I like KKL's hair straight, but I also like the waves. I have no issues with her hair... AN and JMW on the other hand... have had some rough moments hair wise the past few months.

I think I can help with pointing to a period where to start watching. The show is available in youtube in multiple playlists that I'm sure someone already sent to you, so I won't do that. You can easily find them also by typing Edge of night and the year you are searching on the youtube search engine. Mid 1979 till the end (1984) are pretty much 90 percent there thanks to some amazing uploaders. I would suggest for a new viewer a starting episode of 6077 - it's the episode that begins the Mansion of the damned storyline. Before that... it's the end of a prior storyline and I found it very confusing and hard to watch, because you are getting the climax of something that was happening long time before you start. You can start watching from 6077 - the episode where Nola gets the offer to do the movie script... and just go from there. Once you watch this episode... you won't be able to stop. Quite frankly if someone had told me to start with this episode... I would have spared myself the struggle of the other 30-40 episodes before that. If you need help with links or playlists... I haven't had 1 free second the past few days, so I'm gonna have to catch up tomorrow. Judging by the amount of people posting here... I'm getting the feeling it's going to be GOOD.

It is an insult. To the viewer's intelligence. Everything in this show in the past 4 years has been horribly conceived, produced like a cheap tik-tok video, without any build up or psychological reasoning, and then re-written to level 0 in couple of weeks (where everything is ABSOLUTELY the same as it was before it happened). People get gravely sick and then recover in 5 episodes, because of miracle cures. People get killed and un-killed in the most cartoonish Scooby-Doo scenarios, people get pardoned after killing 2 innocent victims, people become and unbecome CEOs with the snap of a finger. But when you look around in a month or two or three... it's like absolutely nothing has happened. Nobody has grown... or evolved... or changed. We still have Steffy talking to Ridge how Hope and her mother are not worthy. We still have Brooke crying about something that Ridge said. We still have Hope at the same emotional limbo she's been put in ever since Brad decided she needs a re-vamp and made her a ho. EVERYTHING IS THE SAME. Only the Taylors change every few seasons and become increasingly younger. The problem I have with Liam's storyline is the problem I have with every storyline - why should I care if he is dying or sick with cancer when I haven't seen him in 2 years?!! Why go from 0 to a 100 like that. The same way with Sheila... who was backburned for months... before getting fake-killed for ratings. Why would we care about that... when Sheila was a non-entity before that. Or why should I care for Brooke... when she's been ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of a character for years... to now all of a sudden re-birthed into a lingerie queen and CEO? Back in the day, we... the viewers of this horrible show... cared and loved to see characters struggle from point A to point B. We wanted to see the build up, the makings of something. Not get a finished result that is undone after a week or two. When Brooke became CEO in 1993... we cheered because it mattered and because she gave HER ALL to get to that point. It was a revenge after years and years of abuse, being slapped around like a homeless dog by Stephanie. She plotted and calculated her every move. But she was also raw and hurt. She was both opportunist and a heroine. She had dept and dimensions. THAT WAS A CHARACTER. That was a human being. My diagnosis is that at this point Bradley Bell doesn't care. Bold is living off of past history, fans being loyal, the show being 18 minutes of crap that people watch to laugh at. He sees the ratings are still okay and even improving and he DOES NOT GIVE A S-IT. He is even more motivated to continue with the current style of trash. It will only get worse from this day on. He is way pass the period where he wanted to tell stories or impress the viewers with anything. (Not that he was particularly good about that anyways) I would not even be surprised if he is writing this drivel on complete auto-pilot at this point. Maybe he asks Chat GPT what to write each week. That's how it feels. IF IT'S THE OPPOSITE... and he is trying and that's the BEST HE CAN DO?!!! Then we are really f-cked. Even Bradley Bell was NOT THAT HORRIBLE guys. But times change and people age... and that's all I'm going to say.

Bold is so bad that people love to hate watch it. Bradley Bell trolls the audience, angers them constantly and doesn't care about negative attention. That's one of the reasons people can't stop watching. Hate-watching is very popular these days and there are entire groups in facebook and reddit dedicated to it. Also... the show has very minimal requirements of engagement. You don't even need to follow 1 week to another to know what is going on. Dialogue is repeated in every episode... Characters are like cartoons and everyone is either GOOD and MORALLY PERFECT or A BITCH AND A SLUT. Dimensions, dept and character development have left the building long time ago. And you have to have below 10 IQ to not understand what is happening. It's like a tik tok video, but only trashier, longer and with some resemblance to a soap opera. Add to this the fact that it's half hour. And you get why this show will be the last one standing. It will be Cher, the cockroaches and Bradley Bell's Bold and The Beautiful after the end of the world.

The last few weeks Bradley has decided to write for Brooke like she's in her early 30s again. It's a bizarre decision. She's back at begging Ridge for attention, putting on bra and panties and looking around the corners like a bitch in heat... she's also... back talking softly and acting like nobody is gonna stand in her way to DESTINY. She's back in the wedding dresses. And to contrast this... Steffy is written like a pissed off grandma... while the mid 60s Brooke is the romantic girl in love. I mean... this show is so over the top... it's going back into cult territory with the level of cringe and LOL moments. I think Bradley has realized that AN's Hope will not be able to BE the SLUT (the lingerie queen) character of the show, so he's is giving the characteristics back to Brooke. The question is... is he going to be repeating the storylines from the 90s... or the 2000s... And the second question is... in 10 years... will Brooke still be in lingerie threatening Taylor she can use her sexuality to win Ridge back? Because that will be something for the history books. I mean... KKL still looks SOOOO good, I would even say better than 99 percent of 30 year olds... but STILL. Brooke is a grandmother. I guess Bradley Bell is going to squeeze as much juice as he can from her. His whole carreer has been carried by Brooke Logan's vagina.

Absolutely agree. And Silk is the breakout star for me. You can't enter social media without seeing the Silkpress memes and photos. People just love her. BTG struck gold with this casting.

I don't do open-relationships. But I don't judge people who do. We have plenty of gay friends who do. I do judge people when they assume most gay couples are open... They AREN'T. We've had people approach us to "join in" more times than I can count and they always act surprised when we say - No, we are not interested. We are together as a couple and that's it. Most of them back off, but if they don't... then that's a very serious issue that I equal to sexual harassment. Nobody has a right to come and offer themselves initiating a thing like that and THEN continue after I say NO. I even remember an instance where a guy posed as... just a friend to us and then one night tried to violate that boundary. YOU DON'T lie to me and act like we are just friends and make me invite you into my home... to then try this. I'm not that type of bish that can be f-cked around like that. If we had given you a signal (something I won't do), ok... but we've told you before we are a very much not-open... and you do this sh-t AFTER being told that. No amount of alcohol excuses behavior like that. No means NO. And yes, there are gay couples out there that don't like threesomes and etc. We are one of them. But hey... if other people are doing it and that suits them - Good for them. But don't equal a gay relationship to being open or just... ready for anything. That's the type of people I have an issue with.

I agree. The show has been shamelessly pro-Steffy for years now. For a very long time. TOO LONG, if you ask me. And not only that, but Brad is ignoring her history. He's done it with Brooke too, but not to that extent. I've seen people forgive Brooke easily and glorify her after everything she's done... but I've also seen Brooke's history constantly shoved in her face. It's 50-50. She's been judged and ridiculed for things that happened decades ago. Steffy, on the other hand... rarely gets a reality check, if not ever. Her fans act like she's this morally superior person, but she isn't. I would love to see someone like Hope actually defend themselves by using facts and prior history. Brooke was very good at that back in the day. These days, all she does while Steffy berates her... is look sad and breathe. Steffy can be leveled down very easily. She's throwing stones while living in a glass house. And Brad only polishes her glass house and does nothing to even out the two sides. Forrester/Logan. We are made to believe that Steffy can do no wrong, which makes her appear as a narcissistic bully and no the heroine Brad wants her to be. We remember. It's not my problem that some people have only watched the show in it's final years. They should go back to 2008 and watch from JMW's beginning. Steffy was THE NEW GENERATION HO of the show for years. She used to brag about that and use her sexuality to terrorize Hope Logan. We remember. We do.

I've gotten goosebumps from this promo. I can't stop replaying it. THE SHOW IS BRINGING IT! The waiting was WORTH IT.

I didn't like the dress either... but Bold has been dressing the ladies in a horrible way for a long time now. I've grown accustomed to it. I rarely like their clothes these days and don't even start me on the hairstyles. The scene was cringe, but I still loved KKL in it. She made it work, like she's done so many times. But I still think storyline-wise it's absurd to put Brooke in a wedding dress and have people go WOW... at this point. She has violated the symbol of a wedding dress 30+ times. She's married and annulled so many marriages... that at this point wedding dress doesn't MEAN A THING for Brooke. And yes I did laugh out loud when Ridge was acting like he's seeing a 20 year old bride in a white dress for the first time. It was unintentionally so over the top... that I couldn't help but laugh. I'm sure that we'll see Brooke in virginal white (one of the main symbols of the wedding dress) when she's in her early or mid 70s. That's just the type of show Bold is. And I'm here for it. LOL. And then Taylor and Steffy looking at Brooke... like sad puppies from a distance... it's really SO CLEAR that Taylor is here only to make storyline for Brooke and Ridge and NOTHING MORE. Rebecca Budig is being given the lowest of the low material. Sorry that I have to say it. She'll be gone in a year or two and forgotten that she ever existed till Brooke and Ridge get really boring again and have to be broken up. I just... laugh. And that's the best I can do with this show.
