Hmmm but is that because the idea of two women (one played by someone who once played a legacy character) has grown to be acceptable versus two men which still is not across daytime? Don't get me started on Cyrus. I LOVE the actor, but the character. He had his showdown which was great and roped in so many characters people cared about. I didn't want him back. It seems like from where I am viewing they are slowly revealing what Victor's doing. I just don't understand what he would want with that necklace in Britt and probably about to be Cody's possession even with its connection to the Ice Princess. I agree. Some times it's all of that. Like look at Victor who doesn't seem to be long for this world given that all of the storylines that started when he appeared...that consequently got dropped along the way...have all been picked back up right before November Sweeps started. I am surprised they ARE getting momentum because they had it when Victor started and it got sooooo derailed. I had totally forgotten about Peter's box and Victor wanting to get it. I HAD NOT forgotten about Holly hehe. And sometimes the writers even seem to forget it should be him vs Victor and the thread of Luke's 'death.' I expect him to be gone by the end of the year at this rate. Probably before X-mas for a miracle. Moreso because Cyrus has been appearing again and Heaven forbid Laura gets TWO adversaries to deal with.

They did. I was just dipping my toe into it due to my writing group all have various degrees of success after saying no for decades and I do like to be practical from time to time. So I must admit...I can see why people do like it for its good and its bad. And It has come in handy on more than one occasion by showing facts that we otherwise would never know. I am curious to see where everyone (like Black Twitter for example) will wind up again. I agree with the surge. But...if some of us can migrate from SOC to here...anything is possible.

THIS. My brother and I were so looking forward to the reboot. So annoyed it (and a lot of shows I watched) are dead now due to all this merging.

Saw it. Loved it. Cried once, but had watered eyes throughout. I thought everyone did an excellent job and I felt it flowed soooooo well. I was worried about myself because I've been tired the last two days and any slow motion might have had me doze off, but DIDN'T HAPPEN. And there was so much to see. The cgi was great...as was the action scenes. I had so many standout moments. And there were some nice callbacks to the first movie. And Angela Bassett was EVERYTHING. Even now, given how the movie ended, it will be very interesting on a rewatch to pick up on some of the nuances. I know there are some old fans who might have an issue with the backstory rewrite on Namor. But as an old fan myself who has always mentioned that as long as a production catches the essence of what makes a character/story, I usually am not picky. And what they did with him was spectacular (and he could get it...I see what a certain blonde in the comics see in him ). I liked the rewrite origin, the message they tried to get across with him and his people, and it is VERY relevant to our world today. I...WANT...THAT...SOUNDTRACK. Even better than the first film...and the first film's music was nothing to scoff at. I haven't seen ANY of the tv shows so I know some of the plot threads were over my head, but that was very light and still felt important to the movie it was in. My only critique on the first viewing really was the setting of the climax. Cuz...really? lol. It still came together though.

11-11 I was going to say that those Ridge/Bridge divorce scenes were great, but I see they have done this before. LITERALLY. But like I said earlier...if says something about how great their acting ability truly is that they could take that repetitive script and make it seem so fresh. Le sigh. Thomas was so turning a corner and now he's back to THIS?? I didn't think he was too harsh with Douglas, but it's just a matter of time before someone finds out what he did. Nice to see Donna rowed into it. Could she find out? It's been nice seeing Katie. But I'll take Heather Tom any way I can.

11-11 Is this the room that everyone is talking about? Because I too just think it's another room in the Chancellor mansion. But outside of the fireplace, it looks like they recommission the room they used for the Kay/Jill cakefight and that was right across from the living room where Billy and Chloe got married if I'm remembering correctly. Speaking of...JILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And outside of that computer screen!!!! She is already eating people up and I'm living for her. Looking forward to her scenes with Billy and wondering if she will cross paths with Tucker given the history. Wow. Noah/Allie have been missing for a minute. lol. And here comes Audra. Uh oh. Stark is getting out of jail EARLY. Really? ETA: I loved the Amanda/Phyllis scenes. I feel like when I've watched since MS been back that when they have scenes together, it's been Amanda as a talk-to rather than we hear how Amanda FEELS. So it was nice to have that little moment of it being all about HER. Though I liked MS's reactions shots. And if Amanda is leaving, I wonder if Phyllis will cause some trouble down the line for Chance or Abby or even Devon.

I hope none of those are true. Though that was always the worry with having Susan back to be fair. There's always somewhere for her to on in terms of connections and I liked that while it has been a bit stagnant, it does appear that Diane's storyline will be heating up again. I might not be Grossman's biggest fan, but he has been a good recast. And I'm invested in this Adam/Sally/Nick triangle shockingly. As for Conner...I didn't think anyone would make me like Chance outside of term MO's hubby hehe...but he's grown on me since the Ashland death story. Because that was true to Chance's character and it gave CF something to sink his teeth into.

Anyhow.. He needs to be lock up already. But...in time...hopefully.
