Up to July 8th, 1992. ⭐ "The killer is finally... revealed." 🔷 It finally happened, people! The Carlo Hesser murder storyline is OVER. Should I open the champagne? ❤️ So what is going on right now? 🔷 Yes, it is over! The killer was revealed to be... little miss innocent Stephanie Hobart. Couple of weeks ago... I told my husband this version (Stephanie as the killer), because I was quite sure "Scarecrow" was someone related to Carlo - why would he tell him "You broke my heart." before killing him? But then they managed to manipulate me into thinking it was Julia. My bad is that I fell for it. What do I think about it - well, it checks out. Most importantly - Stephanie had the motive to do it - revenge for her uncle killing her darling father. And now... let us all forget that Stephanie even existed! Truly one of the most unbearable presences in this show. Good riddance. 🔷 Moving on. A new storyline is beginning. Alex Olanov called Tina and Cain to her fancy apartment and presented them with a business proposition - together they should combine forces and steal the infamous "Cleaopatra" jewels which are going to be touring in the local museum. Hmm. I don't know how I feel about these former adversaries becoming co-conspirators... but there is logic to it. And of course Cain and Tina have nothing left to do. They are the rejects of this show... with the writers scrambling to find a purpose for them. So yeah, why not make them part of the Llanview mafia for a week. 🔷 Max Holden now thinks he has a child with Leanne. But not so fast. Maybe Leanne is forgetting basic biology. When you let 2 men penetrate you on daily basis... you can't just tell who the daddy is based on the frequency. You could have sex 1 time and get pregnant. (The storyline of pretty much 99.9 percent of all soap operas). So... not so fast. I'm not that sure that Kevin is NOT the father. Asa thinks that too. A paternity test drama is in the future. One of the side effects of Leanne's pathological lying is how this turned Luna's life upside down - this poor woman can't get a break in love. Just as Max was opening up to her... her best friend ruined it. Leanne is un-rootable. 🔷 Talking about un-rootable. Marty Saybrooke. 🤢 This vile evil piece of sh-t will NEVER BE ROOTABLE. NEVER. Her lie about Andrew is now growing into something sinister and big. Something that will affect the entire town. Billie's conservative (or more like oppressive) parents went to Andrew's superior in the church. Billie was there and he heard his parents repeat what Marty said. But... confused and scared... about anyone finding out his sexuality... he could not deny or confirm anything. He just... completely froze. He didn't say anything against Andrew, but he didn't 100 percent deny it. God know what was going through his mind in that moment. I'm not blaming him. But all of this will now ricochet into Andrew. This storyline is really pushing the boundaries. Even for 2025 it's fresh and daring. And something way way different to what soaps tell all the time. 🔷 Last but not least... Victoria and Sloan bonded even more. Victoria brings this warmth and sense of forgiveness in Sloan's life... without that he is a very cold and stern man. Erika Slezak is a master in making you feel the character's emotions and inner tides without even uttering a word. I'm just watching her eyes and I know everything. Don't hate me... but I kind of want the affair to happen. Overall - 10 out of 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clip of the day! Victoria and Sloan get closer. hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.mp4

Oh, this brings me joy. ❤️ I've seen Josh Griffith's name in the credits... for months and months now. Maybe as early as November 1991. Great! These reality shows have slowly turned into scripted soap operas through the years, so it's only natural.

I agree. I'm not a fan of the direction they are going into. Smells like another secret that will be followed by nothing. They really need to work on how to follow these "reveals". We can't live on culmination to culmination and flatline in between. Still, I think the show is slowly improving. It's getting entertaining again. They need to cut some dead weight and center the writing... And all will be hunkey dory.
