I remember that, it was brilliant to witness in real time. I don't know who at GL told him it was great or even rivaled the HOTL theme (I'm thinking Conboy).

Somebody compared Portia and Curtis to Millow, and I can't help to agree. Honestly they got boring once they removed any and all obstacles for this pairing(Jordan, Taggart, Stella, heck even Trina).

I think Frank panicked with all the press the show got from Ingo and Steve’s firing, and he figured this should be a quick way to take some of the heat off the show.

This is the same bs they used for keeping Valentin in the dark and having Chase claim to be the father. Poor decision making and it’s making the characters look even more dumb than they were before.

The writers keep recycling that tired old plot of faked deaths. I wished the writers could move beyond it.

Not looking forward to this Abi/Imran/Toyah nonsense. If they wanted "intimate" drama, they should have just focused on the Sarah/Adam/Gary/Maria crew (which seems to be taking a sensationalistic route this year). 

Glad that Jacob Hay is staying around, I follow his portrayer Jack James Ryan on Instagram, and I've become quite a fanboy for him. Looking forward to more of Yasmeen's road to recovery emotionally, and curious about the Sally/Tim storyline. This Emma/Faye story seems like a paint by the numbers kind of tale, and seems to have come out of nowhere. 

In spite of all of this; out of the three showrunners of major three (excluding HO) I somehow feel as if Macleod is somewhat more competent than his peers.

Tori was such a odd character, just looking at her on paper. And I've only delved in and out of SB, and read synopsis/character summaries.

As random as bringing up Jeff Webber for a few episodes with Elizabeth, and going nowhere with it

Only on DAYS would a exorcism be used as a "heartwarming" moment to bring a family together.

Don't believe RC will let it go that far, and as it has been mentioned, Eric was never seduced by Kristen, he was raped. Just another excuse for RC to trot out ED as Kristen. 

Ava would be better off going back to her mob roots after this, embracing her inner villain, and being paired up with Jake (who also has mob roots). 

Was the character of TC anything more than just a stiff bore? Did he have depth as a character at all? I remember even being a bore after he and Eve split up, and apparently when he and Liz (Ameilia Marshall) were paired together.

I didn't like Teresa until she embraced her inner b!tch and went toe to toe with Julian and the reset of the family. She and Ethan were horrible together. 

Grace was such a BORE.

Having Sami fake her own kidnapping would’ve made more sense than Lucas, or at least Lucas and Sami being in on it together. 

Thinking of one more; I always was shocked how long Kevin Collin's father Victor Collins lasted on Port Charles. I don't even know what happened to the character.

I would've ended it in January 1993 after Maureen's death. Or if we're going for before it really got Bad (Peapack Bad), I would've gone with the 50th Anniversary episodes in June of 2002.
