What he discusses in this Op-Ed piece is pretty scary. Sometimes I've seen this on Twitter but from what I hear it's ten times worse on Facebook and especially What's App.

Nelson Aspen clearly has a knack for conducting some very entertaining interviews with former soap stars, as he's done over the years. Maybe he should crowdfund so that he can host a series of simple but elegant, intimate dinner parties with small groups of former soap stars from various canceled soaps. I'd definitely watch that.

My guess is that this list is limited to people directly connected to Trumpworld and his businesses.

People in my family tend to look younger than they are, especially on my mother's side so to me, he does look as if he is much older than 52. It made me wonder if there were other health issues that we weren't privy to knowing. Was he a smoker? From what I've noticed, smoking tends to age people, especially the skin.

So Bernie wants to run for president as a Democrat but files for Senate reelection as an Independent. Self-serving, much?

I share an account so fortunately the cost is split. They still have some very good documentaries like the one I saw about Sam Cooke last week and they have a few international comedies that are pretty entertaining, which you cannot find anywhere else. Someone did make another good point though that it's impossible for anyone who doesn't have access to Netflix to access videos like The 13th at their local library, which I was able to do with many popular HBO and AMC series. Although honestly, it likely the same way for Hulu and Amazon.

She makes a valid point, although I must add that now that Netflix is doing a lot more producing of its own full-length features and "TV" shows, it seems to be giving less time and space to lesser known and unknown talent than it would have in the past. Netflix almost exclusively appears to be going after the big named talent nowadays. I miss seeing little gems by unknown/little-known indie filmmakers from under-represented groups.

This made me chuckle.

Nick was in a thrashing mood this week!

Wang has always been dangerous. As a Venus fan, I discovered this the hard way at last year's French Open (I think it was at Roland Garros). I didn't get to see much of the match but I took a glimpse and saw that Wang was up 3-1 in the third and guessed that she would take the title. Kenin looks to have a promising career but I'm not in the least surprised that Wang took the title.

I only heard of this short film on the night of the Oscars when people started posting about it. Apparently, it's being compared to Green Book as being not a very good film.

This caught my eye. I mean it's a fairly hard left-wing publication but it made a few points worth noting, especially as related to the fixed attention of the media to certain news events while ignoring others (*coughs Jussie Smollet*)

Speaking of warped Democrats, while the media obsessed over Jussie Smollet, how much media coverage has this been getting? Because other than the Black gay men on my social media, I haven't seen much about this elsewhere.
