My take on SLC 1. Heather - annoying, low level secretary of the current mean girl, whoever she is. She tries to seem real or like some kind of a rebel, but she is as basic as they come. 2. Meredith - HBIC - vindictive and kinda evil, but how can you not love her. Gives me Joan Crawford vibes. 3. Lisa - narcissistic, histrionic and borderline mess... this woman is so toxic, the show would not be the same without her. I can't imagine this being in your house. 4. Monica - fake, kissy-assy to the HBIC, selling her childhood trauma and mother for pennies. Even if your mother is as disgusting as hers is... the way Monica talks to her is even more disgusting. These two women are the same, but one is younger. Crazy and bipolar. Amazing cast though - she is messy and will stir the pot for years to come. 5.Angie - I just think this woman is sad. She is actually the only one I think is completely removable from the show. With or without her, nothing will be much different. I don't like how they artificially inseminated her into the show, doesn't fit. But her husband is so cute, it's hard to believe he is not gay. 6.Mary fu-king Cosby - the REAL HBIC - Queen Mother of the Universe - the type of person who will kill you and eat you on a desert island. Joking aside, I LOVE HER. Are there more... I forgot... OH. 7. Whitney - wanna be Regina George, but actually cheap [!@#$%^&*]-stirrer, fake as f'ck. But I love her drunk. When she is drunk she becomes Little Girl and is on fire.

P.S Mary Cosby is the gift that keeps on giving. That woman makes me laugh so much, I LOVE HER. I know she is controversial. BUT... I just can't lie. I love her.

I never heard of Melba Moore... but I like that name... it sounds like a 30s villain.

She really did and she added so much characterization that I know wasn't written for her, since B-B isn't capable of it. That's why I hinted that she seemed like from another show. It felt strange to have her act out this bizarre crap Bradley was writing. But she made every bad script work and made Taylor SO likeable. I believe if she continued on, she would have gotten Emmy in a year or two. Maybe they knew that.

Guys I've been trying to get into this show and I just can't... Is season 1 just bad or... is this the quality overall. It's just boring to me. BUT what I see from clips... the later seasons look amazing. Are they?

Sadly it's true. Something happened to Hunter through the years and her acting really was becoming laughable. The hysterical hand gestures and head moving. I don't want to plastic surgery shame, since I love her and I LOVE THE OG Taylor 1990-2002... but... I think after she came back from the dead in 2005... the dead came back with her, if you know what I mean. That face struggled to convey emotion. Krista really REVIVED Taylor back to living.

Call me crazy, but even with the new chin...

There are people in life that feed off of other people. People who are trolls, who don't have any real opinion, but they say the opposite of what you said, just to SPITE you. People that will tell you that the sky is red. I can only imagine what their childhood was... to be so angry and so willing to argue and troll. Sad.

BOLD Hunter Tylo's Taylor was more glamorous and more dramatic. The character was rarely funny and had seriousness and dept about her. On the positive - she was striking as can be, on the negative she seemed little judgmental. Krista Allen's Taylor was more realistic, sharp and funnier Taylor. The character didn't seem as dark or troubled then the previous casting, had an ease and lightness about her. On the negative - at time she felt like she was part of another show.

I think 2024 will be another snooze year... I just see it coming by now. The only thing that can save this year is Liam and Brooke. We haven't heard "I made a mistake" in years.

Margot taking over Forrester will be amazing. She was so plotty and vindictive back in the day.
