Listen, I have no qualms about Violet being killed off. I just don't understand why Chase, Alexis, Liz, etc are being so gentle with him. I would tell Finn to do whatever he wanted, but if you are driving around drunk I am calling the cops and calling CPS. Don't just let him take Violet to the pool lol. I know addiction is very difficult especially if it's your loved one, but I have little tolerance for Finn being a bigger, more selfish, destructive a-hole than usual. It would possibly be the greatest character moment of Luke's entire run if he succeeded. 😂

Moving on from NAC... I watched most of yesterday's show and Kristina/Alexis explained the surrogacy law more clearly and accurately. I guess some intern did the same google search I did lol. Kristina's whole argument is still ridiculous. What if they break up? Would I have to share with TJ? First off, Molly/TJ had one fight and have been together for a decade, second, you are a 30 year woman that apparently doesn't understand biology. I really hate this story. I don't understand Finn at all. If I was on a bender the last thing I would want around is Violet lol. I'd give her to the first person I saw. There's a lot of handwringing going on when Finn is actively driving Violet while drunk so the cops should be called before he kills someone instead of trying to softly reason with him.

Thanks for the correction! I thought she was 64 or 65. NLG looks great. Funny, I thought it was weird the way the show cut Nessum Dorma during Gio's performance too. Although I am not sure how many people are that familiar with Tosca or Nessum Dorma. They just know they've heard it.

Kelly is 48. She is middle aged and beautiful lol. Nancy is 15 or 16 years older than her so I took it as she views Kelly as a friend/peer more than a daughter. It's not that deep.

I don't pretend to know NLG's mind, but I think the fact that Sam became Alexis's daughter when Sam was adult she doesn't feel a strong motherly connection to her the way she does with kids she gave birth to on screen? I don't think she's dissing KeMo at all. It seemed like she was equating Molly/Kristina to her own daughter growing up.

I agree. He does it because he can and he didn't have the standing at Days and to a lesser extent Y&R to create a fuss. Idk, I would have to hear the podcast/interview to really get the full scope of what he said and I am 100% not going to look it up lol.

I thought she and Jason were good together as well, but that's about as useful as I ever found Brit. I really don't know why he's so pressed about Jason either. SBu seemed fine with everything he did as Harris on Days and had no complaints and A LOT of it was stupid. Although I have heard a few minutes of his idiotic podcast and a good portion of the stuff he says is in a more jokey or sarcastic manner, so without hearing it I have little context on how he said it. Anyway, it's not like SBu's return has done anything for the ratings and the show managed to survive a few times without him. He's not as irreplaceable as he thinks.

Yes, the comment was pretty thinly veiled IIRC and I knew immediately he was talking about NAC. Honestly I'd be annoyed if MB came at me unsolicited and told me what to do even if my only was experience was a high school production of Grease lol. How many single rooms does the Pub have? I genuinely thought it was 2, but now it seems Harris, Ava, Lucas, and Eric have one. Is Paulina's building the same as Marlena/Kayla's? I didn't really pay attention to the exterior shots today. Her apartment looks a lot different than Marlena's and Kayla's.

Brady and Eric should pool their funds and move into their own house together. Or Eric can get his old apartment back since Tripp/Wendy moved out. I can't imagine a grown man near 50 wants to live with his parents, but people in Salem all seem to love to live with their parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, etc.

I was never a huge fan of KT or Britt. I would hope she has matured and she seemed to be in good standing with GH considering they kept hiring back a mostly useless character IMO. Against everyone else's opinion I think BC is better than KT at acting at least. Thanks for correcting me. In my mind I thought MB either hated BC or loved him, but I couldn't remember which one lol. I remember MB alluding to issues with NC on his you tube videos. I think MS, KMc, and Vanessa do give Homa a lot of credit, but also give Mo a ton. They all seem to be friendly in real life so perhaps MB taking credit for their skill/improvement doesn't bother them, but if Mo said some of the things he said to Vanessa to me I would have punched him in the face. She seems to laugh it off though.

She may have. I haven't been consistently watching. Only gestestional surrogacy is legal in NY, so genetic surrogacy can be a whole different thing I guess. I just don't know how TJ being the bio dad wouldn't get some sort of visitation/custody/etc so Kristina couldn't just say it's mine now lol!!! Haha! I just googled it too. Apparently what TJ/Kristina/Molly are doing isn't legally recognized under those laws and couldn't be enforced because Kristina is the bio mom. Technically what Molly said about Kristina having rights until the adoption is signed is true, but that's only if the adoptive parents aren't genetically related to the baby, which TJ is

Isn't the baby biologically half TJ's? Kristina can't just keep the baby even if she wanted to. He has rights and I assume there is also a legal agreement between Molly/TJ/Kristina so the whole thing is just stupid. It seems like a lot of panic about something that would be very difficult for Kristina to just get away with lol. Obviously, it will probably happen and TJ/Molly will break up their DP and just give the baby to Kristina, but it's completely unrealistic.

But he was entirely much less successful than both lol. I am slightly surprised another soap hasn't scooped him up though. I assume his reputation must be that BAD. Agreed it's recastable. I thought BC was pretty good though. Especially with the bipolar stuff and he wasn't a standardly attractive young soap hunk.

Yeah, that too. Lol. He was just one of those actors you could feel the disdain from. He hated being on a soap and it was clear. Now he'd love that income lol. I think he's a talented guy and perhaps he's grown up, but I would never re-hire him if I were GH.

There are probably a few people who could go into better detail than I can, but there were a lot of rumors that BC was difficult to work with and very full of himself. BC wanted to leave the first chance he got for bigger and better things and was just high on his own hype about his acting abilities, awards, accolades he was getting from soap press, etc. His social media tends to reflect that. A few years ago he made a post tagging all four soaps saying something like he was ready to come back to daytime, who will get me first? The answer was clearly no one cared lol. He was also engaged to KT (Britt) for a bit, but they broke up a few months before the wedding. I don't know if that was a problematic issue or not though.

I could see Ron doing that, but at the same time I think Ron thinks Leo's pervy jokes are funny to all. People at least seem to like Chanel's bakery and even though she gives free baked goods to everyone that walks by she does appear to have customers. Johnny has 0 job experience and not a ton of ambition. He could be fired after a day lol. I wouldn't uproot my life for Johnny's career.

How long is Johnny's movie? He's a very rich man. Can't they just commute for 6 months? Get an apartment in LA and visit one another on weekends? It seems pretty easy to me. That way Chanel won't have to give up her bakery. The Possession was played very seriously. JER played other things with wacky hi-jinks (ie the Vivian/Ivan and Susan stuff), but the OG possession was always a very serious story with life and death consequences and a love story woven into it. I would agree Days was wacky long before Ron though. Anything post 1993 had some elements of disbelief and honestly going back to 1983 there was Andre killing people with a Roman mask lol.

I do think there is a place for Morgan on the show and he should absolutely be Avery's bio dad, but I am fine with a recast.

For me personally-Higley. She clearly hated Marlena, John and them as a couple and wrote the worst stuff for them. Ron seems to like to write for all the vets. And I am with @AbcNbc247. Ron does have good ideas sometimes. I can't think of a Higley story I liked.

He seems to have a decent fanbase. I always thought BC did a good job as Morgan. Not amazing or unrecastable, but he did have more spark than Duell. Anyway, his online antics and interviews have left me with a bad impression. BC just seems very unlikeable.

No worries. Marlena will cure him in two sessions. He will be a changed man lol. Not sexually antagonizing the entire town with his innuendos even if they are very clear they aren't interested.
