot stirring in a way that Bad Weather wish they could do tbh. JEN. Awwww she had a Cinco de Mayo party. Outside of that, I liked that she was subtly pot stirring. One minute she would walk away and say nothing. The next minute she would be reminding everyone Jeannie said this. Or she would be reminding everyone Mary had her back which made Budget Coven heated. And then she would get Mary to speak up knowing it would be a mess. So...good job. lol. Again she would mention the court case coming, but still would manage to deflect. UTAH LYDIA. Yeah, I don't know if that hot mic moment was staged, but that doesn't sound like a friend of 10 years. If that is one, I guess they aren't really friends. And I lived for Mary not dealing with her mess. LINT. Looking for a moment with Mary and not getting one is almost as regular as her cousin Little Girl. LITTLE GIRL. Oops. Looks like someone has fallen into the habit of saying shady stuff in Confessional that they don't have the balls to say to the person in question. I enjoyed every moment of Mary reading her. And then she was still starting mess with Meredith over her father. JEANNIE. I don't see what was so hard to understand that Mary did not want to talk about her life to someone she is still getting to know. Some people are like that. Now, of course, that might also have to do with the fact Mary does not trust her. As we know now, for GOOD reason. I enjoyed Mary and Jen dragging her. MARY. I agree. She can do what she want. And I stayed enjoying her friendship with Meredith. And how did they think she would react to them trying a gang up AGAIN??? Are we in BH with the same attempt? MEREDITH. Yeah, I would be triggered too if someone kept bringing up my dead father. The fact that is just common sense and Little Girl does not get it, means Meredith is a better person than me because I would have had to either leave the table or slap the taste out of her mouth. This week, I thought Meredith handled herself well. She was a great meditator between Mary and the girls so they could not just gang up on her. It was only sad that Utah Lydia had to get in her feelings. But alas... But good episode.
  14. Which simply proves that while times have changed, some things remain the same. Again, like you that's why I said above that I do hope that going onto a streaming service will allow more people to hopefully discover it and hopefully save it. It wouldn't be the first show that moved to streaming and found a wider audience so again...hopeful.
  15. While times have definitely changed, it on average takes shows at least two or three seasons to find an audience. And thinking someone will find a show with or without good advertising definitely will take more than two or three episodes. Definitely one. Which was my point. Using this show for example...I saw an ad for it cuz I watch soaps on my system. And completely forgot about it until we started talking about it regularly here. Hey, it happens. I can only imagine how other casual viewers might feel. Especially now with so many streaming channels now.
  16. 2-8 I'll say this much. It was hilarious the looks Finola Hughes was giving as Maxie was revealing all the people who knew about the baby switch and/or baby secret. IKR!!! And aaaawwww at the Ned/Brooklyn scenes. I am now starting to wonder about the consequences of the reveal. The fallout. Where does Brooklyn go from here? She took care of a baby for almost a year and have no baby. Will there be grief over it? Backsliding? Will Austin let up now? Will she have a breakdown? And I really need Peter to die. Who attacks a little girl? Good job on the recast...the girls look similar enough it does not appear abrupt. Awww flashbacks. That was a good Carly/Sonny fight. And it was soooo true. I do wonder how Carly cannot see he is off his meds though. That was my only problem. And of course, what happens when she finds out. What will she do? I live for Mac/Scorpio scenes.
  17. Same. I can't begin to tell you how many men I don't even notice. Then they get that scruff and...WOOF. The trio of Chase, Drew, and Shawn with his goatee come to mind on GH.
  18. Taoboi replied to YRBB's topic in Off Topic Lounge
HAHAHA WOW. ESPECIALLY that first picture. I would love to have a body like that.
  19. Sad, but true. I can only hope that perhaps this is the show that being on streaming will reach more people and thus get more people to watch and that saves it.
  20. *side-eye* Now with that out of the way, that is actually my worry about this. On one hand, it's great to have Monique back and I would like to see how this goes. However, I do worry (and I already see it in comments under the various threads) that haters will be watching waiting to nitpick and prove that she was what her ex-co-workers claim she was.
  21. 2-12/13 That was a well done fight. I had to watch it twice. But yeah Deacon beat that A. Though it took me until the next episode to see he was letting Ridge beat him up to play victim to Brooke. I had thought it was the fact it was Brooke's voice that he was distracted. Steffy was being a uber bitca. But I liked Hope called her out. I guess this is what you all were talking about when it gets to be just one story, but I admit that I'm enjoying the fallout and it's been pleasantly paced thus far. Agree.
  22. 2-4 Oh, I loved how that came together. I thought things were building, but it felt uneven...which I guess I could blame on the start of (for now) C stories in Willow's parentage, Alexis's new direction, Peter's comeuppance du jour. But somewhere on the way to Peter's being locked up, everything came together. I cannot believe it's just the start of the month and stories are either taking their next turns or climaxing. And what stood out was...we got money couples again!!! Oh, yes, Spencer/Trina, Chase/Brooklyn. I was eating up all their scenes watching. From the moment Spencer walked into the gallery to see Trina, NC had a specific tender inflection in his voice and I was right there along with Trina as Spencer was laying his heart out. And of course they were going to kiss so someone interrupted. Loved Ava messed with Esme btw. And then you have Chase and Brooklyn with so much tension between them that I really was yelling KISS ALREADY!!! Definitely like they talked about what Chase said to Dante that started their latest rift. And right when they would kiss...Peter has escaped...and with Louise in toll. AS did such a great job with her mama grief as the Friday cliffhanger. Another icing on the cake for me was the drama with Carly/Sonny/Nina. Not because I didn't already know what was coming. But how it came about. In a way, it's Kristina's fault it went down at all. If she had just left it along rather than taking a page from B&B Steffy and got in her father's business (Off topic...I like that Kristina's appearance have increased as of late as she is getting into the middle of her dad's drama and stuff with Alexis). Dr. O playing matchmaker did not help either. And nice foreshadowing by Britt with Drew on that. That said...no to Carly/Drew. I am just not feeling them together at all. But I have liked him with Sam, Britt, Liz...the list goes on. They are really holding on and building the suspence on where Valentin is. I liked that. As well as the beat that people are slowly finding out about Louise/Bailey and the switch. Like Austin finding putting the pieces together and him and Maxie having to talk about their relationship. Ugh at Peter escaping. Though the scenes were good. Poor Mac. Speaking of, vets, vets, vets everywhere. Laura vs Victor (while being dismissive of Esme) will never get old. That said...is Tracy gone? Cuz it just felt abrupt.
  23. Ooooo now THAT is a juicy spoiler if true.
  24. I really want to see the latter.
