  1. RHOA Well, I would have posted earlier, but the internet ate that long post. lol. Oh, well...I will briefly shoutout to Drunk Kenya last week...who I did her right for San Diego Pride this past Saturday...;) Miss ya, baby. I even fell over. lol. I continue to be like the rest of you and wonder why this season is getting so much hate when it's been easy, breezy fun so far. It's like a better version of S11 if we are going to call seasons boring IMHO...and I liked Season 11. But again, that season needed a pop...which it got in Kenya's cameo in the finale. Whether a cameo will be needed here reminds to be seen. Yes, I could see Porsha with these girls, but is she needed yet? Nope. So this week was the start of the second cast trip. We know we are going to get Marlo vs Kenya. Drew vs Sheree and DogTreat...I mean Fatum. But there has been fun so far...because the trip to get there was hilarious (and I hollered and rewinded the scene where that driver told Kandi (KANDI!!!), Drew, and Monyetta that they can't eat in the car...their looks were priceless...meanwhile, there's Marlo and Sheree eating in their car). There was fun in the picking of the rooms. And then there was fun when Kenya made her unexpected (or expected) entrance (with flashbacks to S5 with the fake butt and 'KENYA MOORE HAIR CARE' in S10). Everyone was happy to see her...and see if they could get Drunk Kenya to pop out. Except for Marlo. Marlo... I've never seen somebody crash and burn so hard. The girls worked hard for her to get that peach and she is doing ALL THIS??? Too...MUCH. And yes, it is coming across as being jealous of Kenya. Sorry. I found Kenya explained herself well (though she was a hypocrite by interrupting Marlo when she did not want her to do the same). At this point, Marlo is causing mess to just cause mess. I liked that everyone see the possibilities that Marlo vs Kenya is messing with the energy. I also liked they are already foreshadowing the Jamacia trip. KENYA. Can we take a moment to enjoy the playdate between Brooklyn and Blaze? It was so much awwwww. And it was nice seeing Kandi and Kenya bonding over their daughters. I did not even realize they were close enough in age to be able to. How adorable. And I LOVED Kenya talking about her business with Kandi. If anyone knows business, it's KANDI. And the fact she knew what Kenya was talking about means 1) DUH Kandi knows her stuff and 2) Kenya clearly has a legit business. And the scene at the meeting was nice as well. We really are seeing ALL of her life rather than just 'Evil Kenya' this year. I like the well rounded-ness. KANDI. I CANNOT BELIEVE MARLO DID KANDI DIRTY LIKE THAT!!!! You don't talk about Kandi's man, her mama, or get in the way of her food. To get food sent all the way from the OLG for Kandi to not eat it IN THE CAR??? NO, NO, NO. Kandi made that driver wait. lol. That said...while Marlo was being shady with the candle game at Kandi, calling her the new bone carrier...well...Kandi did carry to Marlo that Kenya was not coming. And then...she was the first to figure out that Kenya was probably coming after all, but did not tell anyone. Messy. SHEREE. Well, at least she got her toe story right each time she told it. I still think she's with the wrong team (along with incoming Sanya), but I enjoyed her throughout. And SHE liked Kenya being there. DREW. Uh...dare I say it? Drew is FINALLY growing on me. HER reaction to not eating food in the car was even more hilarious than Kandi!!! And her and Kandi were a fun duo throughout, too. And Kandi wasn't wrong. As soon as Sanya showed up, it killed her vibe. She's giving fun little sister vibe now versus hot delusional mess vibe, and it's working for me. She's finding her footing which I want to say a few of us have called her doing like Porsha did after her first two seasons. They still pick on her, but it's not as bad as it was. SANYA. Too early to call. Though I want to say trash. But then we see things like her working on that ad with iFit and she is still showing something other than baby drama. So again...too early to call. I liked Drew got her number. But I don't like that she has moved from Kenya and Kandi to Marlo and Sheree. And then she is going to stir the pot next week against Kenya who has been nice to her...yeah...messy. MARLO. While I liked that she tried to explain herself with the nephews, I'm sorry, but that was wrong. And then to put them on her sister? People have been speaking nothing, but truth to her. What happens when the kids act like kids again? You don't get to get a time out when you are a parent/authority figure. As much as one might want it. And with her background? She knew she was wrong. Perhaps we will learn more when her mother shows up. Until then, continuing to attack Kandi and Kenya is doing her no favors. Actual trash. But...good start to the trip.

    Hehe...

He kinda favors Chandler in that one.
  4. OMG, last night's episode has been on my mind all day. So far, this new season has been great with the...echoes...it has been doing to Season 1. So many echoes... I loved in Season 1 the self-discovery that Delores went on...and there's a lot of that with the mystery of Christina. And without spoiling anything, there's been some twists and turns to that. This season so far has been centered on Maeve and Caleb and that was so apparent last night. But between the leads (Dolores, Maeve, Bernard) in the past, Maeve was always the most fascinating of them and she's been kicking a#$ and taking names up to now. And while everyone appears connected to the main plot twist last night...Maeve and Caleb most definitely were. And it so connected to things from the past seasons as well. Oh, I agree. re: Season 3. I might do a rewatch on it someday like I did with Season 2 (which is much better on a rewatch I found) because right now...I can see why people here felt a way about it. And I agree it nosedived with Episode 5 for me as well. Still had good moments, but that was just...meh. Oh, I have not watched any extras so did not know her husband was not around. Yeeah I can see that. I felt there was heady stuff there, but it really did not make sense at the same time. I definitely feel like it's back on form now. They just need to stick the landing. They set up some interesting possibilities going forward by converging enough of the plot that the audience can see the part of the picture, but there are still enough puzzle pieces (like the mystery of Christina, some returns, Benard's time in the Sublime, the timelines starting to line up) out there, that one wants to see where they are going with it...and what message will it say...if one...
  5. 7-13 And to think I was sitting here for picking on Finn for reacting. So far, I feel he is playing it well. He knows he wants to get to Steffy, but he can't. So he is sitting back and observing. Speaking of observing, yay for Brooke hearing Mike's last name and it's jogging a memory. But...how soon...? And while Ridge at first bugged the heck out of me for badgering Baker, it did hit me that he does have a point. And I thought TK did a good job showing a father's frustration at the police going too slow. Yeah, I see a spark between Deacon and Taylor. Just mmmm. And don't tell me that Eric and Donna get back together and everyone is happy with no issues. Not that I mind seeing Liam in his swim trunks.
  6. Yes. I'm at 7-11 and they are already circling each other and she already has his back against Michael.
  7. 7-7 Clearly someone in the writer's room has gotten a crush on Crush. They (and Production) has Chase as shirtless and/or in as little as possible in this block of episodes I've watching. And I am not at all complaining, but it's noticable as heck. Not to mention all the right camera angles too. Cuz that back when the girl offered him a towel was EVERYTHING. Outside of that, I continue to roll my eyes at the REST of his family and the clear shoving of them on viewers. And FINALLY!!!! Sasha has been exposed!!! Publicly. It was sad to see, but I felt it was overdue to be dropped on everyone else. And...GET HER, MS. WU!!!! You know I was here for her gathering Morgan Fairchild. Now her with Lucy though. I love the internal conflict of Valentin playing both sides of the fence knowing it could endanger his blooming relationship with Anna. Just because I've seen it but I have not had time to do this: HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA at the idea of Carly losing everything. And sorry, but Cody is a no for me. I like Josh Kelly, but I find Cutter on OLTL had more layers than he does and I am sure they are the same character. And I still feel like his character is going to turn out to be another Holt.
  8. Episode 4 Now about that plot twist...LOL!!! Yep. I knew we were back to dueling timelines. And with that in mind...it still fell into place with all the plots converging. I guess the only piece of the puzzle that needs clarity is Christina. As of right now, it seems like it's happening at the right pace. But I am starting to wonder if Delores is the only one who knows where the Valley Beyond is, that maybe that is where Christina is. Or dare I say it, with the plot twist if the Valley Beyond was found, giving us what is going on with Christina. As of right now, Season 4 is giving Season 1 vibes for sure and worth a checkout for those who dropped it in Season 3.

    Muy muy guapo.
  10. RHOD Well...not surprising. What IS surprising is that people have assumed this is about Carlos King due to one of his podcast where he mentioned that he would love to come in and redo RHOD...AND the fact that Claudia Jordan is being reeeeeallly coy under the comments. Meanwhile...D'Andra IS in talks at Bravo in NY. Thank you for this. I have only heard good things about Alex. Can't say the same for Chris. And I know Ex Soap Opera Star is sad the producer is leaving as well. Given the editing they appear to be getting...and the backlash...one can hope the Coven is ending. You're welcome. Yes, it does lack sincerity. More about her having to do it rather than Garcelle's feelings. And on another platform? She knows she messed up so she clearly has to do it as publicly as possible. So I don't know why she said she apologized privately if she's announcing this publicly. And no one will believe her until Garcelle verifies it. Sloppy. Yeah, Alex was OC.
  11. Well that is intriguing either way.
  12. I got you.
  13. BH Hold up! All the producers that have been covering for Kyle have left/are leaving. Interesting...
  14. Well speaking of Yolanda Lite's famous friends... I found it funny that as soon as Diana had drama online...that given the rumors about her...PEOPLE did this story the very next week. Sounds like Sutton (whom shade with that 80s song I heard about since I'm behind) still has ALL the tea...same with Crystal and Brandi/Denise last year. And like a Southern Belle is not kissing and telling.
  15. Yep. Pretty much. And no matter how good Porsha and Gizelle are, we all know her need to produce...and hatred of Monique...will probably result in just what we want to see...Porsha vs Candiace. Twitter will be beside themselves...and I will be sitting there with popcorn.
  16. The magic is back. Watched the first 3 episodes of Season 4. I don't know how to describe it without saying...Through the Looking Glass. There are quite a few callbacks to Season 1 for sure. And at the same time...some things are mirroring it. And that no more clearer than in the curious tale of 'Christina...' Season 1 was about Dolores's journey to self awareness. So far, that is the case with this 'Christina.' Since she's not Dolores because Dolores is gone...then who is she? Where is she? And given who shows up in the coda of the first episode, the mystery of her is on and it is already twisty but intriguing. Maeve got a few echoes as well so far. And she's connected to the main plot of the season. Her and Caleb. And the twist in Episode 2 as they go to find who is after them and why was awe strucking (with sprinkles of humor as only Maeve can do). But speaking of that...there's a LOT of humor which I did not feel was around last season. I would almost say Bernard's storyline is the weakest so far. But even that is intriguing (with a cameo of a past character at that...looks like the writers got the memo that fans were missing a lot of the past characters) in what he does and/or doesn't know. And I would be lying if I didn't suspect that different timelines were again in play this season...which was missing from last season versus Season 1 and 2. However, the storyline still feel pretty straight-forward like Season 3 was. But there's intrigue, mystery, body horror, and enough of the old headiness of the first few seasons to make me want to see what happens next. And again...I do like all the past characters coming back. Can't wait to see how it goes and do hope it does stick the landing which I felt Season 3 did not.
  17. Especially since Porsha was Team Monique.
  18. RHOA How interesting. I was watching Drunk Kenya again and at the end of the episode, they showed a whole NEW trailer for what's to come. Very Interesting.
  19. While you know I love you for your love of Kari on M2m...I have to kindly disagree. I would say they have been meh since Harmony's rampage at the start of May. And I don't know why. And I mostly definitely don't like that RIGHT NOW they are shoving Finn's family down my throat in a story (or two) that is not their story. I don't know where the rotation go because they used to have it. But now? Not so muh.
  20. Well for the mid-semester I would say... Y&R B- Though it appears to be heading for a C again, this is the most I've watched in a minute. B&B B Same for them. Re: most I've watched in a while. And May was a solid A because so much has been going on with A/B/C plots where I did not feel completely lost. GH C. Had a rhythm and just lost it. WTF happened? DAYS. Too behind to comment though seeing a Lumi wedding that doesn't happen might tempt me to go ahead and tune in to see the slap I just suspect Sami is about to throw.
  21. Same. And you know Ashland is serious cuz he shaved. But seriously...it's just so bizarre to me. Moreso because I know I said in the thread a few months back around when Diane's return was starting that Victoria should tell any of them NOTHING. And that Old Victoria WOULD have done it and needed no man to do it. So to see that Victoria did EXACTLY THAT...I admit that was good and written to who her character used to be. Even her running off with Ashland to start her own company is written to how she is. So I didn't mind that possibility for story either. So to see her outsmart everyone right down to her arriving early and outsmarting Victor, too, just on arrival time, only for a wash, rinse, repeat storyline is just mind numbing. I sure any of us could think of new ways to take this story from the moment Victoria landed and revealed she got the money other than Adam feeling slighted, Nikki stuck in the middle again, and even Nick wanting to rejoin Newman...a move that will only destroy the truce he finally managed to get with Adam. At this point the plot twist of an Ashland kid would be nice. Or perhaps with Ashland now single...he might be moved into Diane's orbit and they could be a scheme team. Though with my luck...he will probably hook up with Giggly Heffa.
