I just finished the episode were Richard and Angela first met (Damn I loved that scene! Down to Richard stabbing the chair) and I think this is getting good. Richard firing that guy was HEARTLESS!! Anyway, so how drastic was the tone change? Could you compare the tone of the later seasons to other shows?

The Thirteen sounds intriguing. That said I do not want to be too spoiled. Granted I don't know were to find season 4+

I know about the love triangle although I have not watched it yet but killing her off seems so pointless! What was the deal with this show and killing off core characters like her, Chase, and Maggie!! I want to continue watching but at the same time knowing half the cast is going to die is kind of discouraging. Also, if the show did come back would it be possible/feasible to bring back Maggie? I really don't like Chase at this point. Hope he gets better. I can't wait to see how Richard is.

Another question. How quickly did the show go downhill compared to the big 3. I know KL was pretty durable (Granted I am biased because it became my favorite after watching the 3rd episode of season 3. The most believable death aftermath I have ever saw on prime time).

I am at the end of Season 1. First, where can I watch 4 plus since the DVD's have apparently stopped. I read ahead and discovered Julia's goes, well, crazy. Was that always planned? Kinda disappointing.

Did Jill on Y&R have a theme? Like when Brenda was still in the role??

Is that Chuck on the top left? Yes, that is the recast-phil. I recognize Paul, Margo, Nick, Anne, Ruth (I like that hairstyle for whatever reason), Kitty, Erica (Damn she looked good. Maybe not the most flattering picture but still), Kate, Joe, Mona, Pheobe, Linc, and I guess that guy on the far right is Hal. The rest I am not sure about. I wonder were Dr. Charles Tyler is? And is that Claudette on the far right/center row.

- I think Silver would have been a good off/on villian. Or maybe even be a contrast character the same way Staurt was to Adam. She could have been "Mature" Erica that tried to keep "Bratty" Erica in check. Can you give me some idea on what happened during the writers strike? I only know they halted the Stuart/Cindy story.

I don't know anyone who liked Pratt that knew the show during its glory days. I have to admit that the show was somewhat solid during his reign of terror but he was a terrible choice for the show.

Right. What happens before the show starts is BACKSTORY. Back story layes the ground work for the show. Him destroying the backstory is basically destroying a show.
